Introduction
Chapter 1
He said he loved me, wishing me a long, long life. But while I was in labor, he literally made a bet with his side piece—gambling on if I’d leave the delivery room dead or alive.
Chapter 1
Before the surgery that nearly killed her, Nora Reed learned that her husband had bet his mistress she would survive it.
The first thing Nora Reed heard when she woke was Chloe Bennett laughing.
It was a soft laugh, almost careful, the kind someone might use in a hospital room when she wanted to seem sweetone that made people want to protect her.
Nora lay still beneath the blankets, her body heavy with pain medication and the memory of pain that medication could not touch. The monitors beside her bed made patient, indifferent sounds.
“The doctor said there could be memory problems,” Chloe murmured.
A man shifted in a chair near the window. “He said there could be. Not that there will be.”
Ethan.
Nora knew his voice before she opened her eyes. For seven years, it had been the voice that found her in crowded rooms, the voice that called her when she stayed late at work, the voice that had promised, more times than she could count, that she would never have to face anything alone again.
Now it sounded tired. Irritated. Afraid of being caught.
Chloe said, “I’m only saying, if she really doesn’t remember, then we won’t have to keep pretending we’re careful. We could stop acting like strangers every time she’s around.”
The silence that followed was not a refusal.
Nora’s fingers tightened beneath the blanket.
Before the emergency surgery, before the blood and the shouting and the frantic blur of people wheeling her toward an operating room, she had seen Ethan’s phone on the counter outside the maternity ward.
She had not meant to look. His screen had lit up. Her name had been in the message thread.
Chloe: You really think she’ll make it?
Ethan: She will. She has to.
Chloe: Bet?
Then a string of laughing emojis, followed by words Nora had read three times because her mind would not accept them.
Nora read them three times.
Make it through the delivery, or die with the baby.
Ethan had bet that Nora would live.
He had written, She’s my wife. I love her. I want her to live a long time.
As if aA man could wager on a woman’s life and call the side he chose love.
Nora had stared at the phone until a contraction seized her. She had not had time to confront him. There had been no time for anything except terror, blood, and the hard white lights above the operating table.
Now she had woken to Chloe asking whether Ethan wanted to flirt with her in front of Nora’s bed.
Her husband let out a long breath. “Chloe, this is not the time.”
“I said if.” Chloe’s voice softened into a pout. “You’ve been taking care of Nora for months. You deserve to be happy too.”
Nora opened her eyes.
Ethan was on his feet before she focused. He looked thinner than she remembered, his dark hair uncombed, his shirt creased as though he had slept in it. For one sharp, stupid moment, relief moved through her. He had stayed. He looked worried.
Then Chloe rose from the chair beside him, smoothing her dress. Her hand had been resting on Ethan’s knee.
“Nora.” Ethan crossed to the bed. “You’re awake.”
He reached for her face.
Nora turned away.
His hand froze in the air.
Chloe watched her closely. Chloe was younger than Nora by nearly a decade, bright-eyed and polished, with the same restless energy Nora had once carried everywhere. Ethan had told Nora that Chloe reminded him of her college self. Back then Nora had taken it as an awkward compliment.
Now she understood it had been a warning.
“Do you know who we are?” Chloe asked.
Nora looked from Chloe to Ethan. She knew exactly who they were. Her husband. His mistress. The two people who had stood somewhere outside an operating room and made entertainment out of whether she and her child would survive.
Her throat burned. She could have said Ethan’s name. She could have asked him why. She could have screamed until a nurse came running.
But Ethan’s face was open in a way she had not seen in months. Not honest. Expectant.
Chloe leaned closer. “Nora?”
An idea came to Nora with no grace and no plan.
It was simply there: a door cracked open in a burning house.
She shook her head.
Chloe’s eyes lit.
Ethan looked at Nora for a long moment. Then he swallowed. “We’re your friends,” Chloe said quickly. “You had an accident. We brought you here.”
She slipped her arm through Ethan’s. “And this is my boyfriend. Ethan Hale.”
The room went still.
Nora watched Ethan’s jaw tighten. He could have stopped it. He could have told Chloe to leave. He could have said, My wife knows me. He could have done any number of decent thingsmade any denial.
Instead, after one breath too long, he put his hand over Chloe’s.
“That’s right,” he said. “I’m Ethan.”
Nora let her face remain blank.
Inside, something old and tender finished breaking.

The Rejected Luna’s Rise
Luna Ariana Volkstane slid the formal rejection request across the table. "Let's end this bond. It's better for you, me, and your first love."
He just smirked. "You want me to reject you? You think you can break our bond that easily?"
So she did. Ariana cut ties with him completely, poured herself into her career, and rose to global fame as a legendary healer, her knowledge of rare herbs, wolf anatomy, and ancient magic sought after across continents.
The powerful suitors lined up. The Alpha of an overseas empire whispered, "Ariana, hurry up and perform the severing ritual. I can't wait to claim you." A powerful pack leader vowed, "I'll be there with you the day you break the bond." A legendary wolf attorney promised, "I'll handle your rejection case with the pack council myself."
Ariana just rubbed her temples. It's not that she didn't want the split, she wanted it more than anything, it's just that the Alpha she was mated to refused to let go.
Finally, she announced, "Whoever can officially get me rejected, I'll put you at the head table of my bond-breaking celebration."
Not long after, Alpha Damian was served the official rejection request right in the middle of an emergency pack council meeting. That same afternoon, he was attacked by rogues at the gates of his own territory.
When Ariana showed up at the pack infirmary with healing herbs, she repeated calmly, "Let's sever the mate bond. It's better for you, me, and everyone else."
But the cold, untouchable Alpha pulled her into his arms, his eyes blood-red with fury. "You want me to reject you? Over my dead body."

Sofia Martinez has spent two years rebuilding her life after escaping an abusive marriage, raising her daughter Emma alone, watching every exit, trusting no one who looks like violence. Tyler Rodriguez looks exactly like violence. She knows better than to let him in.
But Tyler keeps showing up. At the hospital. At her school. In the quiet spaces, she thought were hers alone. And for the first time in years, Sofia's threat assessment comes back wrong because the most dangerous thing about Tyler Rodriguez isn't his fists. It's that he listens.
As their forbidden connection deepens, Sofia's ex-husband, Marcus, is watching, and when he files for custody of their daughter, naming Tyler as evidence of Sofia's poor judgment, everything they've carefully built begins to crack.
Tyler must choose between the only language he's ever known and the man he's desperately trying to become. Sofia must decide whether protecting her daughter means keeping her walls up or finally letting the right person through them.
The Enforcer's Redemption is a sizzling, emotionally raw forbidden romance featuring a brooding hockey enforcer haunted by grief, a fiercely independent single mother rebuilding from trauma, and a slow-burn love story set against the backdrop of professional sports, custody battles, and the hardest question of all: can broken people protect each other without breaking again?

Pregnant by My Husband's Rival Alpha
Those words should have destroyed me, but the truth was worse: I'd been used as a broodmare by the man who swore to love me, set up in a hotel room with a stranger because My husband Alexander Cross couldn't father children himself, and now I carried the secret babies of Damon Lester—the most powerful and dangerous Alpha in San Loris—while my own family replaced me with the daughter they'd always wanted. But when that same stranger's doctor appeared at my door, when twenty million dollars exchanged hands over a fake perfume bearing my secret identity, and when Damon's gray eyes locked onto mine with recognition I couldn't afford, I realized my carefully hidden life as the legendary perfumer Vera was colliding with a pregnancy that could cost me everything.
Could I protect my babies from the husband plotting my death, hide my true identity from the Alpha who's been hunting me for years, and reclaim the freedom I'd buried along with my dreams—even if it means standing alone against the wolves who see me as nothing more than a womb to be used and discarded?

The Devil’s Contract: Kiss Me Like A Lie
The air in the ballroom was suffocating, filled with the scent of expensive wine and predatory Alphas. I felt the familiar, terrifying burn start low in my stomach. My suppressants were failing. I am an Omega pretending to be a Beta, and my fiancé, Reign Montgomery, is a powerful Enigma who believes Omegas are nothing but weak whores.
I rushed to the restroom, locking myself in, praying the scent wouldn't leak. My hands shook as I dialed for help, but the door handle turned. Reign stood there. He didn't look at my face; he grabbed my wrist, pulling it to his nose, inhaling deeply. His dark, soulless eyes bore into mine. "You smell different," he whispered, his voice dangerously low. If he finds out what I really am, I’m dead.
Reign Montgomery promised himself he’d never get involved with an omega. Not romantically, not physically, not even by accident. He doesn’t trust them, doesn’t want them, and refuses to let anyone become a weakness.

My Alpha's Fake Luna

I believed our marriage was over.
I was wrong.
For two years, I thought Alpha Michael never loved me.
Every misunderstanding pushed us farther apart.
Every silence broke another piece of my heart.
While another woman slowly took my place.
But everything changed after the death of the Grand Alpha.
My mate began watching me.
Protecting me.
Holding me whenever I fell.
Looking at me like he was terrified of losing me.
If he hated me...
Why did he keep risking everything for me?
And why did everyone panic the moment I finally chose another future?
Tango 2 the Alpha's Heart
My gaze snapped to his. He was smiling, causing my heart to skip a painful beat. Before I could respond, the music began, and my body instinctively reacted to the sweet melody.
I found myself molded to Lex's will, my feet irresistibly following the dance steps.
The crowd gasped as Lex pulled me into a more intimate position, his hands roaming over my body in a seductive manner.
The experience was both terrifying and magical, allowing me to feel every longing emotion through the dance.
I soon found myself lost in his arms.
When the music finally stopped, my arms were wrapped around his neck, his hands resting on my back, our noses almost touching. He gazed deeply into my eyes.
The ballroom fell silent.
Was he about to kiss me?
