Introduction
Classes by day, coffee shop by night, that was my life. No parents. No foster homes. Just me, surviving on scraps of hope and caffeine.
But one walk home changed everything.
One moment, I was on the phone with my best friend. The next, a hand was clamped over my mouth, the world spinning as something sharp sank deep into my skin. I should’ve died right there on that cold, dark street. But death never came.
Instead… I woke up hungry.
Not the kind of hunger food fixes. This was deeper, darker — and it came with fangs and cravings I swore I’d never have. I despised humans for the way they used, abandoned, and broke people like me. Now? They’re the only thing that keeps me alive.
I never asked to become a monster.
But that’s exactly what I am.
Chapter 1
LILLIAN POV:
It always starts the same way, me running.
My lungs feel like they’re on fire, my legs scream for mercy, and the sound of my heartbeat drowns out everything else. The night stretches endlessly in front of me dark, wet, and too quiet. The kind of quiet that makes your skin crawl.
I don’t know where I’m going. I just know I can’t stop, I can’t let that thing catch me.
Behind me, something was moving very fast. The kind of fast that doesn’t make sense for anything human. There’s a rhythm to its steps so deliberate like it’s enjoying the chase.
I turn down a narrow street, the pavement slick with rain, and nearly slip. Streetlights flicker above me, buzzing weakly, throwing long shadows that twist and stretch across the cracked asphalt. My reflection flashes for a second in a puddle, and trust me you don't wanna know what I look like right now with my pale face, wide eyes and my damn hair plastered to my forehead. I barely recognize myself.
“What the hell is this?” I whisper between gasps. My voice sounds small, swallowed by the night.
I glance over my shoulder and that’s when I see it still following me.
It was a figure, tall and too so for my liking. But I see the eyes, it's bright, very much unnatural, and cold as glass. Watching me like I’m nothing more than prey.
My stomach twisted, My brain refuses to call it what it looks like. A vampire? oh please.....That’s absurd.
It’s just… some weird person. A trick of the dark or my imagination running wild. Right?
But then it moves even faster than I can breathe.
I break into a sprint again, my shoes slapping against the ground, splashing through puddles. My chest feels like it’s about to cave in. I can hear it behind me now not footsteps anymore, but a low, guttural sound that makes my spine seize, It’s not human..... Jesus ... It can’t be.
“Stay away!” I shout, my voice cracking.
Suddenly, the ground shifts beneath me. My foot catches on something, a damn rock, or perhaps a piece of debris, I don’t even know and I go flying forward. Pain explodes up my leg as I hit the asphalt hard. I groan, trying to push myself up, but my limbs feel heavy, numb. The world spined around my eyes.
When my vision clears, I realize I’ve fallen onto a deserted highway. There are no cars, no lights, just an endless stretch of dark road disappearing into nothing. My palms sting, and blood trickles down my elbow. I can’t even move. I can’t even think straight.
And then I hear it again, soft footsteps, slow and deliberate, coming closer.
No.... No, no, no, please God just this once!
I try to crawl backward, but my body won’t listen. My breath comes out in ragged gasps. My pulse hammers against my throat like a trapped animal.
The figure stops right in front of me.
Up close, it’s worse, so much worse. Skin pale like moonlight, eyes gleaming with a hunger that doesn’t belong to this world. A cruel smile spreads across her lips as she tilts her head, studying me the way a cat looks at a cornered mouse.
When she speaks, her voice is silk and smooth, chilling, almost… amused.
“It’ll be a lot easier,” she says softly, “and sweeter… if you don’t scream.”
Before I can even think, I feel the cold brush of her fingers against my neck, then I felt the pain I wouldn't even wish my enemies.
Something sharp pierces my skin, and a scream tears from my throat high, the pain was endless. It feels like fire racing through my veins, like my blood is turning to ice and heat at once. My vision blurs, spots of red and black dancing before my eyes. The world tilts sideways and everything went black.
Ahhhhhhh!
I bolt upright, gasping. Sweat drenches my forehead, sticking my hair to my face. My sheets are twisted around me like vines, my chest heaving like I’ve actually been running.
For a moment, I just sit there, heart pounding against my ribs.
Then I groan, dragging a hand down my face.
“Ugh,” I mutter, my voice hoarse. “These damn nightmares again…”

The Contract Wife: Marriage Of Malice
He didn't finish. He didn't need to.
I didn't tell him to stop.
Instead, my fingers curled into his shirt, clutching the fabric as though it was my only anchor. Something in him snapped—something he had been holding back for too long. His mouth found mine in a kiss that wasn't tender, but hungry, desperate.
I gasped into him, his hand sliding up to cup my jaw, holding me as if afraid I might vanish.
"You drive me insane," he breathed against my mouth, his lips trailing to my throat. "I can't lose you, Ella. Not you."
My head fell back, a soft sound escaping me as his fingers memorized my waist. My anger melted beneath his desperation.
"James..." I whispered, more plea than protest.
His hand caught mine, fingers threading together tightly. "I'll bring him back. I swear it. Just... don't turn away from me. Please."
The word please—low, ragged, almost broken—undid me more than anything else could have.

“There are no limits between us,” he chuckled, the mirth sparkling in his gorgeous eyes. “And all of this stems from the night you gave me both pain and pleasure. I’m simply returning the favor.”
He took two steps forward, and I stepped back. “But…” The memory of what I had done filled me with fear, and I knew I had to get out of there. “I…”
“No, Firecat.” He placed an index finger on my lips. “This will take your mind off that son of a bitch.” His strong hands pulled me by the waist until I felt his hard manhood.
Accardi
“I thought you said you were done chasing me?” Gen mocked.
“I am done chasing you.”
Before she could formulate a witty remark, Matteo threw her down. She landed hard on her back atop his dining room table. She tried to sit up when she noticed what he was doing. His hands were working on his belt. It came free of his pants with a violent yank. She collapsed back on her elbows, her mouth gaping open at the display. His face was a mask of sheer determination, his eyes were a dark gold swimming with heat and desire. His hands wrapped around her thighs and pulled her to the edge of the table. He glided his fingers up her thighs and hooked several around the inside of her panties. His knuckles brushed her dripping sex.
“You’re soaking wet, Genevieve. Tell me, was it me that made you this way or him?” his voice told her to be careful with her answer. His knuckles slid down through her folds and she threw her head back as she moaned. “Weakness?”
“You…” she breathed.
Genevieve loses a bet she can’t afford to pay. In a compromise, she agrees to convince any man her opponent chooses to go home with her that night. Rise of the Banished She-Wolf
That roar stole my eighteenth birthday and shattered my world. My first shift should have been glory—blood turned blessing into shame. By dawn they'd branded me "cursed": cast out by my pack, abandoned by family, stripped of my nature. My father didn't defend me—he sent me to a forsaken island where wolfless outcasts were forged into weapons, forced to kill each other until only one could leave.
On that island I learned the darkest edges of humanity and how to bury terror in bone. Countless times I wanted to surrender—dive into the waves and never surface—but the accusing faces that haunted my dreams pushed me back toward something colder than survival: revenge. I escaped, and for three years I hid among humans, collecting secrets, learning to move like a shadow, sharpening patience into precision—becoming a blade.
Then, under a full moon, I touched a bleeding stranger—and my wolf returned with a violence that made me whole. Who was he? Why could he wake what I'd thought dead?
One thing I know: now is the time.
I have waited three years for this. I will make everyone who destroyed me pay—and take back everything that was stolen from me.
