Chapter 40
Susan was released from the hospital. She made her way back to the house she shares with Kadeem.
She opens the door and walks inside. The house is eerily quiet. The shades are drawn. Susan hesitantly calls out.
" Kadeem!" Susan calls out as she walks around the house. Every room is empty. The TV is off. There are no dirty dishes in the sink. Susan walks into the room she shares with Kadeem. The bed is still made from this morning. The room is still neat and tidy. Susan is terrified about Kadeem's reaction to the baby.
Susan strips off her clothes to shower and rinse off the fake blood. Susan steps into the shower, and feels /the warm water pellets hit her face.
Susan rubbed the water on her breasts and traced a circle on her nipple with her finger. She moved her hand down her stomach into the sensitive area in between her legs. She strokes her inner thighs and then moves her fingers inward. Her fingers dance around. Her breathing comes out quicker as her fingers move faster. She tilts her head back and lets out a content sigh...;
Susan finishes washing up and wraps herself up in a towel. She walks to the huge closet she shares with Kadeem. Susan selects a tight pair leather miniskirt and a red halter top. Susan knows that when she bends over in her skirt, her thong is revealed. Kadeem can never help himself and always pulls down her de.
After getting ready, Susan goes downstairs. She pours two glasses of Kadeem’s favorite wine and leaves them on the marble kitchen counter.
The front door unlocks and Kadeem stomps inside. His eyes are fire, ready to explode. He stomps to the kitchen. Susan stands next to the kitchen. She holds out a glass of wine to Kadeem.
“Hey baby, “ she pours. “I poured you a glass of wine after your hard day of work.”
Kadeem steps forward and knocks the glass of wine out of Susan’s hand. The glass shatters and the wine splashes against the cupboards. Susan screams.
“Why did you do that?” Susan trembles.
Kadeem narrows his eyes at her. “You lied to me, and I hate liars!” Kadeem roars.
“I lost the baby!” Susan protests.
“You lie,” Kadeem says, taking a step forward and pointing his finger in her face.
Susan moves her head to the side to avoid Kadeem’s finger.
“I don’t know what you’re talking about,” she says with her hands on her hips.
Kadeem slams his fist on the kitchen counter. “Damn it, Susan!” He yelled. “Tell the truth.”
Susan bottom lip trembles. “I lost our baby,” she answers.
Kadeem shook his head. “You know that’s not what I’m talking about,” he screams. “There never was a baby!”
“You don’t know that,” Susan responds.
Kadeem’s inner wolf was struggling to come out. It howls inside him, gnashes its teeth together, and howls to an unseen moon. Kadeem takes deep breaths to control it.
“You bitch,” he speaks slowly to Susan, “You never were morning sick, you never grew a belly, you never told me to come to a doctor’s appointment. Never appear in front of me again! You fucking liar,” he finished, punctuating each word.
Susan stares at her feet, with her hair falling in her face. Susan’s tears fall down her face. Kadeem picks up a white porcelain plate and smashes it on the floor. “Answer me!” He screams. “Answer your alpha!”
Kadeem has had enough. “Get the fuck out of my house!” He roars.
Susan runs out of the room sobbing. She is losing all her dreams of being rich.
Kadeem chases after her and grabs her by the shoulder to spin her around and face him.
“Get out now! I’ll send your stuff to you later!” Kadeem yelled.
Susan shuffles to the front door. She opens it and walks outside.
Susan doesn’t have her car keys or anyplace to stay. She walks to the hotel where Bob is staying.
Susan walks into the hotel and goes to Bob’s room.
She knocks on the door, and Bob answers with wet hair and wearing a towel around his waist.
Susan’s mascara runs down her face. Her lipstick is smudged.
She clasps her hands together and brings them to her chest. “Please Bob,” she pleads, “You have to help me.”
“Come inside,” Bob says stepping aside as Susan walks past him.
Susan walks inside and heads right to the mini-bar. She pours herself a full glass of champagne. She tilts her head back and drinks the champagne in one gulp.
Bob raises his eyebrow. “Not pregnant, huh?”
Susan laughed and pours herself another glass. “I need Kadeem back.”
Bob takes a step closer to her. “Why?” He asks.
“I need Kadeem. He’s rich and hot,” Susan answers.
“When was the last time you had sex?” Bob asks. “You can say you’re pregnant now,” Bob finishes.
“I’ll need a baby,” Susan told him. Bob takes another step closer and puts both hands on her waist.
“We will think of something,” Bob promises as he leans down to kiss Susan. She willingly lets his tongue in her mouth. Susan unwraps the towel from around Bob’s waist. Bob cups Susan’s breast and she lets out a moan.
“Let’s move this to the bed,” Bob whispers into Susan’s ear.
Susan takes off her halter top and leather miniskirt. She mounts Bob only wearing her thong. She rocks back and forth on his hardness, moaning in pleasure with every move. Bob grabs her waist and pushes her down so he can mount her. He works her thong down her legs. Then, Susan is completely naked.
Bob enters Susan. He thrusts and reaches the spot that sends Susan into ecstasy. Bob thrusts until he has finished as well.
He lays down next to Susan.
“You like that baby,” he asks.
Susan smiles. “Always,” she answers.
“We need to expose Kadeem’s weaknesses,” Bob explains.
“He doesn’t have any,” Susan says.
Bob sits up in bed and turns his head to look at Susan. “Think!” Bob demanded.
Susan shuts her eyes and then opens them widely. “There is one thing!” Susan yells.
Bob narrows his eyes at her. “Tell me, ”he whispers menacingly, “Tell me everything.”
