My Stepsister Got Double Every Wish
Hachimitsu · Ongoing · 7.7k Words
Introduction
One wish per day, it said. Anything I wanted.
So I tested it with a hundred dollars.
That night, my mother handed me one bill. Then she smiled and told me she had bought my stepsister Mia a jacket worth two hundred.
That was when fifteen years of “coincidences” turned into math.
Every wish I had ever made came true.
And every time, Mia got double.
Toys. Shoes. Rooms. Phones. Love.
For years, I thought I was the daughter who was harder to love.
Then I realized the universe had been listening to me all along.
And for the first time, I wondered what would happen if I wished for something cruel.
Chapter 1
The first time the system appeared, I thought it was a scam.
One wish per day, it said. Anything I wanted.
So I tested it with a hundred dollars.

That was when fifteen years of “coincidences” turned into math.

he first time the system appeared, I thought it was an ad.
A white line of text sat at the top of my phone screen, plain and stubborn.
System activated. Host may make one wish per day.
I stared at it for three seconds, locked the screen, and rolled over in bed. I had seen enough scam pop-ups in my life to know better than to tap strange things at midnight.
The next morning, the line was still there.
No close button. No link. No app icon. I took a screenshot, but the words did not show up. I used my old backup phone to take a photo of the screen. In the photo, the top of my phone was blank.
That woke me up.
I sat on the edge of my bed for a long time, then typed the smallest thing I could think of.
I want one hundred dollars.
Nothing happened.
I tried again.
I wish for one hundred dollars.
The text changed.
Wish accepted.
I waited all day. No lottery ticket. No stranger handing me cash. No miracle envelope under my door.
That night, when I came home from work, my mother slapped a hundred-dollar bill on the dining table.
"For you," she said without looking up from her phone. "Buy yourself a decent shirt. You dress like you lost a bet."
I picked up the bill.
Before it even warmed in my hand, Mom added, "Oh, and I bought Mia a jacket. Two hundred. It looked good on her."
My fingers froze around the money.
Two hundred.
One hundred for me. Two hundred for Mia.
Mom finally glanced at me. "Don't make that face. Hers was on sale. It used to be over three hundred."
I did not make a face.
I was remembering.
When I was seven, I wished for a Barbie doll on my birthday. The next day, Mom brought me one.
Mia got two.
"Her aunt sent them," Mom had said. "What does that have to do with you?"
When I was nine, I got first place on a test and wished for new sneakers. Mom bought me one pair. Mia pointed at another pair, then another, and Mom bought both for her.
Two pairs.
When I was twelve, I wished for my own room. We moved that year. I got the small bedroom by the laundry closet. Mia got the big room next to the master bedroom and the little study across from it.
"She's starting middle school," my stepfather Martin said. "She needs space to study."
I was starting middle school too.
Every single incident had an explanation if you looked at it alone. A sale. An aunt. A school raffle. A need. A coincidence.
But lined up together, they became math.
I got one. Mia got two.
Every time.
I opened my phone again. The line waited at the top of the screen.
System activated. Host may make one wish per day.
When had it started listening?
I remembered birthday candles. New Year's wishes. Exam wishes. Little private hopes whispered in my head while Mom told me to be quick because the wax was dripping.
Every wish had come true.
And every time, Mia had received double.
For years, I had thought I was the problem. I was too quiet. Too stiff. Not sweet enough. Not easy enough to love.
Mia was younger by a year, soft-voiced, pretty, and good at saying exactly what adults wanted to hear. Of course Mom liked her. Of course Martin put her first.
Of course I should learn to be grateful for what I got.
Now the line on my screen told me something else.
The rule had always been rigged.
And now the rule listened to me.

The mafia princess return
The Rejected White Luna
"No... You can't do that."
Those words shattered Aria's world in front of the entire pack.
As the daughter of the Alpha of Silver Moon Pack, Aria was born with a powerful legacy. But with a weak wolf that could never shift, she became a disappointment in the eyes of her own people. She was mocked, ignored, and treated as a weakness instead of the future Luna she was meant to be.
She believed finding her fated mate would finally change everything.
Until Kael rejected her publicly and chose another.
"Because a mate who cannot shift is no mate at all. She's a weakness. And weakness spreads."
Broken but refusing to surrender, Aria leaves the only home she has ever known. But fate has a different plan waiting for her.
When she crosses paths with another powerful pack, Aria discovers a shocking truth: she has been given a second chance mate. The only problem? She never expected him to be someone who could change her entire destiny.
With a new bond awakening hidden powers within her, Aria is no longer the weak wolf everyone looked down on.
Now she has the chance to make those who hurt her pay.
But when Kael realizes the woman he rejected has become the one person he cannot lose, he wants her back.
Will Aria choose revenge, or will she find a love greater than the betrayal that destroyed her?
The Rejected Luna’s Rise
Luna Ariana Volkstane slid the formal rejection request across the table. "Let's end this bond. It's better for you, me, and your first love."
He just smirked. "You want me to reject you? You think you can break our bond that easily?"
So she did. Ariana cut ties with him completely, poured herself into her career, and rose to global fame as a legendary healer, her knowledge of rare herbs, wolf anatomy, and ancient magic sought after across continents.
The powerful suitors lined up. The Alpha of an overseas empire whispered, "Ariana, hurry up and perform the severing ritual. I can't wait to claim you." A powerful pack leader vowed, "I'll be there with you the day you break the bond." A legendary wolf attorney promised, "I'll handle your rejection case with the pack council myself."
Ariana just rubbed her temples. It's not that she didn't want the split, she wanted it more than anything, it's just that the Alpha she was mated to refused to let go.
Finally, she announced, "Whoever can officially get me rejected, I'll put you at the head table of my bond-breaking celebration."
Not long after, Alpha Damian was served the official rejection request right in the middle of an emergency pack council meeting. That same afternoon, he was attacked by rogues at the gates of his own territory.
When Ariana showed up at the pack infirmary with healing herbs, she repeated calmly, "Let's sever the mate bond. It's better for you, me, and everyone else."
But the cold, untouchable Alpha pulled her into his arms, his eyes blood-red with fury. "You want me to reject you? Over my dead body."

Whether she likes it or not.

I know I should execute her.
After all that’s what I do.

Taste of Fate: The Vampire King's Human Mate
He reached for the back of my head and pulled me up just enough to reach my neck. When his fangs slid into me, the pain was instant, electric. I couldn’t breathe. I couldn’t think. My hands found his shoulders, clawing for something to hold. My legs kicked. Tears streamed down my cheeks.
He moaned against my throat as he drank, and the sound was devastating.
The Vampire King's Feeder
Emory: I was born to be the Alpha of my pack, my father's first born daughter. But now... I am here, in the castle of our greatest enemy, the Vampire King. But even before his lips graze my skin the first time, I know I would give myself to him in every way imaginable if only he should ask. Kane: I long to taste the wolf shifter, but not her blood, her body... her essence. I want her in every way imaginable. But I'm already betrothed to marry another blood-born vampire, and if I call that off, I have resigned my kingdom to yet another war. There has to be a way to keep Emory Moonraker as my feeder but not claim her in my bed. I just haven't figured it out yet, and every time I look into her jade eyes, I forget everything and everyone but her. But I have enemies, and every moment she spends here in my home, Castle Graystone, she's in danger.
