Naina felt suffocated. But what could she do, she could only endure the pain.
In the midst of her devastation, Ray Anderson, a perfect man, approached her and proposed.
"Lovely lady, how about you marry me?"
"You...?"
Naina was shocked by the statement and she accepted to get out of the hellish love affair.
Chapter 1
"I will marry Vienna ...." These words were spoken by Redrick Vans, the man I've been in a romantic relationship with for 3 years.
Jdeeer!
It was like a bolt of lightning that struck me right in the heart.
My eyes immediately glazed over, but I made up for it with laughter. "Hahaha!" I laughed with a bitter feeling. My heart hoped it was just a joke. In reality, my hope was just a fantasy in my imagination.
Redrick's face turned serious and I realized that his words were no joke.
This was my story. A love story that made me cry, laugh and be moved. A love that confuses me, a love that I don't know how to handle.
Why is it so hard to love me, Redrick? My mind wondered.
Do you love me, that's what I always wanted to ask him. A question that makes me both nervous and curious. This love makes us do strange and incomprehensible things. But that's how love is.
Sometimes I don't understand why you're dating me, or if you want something from me. Because sometimes I find you loving me. Sometimes you're selfish to me.
I don't know ... Maybe it's just my feelings. But ... I know one thing. I really love you, no matter how you are with me. And that's how we became lovers. Even though I knew back then, he loved someone else.
I was wrong for thinking everything would be fine.
In the beginning, our love life was not so good. I was in a relationship with a man whose heart was already filled with another woman.
Even so, I didn't want to give up.
Nothing will happen as long as we keep quiet. But the answer will be clear once we try. That's my principle. In the end, I was the one who was wrong. In the end, I was the one who lost.
"Fyuuuh ...." I sighed softly.
This love is really suffocating, confusing, and exhausting.
I'm really tired. Is this my fault?
During our relationship, I tried to do everything I could. I tried to make him love me.
But still, in the end, I was the one who lost.
The lover that I loved so much, instead told me that he wanted to marry Vienna. The woman he used to love before he was in a relationship with me.
"Honey... Why are you laughing?" Redrick asked in surprise.
To avoid him I pretended not to hear him because I was talking on the phone, "What's wrong honey? Wait a minute."
I again pretended to joke with my friend on the phone, "you're just making fun of me, hahaha!" I added while pretending to laugh.
I feel scared. And I didn't know what to do. The emotions in my chest were rising. After Redrick said that, I decided to go out and avoid him, "Don't joke so much, I'll be right there," I said on the phone.
"Honey, can I go out first! My friend has a problem, haha!" I laughed again. I laughed with bitterness. And I wanted to hide that bitterness by pretending I hadn't heard what Redrick had said to me. I acted as if I was rushing to meet my friend on the phone.
In truth, I just wanted to avoid him, to give myself time. I hoped he would change his mind about marrying Vienna.
"Naina ...," he called softly.
Yes, Naina. That's my name. For some reason my heart ached when he called my name. I wasn't ready to hear his next words.
As my hand touched the door, I closed my eyes tightly, trying to stay strong. I turned around to say something to him, "I love you Redrick," I said with a smile.
I had said love to him many times, but he never loved me back, even if it was just with words. This time was also the same, he was just silent, I was really like a fool in his presence, "goodbye ...." I said as I waved my hand and left.
Outside the door, I held my chest tightly. Unconsciously my tears just fell.
It hurts!
My heart hurt so much!
I ran quickly towards my car garage. I wanted to leave as quickly as possible. I wanted to get away from this bitter reality.
The love I've been waiting for all this time is just unrequited love. He... Doesn't love me. What a painful reality.
Hhhh .... I'm tired, where am I going now? I thought.
My car drove fast, I wiped my tears many times. I really couldn't help it, the tears couldn't stop.
Finally I decided to go to the beach, a place that could calm me down. "Hi," I greeted the beach I came to.
The beautiful scenery healed my pain a little, the gusts of wind swept away my fatigue, the feet that tread on the sand made me closer to the nature around me, even though I was alone I felt I had many friends. They are the sand that touches the skin of my feet, the cool breeze that greets my skin, and the sound of the waves that drives away my silence.
I exhaled slowly. This is really comfortable. I feel better than ever.
I decided to sit and linger on the beach bridge.
While looking at the beautiful beach, I cried again. "Why does this hurt so much." My teardrops touched the blue water of the beach.
As I cried, the beach water in front of me looked a little strange. There were bubbles of water there, I tried to look at it, but I couldn't see what was in the water, "is it a shark," I said afraid. I couldn't think straight, my mind was drifting everywhere. I reflexively tried to back away. Facing death, I instantly forgot all my grief, my tears stopped flowing.
Byuur!
What I was worried about emerged from the water. "Aaaaa!" I spontaneously screamed out loud. I reflexively closed my eyes out of fear.
"Miss ...." A charming male voice rang in my ears.
"What... What's wrong?"
What was that voice I heard?

Mated To My Nemesis
Agnes Tremaine arrived in Melbourne with a camera but no backstory in this world. She was meant to document one season. She never realized she was already the blueprint — that the connections, the open doors, and the meticulous arrangements were all built specifically for her, tailored and designed to use her.
Ace had a nine-year revenge in the making. A journalist had destroyed his sister's life and left no fingerprints. Now the man's daughter was standing in his garage with a camera, and Ace had been the one to open the door.
His wolf chooses a mate he never wanted and couldn't shake — not in the paddock, not on the track, not even at 200mph where nothing else had ever followed him before.
For the first time in his life, he couldn't have it all.
Fated to the Enemy: The Alpha's Witch Bride
My touch tames his inner beast.
… Until I find another woman’s bite mark on his neck.
As a holy witch, I shouldn't be sneaking out for Zuri—a cursed shape-shifter from a rival clan.
But our forbidden heat is intoxicating.
When his monstrous Primal breaks free, slaughtering everything in its path, even his fiercest warriors cower.
I don't.
I walk straight to the blood-soaked beast, press my body against his, and tame him with a single, desperate embrace.
There’s just one problem: his clan betrothed him to a Shaman’s daughter.
I tell myself it's purely political. I tell myself his heart is mine.
Until tonight.
He sneaks into the woods for me. We share a deep, hungry kiss under the moonlight.
But as I pull back, my blood runs cold.
Right there, on the neck of the man I just risked my soul to save...
Is a fresh, undeniable bite mark.
Bonds at War: The Virgin is Mine
Perhaps then they would stop controlling my every move. Maybe my brothers would stop resenting me. Perhaps I wouldn’t feel so invisible anymore.
No one believed I could do it—not even my mate, Alpha Jaxon Trevane.
The night I planned to tell him... I found him tangled in bed with my best friend.
Heartbroken and humiliated, I left everything behind and went to Elite alone.
But the academy isn’t the fairytale I dreamed about.
Beneath the grand halls and traditions, a brutal game is being played.
The four ruling Alphas of the North, South, East, and West fight for power, dominance... and now, for me.
A virgin. Untouched. Unclaimed. The prize they all want.
There’s the mate who shattered my heart and swears he’ll win me back.
The brilliant strategist who wants me as his Luna.
The dangerous playboy who promises no one will ever touch me but him.
And the cold, possessive Alpha who watches from the shadows—and would destroy anyone who dares to take me from him.
But in a place where love is a battlefield and lust is a weapon... falling in love might be the most dangerous thing I ever do.
Welcome to Elite Order Academy—where every desire has a price, and my body is the ultimate trophy.

My mate began watching me.

Looking at me like he was terrified of losing me.

Why did he keep risking everything for me?
And why did everyone panic the moment I finally chose another future?
Tango 2 the Alpha's Heart
My gaze snapped to his. He was smiling, causing my heart to skip a painful beat. Before I could respond, the music began, and my body instinctively reacted to the sweet melody.
I found myself molded to Lex's will, my feet irresistibly following the dance steps.
The crowd gasped as Lex pulled me into a more intimate position, his hands roaming over my body in a seductive manner.
The experience was both terrifying and magical, allowing me to feel every longing emotion through the dance.
I soon found myself lost in his arms.
When the music finally stopped, my arms were wrapped around his neck, his hands resting on my back, our noses almost touching. He gazed deeply into my eyes.
The ballroom fell silent.
Was he about to kiss me?

Accardi
“I thought you said you were done chasing me?” Gen mocked.
“I am done chasing you.”
Before she could formulate a witty remark, Matteo threw her down. She landed hard on her back atop his dining room table. She tried to sit up when she noticed what he was doing. His hands were working on his belt. It came free of his pants with a violent yank. She collapsed back on her elbows, her mouth gaping open at the display. His face was a mask of sheer determination, his eyes were a dark gold swimming with heat and desire. His hands wrapped around her thighs and pulled her to the edge of the table. He glided his fingers up her thighs and hooked several around the inside of her panties. His knuckles brushed her dripping sex.
“You’re soaking wet, Genevieve. Tell me, was it me that made you this way or him?” his voice told her to be careful with her answer. His knuckles slid down through her folds and she threw her head back as she moaned. “Weakness?”
“You…” she breathed.

GO ON YOUR KNEES, ALPHA.
He was wrong.
Six years ago, Pete Leadsilver had everything an Alpha could want. Power, a respected pack and a future already written for him.
Then he met me.
What began as a game became a mistake I would spend years trying to survive. When I told him I was carrying his child, Pete chose not to believe me. He rejected me, humiliated me, and allowed the people around him to make sure I understood that there was no place for me in his world.
So I disappeared.
I took the secret of my pregnancy with me and built a life far away from the Alpha who had broken me.
Six years later, Pete finds me again. Only this time, he isn't the man with all the power. His pack is dying, his people are running out of time, and I may be the only person capable of saving them.
But I'm no longer the woman Pete remembers. And beside me is a little boy who carries far too much of Pete's face to be a coincidence.
Our reunion should have been about a cure, but instead, it becomes the beginning of a war neither of us saw coming.
Because Pete's greatest danger isn't outside his pack.
It's inside his own family.
Old resentment turns into manipulation. Loyalty becomes betrayal. And the people Pete trusts begin hiding secrets that threaten to destroy everything he's built.
Then someone comes for the people I love.
Suddenly, this is no longer about whether Pete can earn my forgiveness.
It's about whether he can keep me alive.
Whether he can protect the son he never knew existed.
Whether he can uncover the truth before the people closest to him destroy everything he has finally learned to value.
Along the way, we'll lose people we thought would always stand beside us, I'll be forced to confront wounds I've spent six years trying to bury, and the family we're slowly building will be tested in ways neither of us could have imagined.
Because sometimes love isn't the hardest thing to find. Sometimes it's the hardest thing to survive.
Pete once believed power meant never needing anyone and I once believed surviving him meant leaving him behind.
We were both wrong.
Because some bonds refuse to die, some betrayals cut deeper than rejection and some people don't come back into your life to give you a second chance.
They come back to show you exactly what you almost lost.
Pete Leadsilver lost me once.
This time, he'll have to fight to keep the family he never knew he needed.
Taste of Fate: The Vampire King's Human Mate
He reached for the back of my head and pulled me up just enough to reach my neck. When his fangs slid into me, the pain was instant, electric. I couldn’t breathe. I couldn’t think. My hands found his shoulders, clawing for something to hold. My legs kicked. Tears streamed down my cheeks.
He moaned against my throat as he drank, and the sound was devastating.
MOONLIT CHASE
But no, I had to walk through the park at midnight like an idiot. Now I've seen something I can't unsee—a massive black wolf tearing apart three men, then shifting into the hottest guy I've ever laid eyes on.
Kieran Vaughn. Wealthy lawyer, werewolf, and apparently, he thinks I'm his mate.
Here's the problem: I don't do relationships. I definitely don't do supernatural things. I absolutely don't do rich guys who think they can control my life just because their inner wolf has decided I smell like home.
When hunters start targeting me to get to him, Kieran drags me into his pristine penthouse for "protection." Now I'm living with a man who looks at me like I'm his last meal, whose touch sets my skin on fire, and who's barely holding onto his control.
He says everyone he loves dies. I say that's not my problem except it is because I'm falling for this broken, dangerous man and his beast.
And in his world? Love will get you killed.
