Meet Alpha Pierce Sinclaire. He's the Alpha of the strongest pack, as well as the most mysterious and secluded pack, of Northern America. With twelve foot tall gates lined with wood and silver gates, Alpha Pierce keeps his pack fiercely protected. Alpha Pierce also has a secret, a very dark secret that nobody knows. Until she comes along.
Meet Jinx Willow. Having been the child that her parents never wanted, Jinx hides in the shadows of her sisters, always being unseen and unheard by even her own pack. After being nearly whipped and beaten to death by her own pack, Jinx flees her pack and ends up outside the gates of the strongest pack to be in under the rule of the scariest Alpha; Alpha Pierce Sinclaire.
Only he's not just any Alpha. And he's not just any male.
No, Alpha Pierce Sinclaire just so happens to be mated to Jinx. Only...he wants nothing to do with her. But someone else does want Jinx...someone much stronger...and Jinx may just want him, too.
Meet Alpha Derric Shadow. At age twenty-eight, he's already been rejected by his mate years earlier. When sudden disappearances begin, Alpha Derric, Jinx, and Alpha Pierce must work together to figure out who, why and what is going on while also handling their apparent love triangle between Alpha Pierce being Jinx's ex-mate and Alpha Derric being Jinx's second-chance mate.
Chapter 1
Pierce Sinclaire's P.O.V.
I sigh, cracking my neck as I stay seated at the desk, staring at the map that's sprawled across it with various marked locations and multiple colorful lines drawn across it. There's a soft knock on the door before my Beta, Paul Wilson, sticks his head inside.
"Alpha," Paul says "You called me?"
"Yeah," I say "Something doesn't add up here."
"Alright," Paul says "Let me call in Joey."
I nod, rubbing my hand through my brown hair. I roll up the sleeves of my black button-up, stretching out my slack-clad legs. My Head Warrior, Joey Marshall, enters. He's dressed in similar attire to myself and Paul. The two sit down in the chairs across from my desk as we gaze at the map.
"So," Joey says "What doesn't make sense, Alpha?"
"All of it," I say "Somehow someway, these rogues are getting close to my gates and I just can't figure out how. How are they getting close enough to my gates without being seen, smelled or heard by the pack warriors?"
"That's what we can't even figure out," Paul says "We've tried everything to figure it out and we just can't. We've even walked the routes ourselves, Alpha, there's not a single trace of rogue outside the gates. It's like they never existed. And yet these warriors were attacked by something."
"Yes," Joey says "But if they can't see, smell or hear it, what in the world is attacking them? The ghost of a wolf?"
"I don't know," Paul says "I just said we can't figure it out, Joe."
"Alright," I say "Don't start arguing or I'll kick you both out."
The three of us sit in silence, staring at the map again as we think, trying to figure it out.
"Well," Paul says "Witches can brew a mist that you can spray on yourself to conceal your scent, can't they?"
"Yes," I say "But the only witch around us that we know of is Jane and she wouldn't help rogues, especially if she knew they were only using her potion to bring harm to other wolves."
"True," Joey says "But what about other witches in her coven? There are a hundred witches in every coven, right? So, what if it was one of them?"
"Maybe," Paul says "But how are we going to figure out where all the witches in her coven are located all around us?"
"Asking her," Joey says "What?"
"She's not going to tell us that," Paul states, shaking his head "She doesn't even know. Witches don't know where the other ones stay. Only the Elder Witch and the High Priestess of the coven know the exact locations of where the witches in every coven are."
"Okay," Joey says "So, why don't you ask Jane to set up a meeting between you and her High Priestess?"
"Impossible," I reply "Witches protect their High Priestess as well as they do their other half. They'll die before they give us a name."
"So," Joey says "Why don't we go all around the entire surrounding territory and ask every female we come across?"
"A witch isn't going to disclose her identity as a witch," I say "Do you realize how many times vampires and werewolves have used the abilities of witches for their pleasure? Witches have been tormented at the hands of werewolves and bled dry at the hands of vampires. A witch isn't going to simply tell you she's a witch. And she'll kill you before she lets you walk away."
"So," Joey questions "Then why do we know about Jane?"
Paul growls lowly, giving Joey a warning look.
"Stop asking questions," Paul berates lowly "You're going to make him mad and I don't want to deal with him mad."
Joey scowls at Paul and I roll my head at both of them, aggravated by their bickering.
"The two of you are getting on my nerves," I state, rubbing my temples "Quit bickering or I'm going to send you to the dungeons for a day...or a week."
Both of them get quiet, staring at me as they wait. There's a tap on the door.
"Enter," I say, raising an eyebrow as my Head Doctor enters "What is it, Elaine?"
"Alpha," Elaine hesitates "I don't believe any of us are safe from what's attacking..."
"And," I say "What is it?"
"We've only seen this combination thousands of years ago," Elaine says, offering me the manila envelopes "So, what do we do?"
I stare at the page.
"Holy sweet water," I whisper "Why didn't I think of you..."
Paul and Joey stare at me, curiously, but my mind is stuck on the paper.
Jinx Willow's P.O.V.
I stifle a yawn as I get out of bed to look at the rising sun. I pull on some black leggings, a black sweater, and black Vans, throwing my black curly hair into a messy bun and heading downstairs. I begin my daily morning routine; making the pack breakfast, preparing the dining hall, cleaning the bathrooms, cleaning the dining room, cleaning the kitchen, cleaning the rest of the pack house, picking the ripened fruits and vegetables from Luna's garden, washing the pack's laundry, making the pack dinner, preparing the dining hall, cleaning the kitchen, and then running any errands for anyone who needs anything done. It's saddening that my pack treats me so badly but what can you do when your the she-wolf they never wanted to begin with? My parents just so happen to be the Alpha and Luna, but I can't call them Mom or Dad. Why? They wish I was never born. The Luna actually tried to kill me while she was pregnant with me but according to her, it's like silver and wolfsbane just didn't affect me, which is true. Unlike other wolves, silver and wolfsbane don't weaken me, nor does it hurt me, which is strange for a werewolf since those are our weaknesses.
"Ahem," A voice says "You didn't come to my room."
My back gets rigid at the Beta's voice. When I was young, the Beta found out that his mate was a human so he decided that he didn't want her. Instead, he asked my father's permission to have his way with me whenever he had urges that needed to be fulfilled. My father happily consented, telling the Beta he could do with my body as he pleased. The Beta decided that I would have to see him every night in a specific room of his choosing three times every week. Most weeks, it's Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Often, if he's stressed, he'll include Sunday. Sometimes, he'll change the days to Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. I nod, silently walking up the steps and into the room the Beta chose. I lie down on the bed after stripping off my clothing as the Beta removes his, crawling on top of me. I close my eyes.
Five more days. Five more days. Five more days.
Mystery's P.O.V.
I watch them from the crystal ball, grinning manically before twirling my fingers and zoning in on her.
"Don't worry," I whisper to the dark-haired beauty's image in the ball "We will be together one day..."
"Master," The petite blonde in the corner whimpers "What would you like me to do?"
"Find out everything you know about them," I say, gazing at my beautiful dark-haired girl "Find out everything they know about me. And then report back to me. Do not fail me again, minion, or else."
The petite blonde nods, eyes wide before she scurries from the room.
"Follow her," I whisper to the air "Report back to me anything she does or says wrong."
The black crow squawks, taking flight into the air and swooping out the partially opened window encaged by black wilted rose vines.
"One day," I whisper "One day, we will be together again, my love."
What did the Head Doctor and Alpha Pierce figure out? What do they know? Five days until what? Who is this mysterious "mystery p.o.v."? Who is Mystery's minion? Why is the minion so afraid of mystery? Who is the "dark-haired beauty"?

The Human Among Wolves
My stomach twisted, but he wasn’t finished.
"You're just a pathetic little human," Zayn said, his words deliberate, each one hitting like a slap. "Spreading your legs for the first guy who bothers to notice you."
Heat rushed to my face, burning with humiliation. My chest ached — not from his words alone, but from the sick realization that I had trusted him. That I had let myself believe he was different.
I was so, so stupid.

His face was a mask of sheer determination, his eyes were a dark gold swimming with heat and desire. His hands wrapped around her thighs and pulled her to the edge of the table. He glided his fingers up her thighs and hooked several around the inside of her panties. His knuckles brushed her dripping sex.
“You’re soaking wet, Genevieve. Tell me, was it me that made you this way or him?” his voice told her to be careful with her answer. His knuckles slid down through her folds and she threw her head back as she moaned. “Weakness?”
“You…” she breathed.
