Chapter 1
Before she knew it, they were inside the house. He put her down in the middle of the large living room. She looked up at him with a million questions in her eyes.
Then, before she could open her mouth to ask,
"Close your eyes, Luna," he ordered.
"Huh? Why?''
"Just close your eyes and don't open them until you hear my signal."
Luna could only comply.
Second, ticked by and her mind was running around like a handled chicken, trying to figure out what he was up to!
The next moment, Luna heard the fire alarm siren roar loudly inside the mansion. Her eyes opened wide but before she could move, water began to sprinkle from above.
"You wanted rain, right?" he smirked and Luna's mouth dropped. What on Earth just happened? What did he just do?
Well, he did what she thought was impossible. He made it rain…inside the house!
"Mr. Qinn, I love you!!!" a woman's voice echoed in the dimly lit, cold concrete understood garage, startling Luna so that her phone almost fell from her hand.
She was just on her way toward her parked car but who would have thought that she would witness a confession in this dark, cold place?
"What do you say?"Luna heard a cold, husky, and deep voice and she flinched even though she was not the one the man was talking to. Perhaps, she reacted like that because the man sounded so damn intimidating.
His tone even seemed heartlessly cold. What seemed like a romantic confession, sounded more like a misunderstanding!
"I said I love you," Luna heard the woman's voice again," I love you so much! I already fell for you the first time I saw you." The woman sounded so emotional.
Luna held her breath waiting for his response, but only silence followed. She wanted to peek but she thought it was not the right thing to do. She waited until finally, she heard the man reply.
"Is that all?" was all his response causing Luna to gasp in disbelief.
'Wah… he's so curly.'
"W... what?" the woman sounded like she was utterly shocked.
"Tell me, what did you want?"
"I... I've been in love with you since the beginning. I've been your girl for two months now but you have never said anything about how you feel about me. Mr. Qinn, I… all I want is... I just want you to love me back."
Luna could tell from the voice of the lady that she was on the verge of breaking down, and yet, the man's voice didn't soften even a little bit after hearing her. Instead, he sounded even more menacing as he responded to her.
"We are done," he said nonchalantly without a care in the world. There was simply no trace of warmth in his voice at all.
"W... w... what?"
"I won't repeat myself."
"W... why? Mr. Qinn, what are you saying? This is not… the contract I signed clearly stated that I would be your girl for three months! It's only been two months, but now you are saying we're over? What do you mean by..."
"Miss more...didn't you properly read the contract?" the man's tone became colder, almost harsh. "Scott, come over and read the condition she didn't read."
Luna was shocked to her bones hearing their shocked conversation, " A contract? Oh goodness, what are they saying?"
She could tell that the situation was getting worse so she wanted to leave but if she moved now, they would see her. Without a choice, she could only stay hidden and listen even if she didn't want to.
"Miss Moore, here is one of two conditions from that contract you signed." Another man started talking.
The contracted girlfriend can demand anything except for one thing; love or affection. Once the contracted girlfriend demand to be loved in return, the contract will automatically become null and void.``
Luna was so shocked she couldn't stop herself from taking a peek at them. She just couldn't believe what was happening. She couldn't believe that something so outrageous as this was happening in real life. This was absolute madness to someone like her.
When she was the girl, her hands flew to her mouth. Isn't that Ina Moore? A famous actress?!'
She couldn't believe her eyes. Why does a beautiful woman like her beg for a man's love? More importantly, their relationship was contractual?!
This beautiful diva, Ina Moore, was some ruthless man's contracted girlfriend?!! The entertainment world would be shaken if they found out about this!!!
Luna's widened eyes then shifted to the man but she couldn't see his face because he had his back to her.
"I warned you long ago. I don't do love and never will. And you of all people should already be well aware of how I dare with anyone who breaks my conditions in the contract." the man said and Luna shivered as she watched Ina Moore fall to her knees.
The goddess that every male creature out there praised now looked like all her blood was being drained all at once as she heard him.
Then just like that, she was dragged away by a bulky man in black towards another car. When the car that Ina boarded was gone, Luna finally came back to her senses and quickly hid again.
However...
"Come out. I know you are there. Now!" The man ordered and she was so shocked that she just froze for a long while.
She knew he was talking to her and she knew that he was a man who didn't want to repeat himself so holding her breath, she finally stepped out.
"Come over," the man commanded and Luna slowly lifted her face. She was incredibly nervous. She couldn't remember if anyone made her feel this scared and nervous before in her entire life.
As soon as their eyes met, Luna almost gaped. The man before her was so damn looking good... no, good looking was a huge understatement.
She was sure that he was a hundred times more handsome than any celebrity she had ever seen in her life. He was tall. His dark hair looked like it was combed by his fingers and swept back away from his face.
He had a strong, defined, and masculine jawline... it was perfection in her eyes. He just looked too good to be true. She was utterly impressed, and she had never been impressed by a man's beauty like this before.
How could a mortal man look this stunning? No wonder such a beautiful woman like Ina Moore begged for his love!
But this stunning creature was glaring down at her. His eyes were hostile, making her want to shrink to the floor and disappear. The way he looked at her was the definition of the phrase, looks could kill.

After the Affair: Falling into a Billionaire's Arms

On my birthday, he took her on vacation. On our anniversary, he brought her to our home and made love to her in our bed...
Heartbroken, I tricked him into signing divorce papers.

His deceptions continued until the day the divorce was finalized. I threw the papers in his face: "George Capulet, from this moment on, get out of my life!"
Only then did panic flood his eyes as he begged me to stay.
When his calls bombarded my phone later that night, it wasn't me who answered, but my new boyfriend Julian.
"Don't you know," Julian chuckled into the receiver, "that a proper ex-boyfriend should be as quiet as the dead?"
George seethed through gritted teeth: "Put her on the phone!"
"I'm afraid that's impossible."
Julian dropped a gentle kiss on my sleeping form nestled against him. "She's exhausted. She just fell asleep."

His hands were working on his belt. It came free of his pants with a violent yank. She collapsed back on her elbows, her mouth gaping open at the display. The Human Among Wolves
My stomach twisted, but he wasn’t finished.
"You're just a pathetic little human," Zayn said, his words deliberate, each one hitting like a slap. "Spreading your legs for the first guy who bothers to notice you."
Heat rushed to my face, burning with humiliation. My chest ached — not from his words alone, but from the sick realization that I had trusted him. That I had let myself believe he was different.
I was so, so stupid.

"Let me go," I whimper, my body trembling with need. "I don't want you touching me."
I fall forward onto the bed then turn around to stare at him. The dark tattoos of Domonic's chiseled shoulders, quiver and and expand with the heave of his chest. His deep dimpled smile is full of arrogance as he reaches behind himself to lock the door.
Biting his lip, he stalks toward me, his hand going to the seam of his pants and the thickening bulge there.
"Are you sure you don't want me to touch you?" He whispers, untying the knot and slipping a hand inside. "Because I swear to God, that is all I have been wanting to do. Every single day from the moment you stepped in our bar and I smelled your perfect flavor from across the room."

I Slapped My Fiancé—Then Married His Billionaire Nemesis
Technically, Rhys Granger was my fiancé now—billionaire, devastatingly hot, and a walking Wall Street wet dream. My parents shoved me into the engagement after Catherine disappeared, and honestly? I didn’t mind. I’d crushed on Rhys for years. This was my chance, right? My turn to be the chosen one?
Wrong.
One night, he slapped me. Over a mug. A stupid, chipped, ugly mug my sister gave him years ago. That’s when it hit me—he didn’t love me. He didn’t even see me. I was just a warm-bodied placeholder for the woman he actually wanted. And apparently, I wasn’t even worth as much as a glorified coffee cup.
So I slapped him right back, dumped his ass, and prepared for disaster—my parents losing their minds, Rhys throwing a billionaire tantrum, his terrifying family plotting my untimely demise.
Obviously, I needed alcohol. A lot of alcohol.
Enter him.
Tall, dangerous, unfairly hot. The kind of man who makes you want to sin just by existing. I’d met him only once before, and that night, he just happened to be at the same bar as my drunk, self-pitying self. So I did the only logical thing: I dragged him into a hotel room and ripped off his clothes.
It was reckless. It was stupid. It was completely ill-advised.
But it was also: Best. Sex. Of. My. Life.
And, as it turned out, the best decision I’d ever made.
Because my one-night stand isn’t just some random guy. He’s richer than Rhys, more powerful than my entire family, and definitely more dangerous than I should be playing with.
And now, he’s not letting me go.
