Introduction

Astraeus is a human scientist. Vane is an immortal Devil Prince who has searched the universe for his soulmate for centuries.
The moment Vane finds him, he kidnaps him.
Taken from Earth to a distant world, Astraeus becomes the obsession of a powerful prince, the target of a jealous royal rival, and the key to an ancient prophecy. Bound by a soul-link that makes them share pain, blood, and fate, they are forced together as war looms across the stars.
But while Astraeus fights for his freedom, Vane faces a far more dangerous battle: proving that a Devil can love without possession—and that some bonds are stronger than destiny itself.

Chapter 1

Author's Point Of View :

The air of the planet Zurich was a poison meant for strong supernatural beings. Even the most resilient werewolves and immortal vampires couldn't handle the atmospheric pressure without a mate-bond marking, let alone a fragile human. Astraeus lay broken on the massive, king-sized bed, his lungs seizing as his body violently rejected the alien world. His vision was tunneling, the edges of his consciousness fraying into a cold, terrifying grey. He looked like a wilting flower in a frost, his pale face was slowly turning a haunting shade of blue.

Standing over him, Vane the Zurich Prince and a hybrid born of a Zurich King and a werewolf Alpha, felt his own heart stutter in his chest. Seeing his mate reduced to a gasping shadow of himself made Vane’s blood run cold. He clenched his jaw so hard his muscles jumped, and he gritted his teeth against a roar of pure agony. His palms balled into tight fists, his knuckles turning white as the doctor’s words echoed in his mind like a death knell.

‘Twenty-four hours. His human body is declining in this air. The air of Zurich is a poison for him which has already corroded his fragile frame. Now, taking him back to Earth won't work. You only have one choice. Either Mark him, or watch him die.’

But Vane couldn't let go. He stared at Astraeus, who was trembling against the silk sheets, his breath coming in shallow, terrifying hitches that sounded like paper tearing. Vane’s wolf, Amarok, was pacing frantically in the back of his mind, claws metaphorically digging into his heart, while his alien soul, Zeehan, calculated the only remaining tether, a soul-bond. A total, physical claim.

The room felt small, pressurized by the weight of Vane’s agonizing choice. Astraeus lay there, a fragile streak of white against the dark midnight-blue sheets. Seeing his precious little human mate’s gasps becoming more rhythmic and terrifying, Vane closed his eyes and took a deep breath. He let the weight of the decision settle into his bones before he finally moved. He climbed onto the bed, his heavy, muscular frame hovering over Astraeus, pinning the fragile, angelic human into the soft mattress.

"I am sorry, sweetheart!!!"

Vane whispered, looking into those teary, innocent ocean-blue eyes with his own midnight-black ones. His voice was thick with a dark, suffocating devotion, his jaw tight as he fought back the urge to howl in grief. He reached out with a huge, rough palm, gently caressing the pale, milky-white face of the boy who had become his entire universe.

"I have to do this. Because I am too selfish to let go of you. I can’t live without you."

He spoke with a raw grief that vibrated in the air. The sound of his voice and the sheer heat radiating from his body seemed to clear the fog from Astraeus’s mind for a split second. The human, who had been on the verge of passing out, suddenly jolted alert. His eyes went wide as he saw Vane’s fingers moving to the front buttons of his white shirt. A primal fear spiked in Astraeus's chest, and he yelped out a panicked question.

"What are you doing?"

He panicked, his heart hammering against his ribs like a trapped bird. Even though his vision was slightly clearer, the world was still a cloudy mess of indigo and gold. His usually melodious, chirpy voice was nothing more than a ghost of a sound. Vane heard the fear, and it cut him deeper than any blade. He clenched his fist tightly around the fabric of his shirt and swallowed hard, bracing himself for the hatred he was about to earn.

"Doing something which you might not like, my love!!!"

Vane replied. As he spoke, his midnight-black eyes began to pulse with a fierce, unnatural glow. His hands, large and trembling with the effort of restraining his power, moved down to Astraeus’s shirt, opening all of his shirt buttons one by one.

"Maybe after this, you are going to hate me..."

He confessed, already knowing the consequences of his decision.

"Stop!!!!"

Astraeus pleaded, his voice breaking. He reached up, his fingers curling weakly into Vane’s broad shoulders, trying to push the mountain of muscle away, but his strength was nothing compared to the Zurich Prince. Seeing it, Vane's eyes softened and with a guilty conscience he apologized to his beautiful mate.

"Please forgive me for doing something which you don't want. For not asking your consent. But I don't have a choice!!!!"

Vane growled, his wolf Amarok and Alin Zeehan, surging to the surface, demanding the claim to save their mate’s life. He began to lean in, his face closing the distance until their breaths mingled. Astraeus felt the sheer, predatory weight of the man above him and sobbed, his dignity fraying.

"Stay the fuck away from me, you monster!!!!"

Astraeus wailed, but Vane was a force of nature, part devil, part beast, and entirely obsessed.

"Try to understand, sweetheart, I am doing this for you. For us."

Vane’s heat was blistering. He forced himself between Astraeus’s thighs, his massive, calloused hands seizing the human’s fragile wrists. He pinned them to the silk pillows with a force that made the headboard groan, locking them above Astraeus’s head. Despite the power, he held him with a strange, desperate care, ensuring he wouldn't bruise the delicate skin more than necessary. It made Astraeus' heart shudder in his chest, feeling dread.

"You can't do this to me… No, no, you can't!!!!"

Astraeus cried as his words registered in his mind.

"Sweetheart, listen to me…."

Vane rasped, his breath hot against Astraeus’s trembling lips. His heart was breaking, but his resolve was iron.

"This is something which is eventually going to happen one day or another. Let me take care of you. Let me sink into you so deep that the air of this planet recognizes you as their Queen."

He tried to reason to make him understand but Astraeus wasn't ready to listen to any of it.

"No... no... no..."

Astraeus’s protest was cut short as Vane’s mouth crashed onto his. It wasn't a gentle kiss. It was a total conquest. Vane’s tongue invaded, tasting the fading divinity of the human, while his body pressed down with a crushing, carnal weight that stole Astraeus's breath.

“Mmphhhh!!!”

Astraeus tried to fight the kiss, but his body, starved for the energy Vane was radiating, began to betray him, melting into the Prince’s arms. Astraeus kept his lips shut tight in a final, stubborn act of defiance. Seeing this, Vane shifted his grip, using one hand to hold both of the boy's wrists while the other hand moved to Astraeus's waist. He gave a sharp pinch to the sensitive skin, making Astraeus gasp in surprise. Taking immediate advantage of the opening, Vane slid his tongue inside, exploring the sweetness of the human’s mouth.

Author's Point Of View :

Astraeus didn't realize when he got lost in the heat. While the human was dazed by the kiss, Vane reached for the ice bags he had prepared on the nightstand. He placed them on both sides of Astraeus’s nape, the cold shock making the boy shiver. He waited, kissing him hungrily to keep him distracted while the skin numbed. Finally, Vane broke the kiss and tossed the ice bags onto the floor. Astraeus lay there gasping, his eyes fluttering shut.

At that moment, Vane let Amarok take full control. When he opened his eyes again, the midnight black had been replaced by a glowing, bioluminescent gold.

“Our beautiful mate!!!”

The wolf grumbled through Vane’s throat. He leaned down, kissing Astraeus senseless one more time before trailing his lips down to the boy's nape. He swirled his tongue over the junction where the neck met the shoulder, tasting the salt of his skin.

"Mphhh!!!!!"

Astraeus let out a low, involuntary moan as Vane’s teeth grazed his skin. The sound was so sweet it made Vane’s own desire stir violently. Slowly, his fangs began to elongate, sharp and lethal. Amarok’s touch became more demanding, his hands roaming over Astraeus’s trembling body with a hunger that had been suppressed for eons. He marked every inch of skin with feather-light kisses, his scent of ozone, pine, and musk overwhelming the human’s senses.

"I promise, Mate…."

Amarok groaned against the skin of his neck, the vibration rattling Astraeus’s bones. He nipped at the earlobe, his voice a possessive hum.

"I will try to be gentle... but you are mine now. Forever. And I’m never letting you go, my sweet Mate.”

With a low, possessive growl, the wolf made the final, life-saving strike. He bit down hard on Astraeus’s nape, sinking his long fangs deep into the skin and releasing his wolf blood directly into the human’s bloodstream.

"Ahhh!"

Astraeus screamed as the fangs sank in. His back arched off the bed as a violent surge of dark, wild, and ancient energy flooded his veins. The power pulsed through him, forcing his human cells to adapt and survive.

"Shhh, it's okay, sweetheart!!!!"

Vane murmured, his voice returning as he licked the fresh mark, trying to soothe the stinging pain. Amarok had given him back the control after marking, knowing their mate needs a gentle Vane more than the beast inside him, who can't understand his feelings better than Vane. Vane could feel Astraeus’s heart racing against his own.

“Just one more time!!!”

Vane’s voice was husky and velvety now, the growl of the alien receding.

“Please bear with it, sweetheart!!!”

Vane requested before he stepped back slightly, his eyes shifting again, this time glowing a deep, forest green as his Alien Soul, Zeehan, took the lead.

“Mate gorgeous…”

Zeehan complimented him, pecking Astraeus’s lips softly.

“Zeehan loves Mate!!!!”

He looked deep into Astraeus’s eyes with an intensity that made the human tremble.

“Zeehan wants to mark, mate!!! Claim Mate!!!”

The alien soul’s voice was a low, vibrating thrum that seemed to command the very molecules in the air. Seeing the terror in Astraeus’s eyes, Zeehan pecked his lips again.

“Don't worry, Mate. Zeehan will be quick.”

Zeehan promised and hearing it, Astraeus tried to wiggle away, his mind screaming in protest, but Zeehan held him in place with effortless strength.

“I’m not letting you go, Mate."

Zeehan stated and Astraeus, still gasping from the shock of Amarok’s mark on the left side of his neck, tried to scramble backward.

"Stop!!! What are you ...."

Before he could finish, his breath hitched. He saw Zeehan’s fangs elongate. Before he could process the danger, they sank deep into the right side of his neck as with a low, possessive growl, the alien made the final strike. He bit down hard on Astraeus’s right, unmarked nape, burying his long fangs deep into the skin and releasing his alien blood directly into the human’s bloodstream.

“Ahhhhh!!! It hurts!!! It hurts!!! It hurts!!!”

Astraeus sobbed, his chest heaving as the new, heavy energy of the bond began to circulate through his heart. He felt violated, his body no longer feeling like his own, but Zeehan didn't budge. The alien soul was mesmerized by the glowing brand he had left behind. Astraeus thrashed his head against the pillow in a mess of pain and pure panic, his blonde hair damp with sweat and tears. Seeing the distress, Zeehan felt a surge of alien worry, he didn't want to break the treasure he had just claimed. He retreated his fangs the second the marking was done.

To soothe the stinging heat, Zeehan swirled his long, cool tongue over the fresh mark. The touch was hypnotic, and Astraeus slowly stopped thrashing, his muscles turning to lead, though he still let out low, broken sobs that tore through the silence of the room. Seeing the absolute wreckage of the boy’s spirit, Vane felt a sharp pain in his own chest. He forced Zeehan to retreat, pulling his consciousness back to the front until he finally took full control of his body once more.

His eyes returned to their intimidating, midnight-black depths, though now they were softened by a look of desperate regret. Vane watched the jagged, pulsing marks on Astraeus’s neck one from the wolf, one from the alien and felt a wave of crushing guilt war with his primal satisfaction. The deed was done. The human was anchored to the world, but the cost was etched in the tears streaming down Astraeus’s pale face.

He loosened his grip on Astraeus’s wrists and immediately pulled the trembling human into his massive chest, wrapping his muscular arms around him in a suffocatingly protective hold.

“Shhh!!!! Don't cry, don't cry Sweetheart!!! It's fine!!! It's over now!!!”

Vane whispered into his hair, his voice cracking with emotion. He pressed a firm, lingering kiss to Astraeus’s forehead, his large hand coming up to cup the back of the boy’s head, forcing him to stay tucked against the hollow of his neck.

Astraeus couldn't even find the strength to push him away. He just lay there, a broken bird in a golden cage, listening to the heavy, thunderous heartbeat of the monster who had just stolen his soul to save his life. The marks on Astraeus’s neck were stinging, a fresh, raw, and pulsing brand of joined fate which hummed with a strange, bioluminescent light.

The human could finally breathe. The Zurich air was being filtered by the new power in his blood, but the oxygen felt like fire. He was alive, but he was trapped with a monster.

Author's Point Of View :

The heat in the room was stifling, the air thick with the scent of lilies and the charged ozone of Vane’s hybrid power. The indigo shadows of the four-poster bed felt like a cage. Even after the marking was finished, Vane still didn't move away, he didn't stop at the bite. He loomed over Astraeus like a mountain of dark, radiating muscle, his eyes glowing with a predatory fire that signaled the absolute end of Astraeus’s autonomy. It was a look that promised no mercy, his hybrid aura thick with a terrifying, primal hunger.

Vane’s midnight-black eyes tracked every frantic, shallow breath Astraeus took. The marking had saved the human’s life, but now the Zurich Prince’s dual souls, the wolf and the alien, demanded a total, physical anchoring. He reached out, his large, shaking hand wandering with a possessive intent. He claimed every inch of the human's space as his rough hand sneaked under Astraeus's clothes and roamed over his body, tracing every trembling curve. He moved with a primal intensity, his very blood wanting to feel more than just skin-to-skin contact.

As Vane's fingers brushed Astraeus’s chest, the fabric of the boy’s shirt got in the way, a thin barrier that the wolf howling inside Vane couldn't tolerate. Vane lunged with a speed that blurred the air. Before Astraeus could even gasp, Vane’s fingers hooked into the collar of his shirt. With a violent, impatient tug, he ripped the front of Astraeus’s shirt open.

The buttons didn't just pop; they were torn from the fabric, clattering against the marble floor and hitting the far walls like a hail of stones. The sharp, metallic clicks of the buttons bouncing away punctuated the heavy silence, leaving the shirt hanging in useless, ruined strips around Astraeus’s shoulders.

Vane didn't stop there. He stripped the ruined remains away with brutal efficiency, bunching the fabric in his fist before throwing it dismissively somewhere into the dark shadows of the room. The discarded rags hit a far wall with a soft thud, leaving Astraeus shivering and exposed, the last barrier between him and his Mate's predatory gaze now gone forever.

"Ahhhh…"

Astraeus gasped, his chest heaving as the cool air hit his heated, marked skin. He felt exposed, his heart hammering against his ribs in a desperate rhythm.

"Finally!!!"

Vane rasped, the sound vibrating deep in his chest. His eyes were a terrifying, midnight black, dark, intimidating pit that seemed to swallow the dim light of the room.

"No more hiding now, Sweetheart. Look at me... your Mate!!!"

He moved closer, his presence looming over the bed like a dark, inescapable shadow. Astraeus tried to shrink back, his hands coming up in a futile attempt to cover himself, his fingers trembling with a frantic, useless energy.

"Stay away from me!"

Astraeus choked out, his voice thick with tears.

"You’re a monster! You took me from my home... you stole me!"

Vane caught his wrists in a grip of iron, pinning them above his head with a single hand. The strength was absolute, making Astraeus feel like a doll in the hands of a giant. But as he leaned in, his voice softened into a low, rumbling croon.

"I didn't steal you, Sweetheart. I reclaimed you. You were never meant for that small, dying world."

He leaned down, his nose brushing against Astraeus's temple in a ghost of a caress.

"Shhh. You're safe now. You're with me.”

Saying this he moved his hand on Astraeus' naked body.

"I want to admire your naked body."

Vane murmured, his gaze crawling over Astraeus’s skin with a hunger that felt like a physical touch.

"You’re going to be bare for me."

Astraeus’s eyes went wide in terror, his breath hitching in his throat, but Vane didn't give him a chance to breathe or recover. He crashed his mouth onto Astraeus’s, making out with a raw, bruising intensity. It was a chaotic, deep exploration, his tongue demanding total submission, effectively silencing any plea for mercy.

While his mouth dominated Astraeus’s, Vane’s heavy body pressed down, pinning the boy into the mattress. He began to move, a slow, torturous grind of his hips that made Astraeus’s head swim. Even through the fabric of their trousers, the friction was undeniable. Vane grounded his clothed dick against Astraeus’s entrance, the hard, thick length of him pressing firmly into the sensitive heat between the boy’s thighs.

"Feel that?"

Vane growled into the kiss, his voice thick with a dark, dirty lust.

“I want to thrust that into your tiny pussy so hard. Even through these clothes, I can feel how much you're wet for me.”

"No... please..."

Astraeus sobbed against Vane's lips, his body betraying him as the forced heat of the bond began to bloom in his gut. He hated Vane, hated the way the Prince had ended his life on Earth, but his skin was screaming under the touch.

He pulled back just enough to trail his mouth downward, beginning to mark every inch of Astraeus’s body no matter how much he tried to resist. He left a dark, bruising trail of hickeys that started at the nape of his neck and descended toward his hips, claiming the skin with possessiveness. Vane leaned lower, his mouth seeking out Astraeus’s chest. He began sucking and biting hard on his nipples, his teeth grazing the sensitive peaks until the boy was thrashing beneath him in a daze of pain and forced heat.

"Your little pussy is going to be so sore by the time I'm done digging it…"

Vane hissed against his skin, his hips never stopping that rhythmic, punishing grind against Astraeus's hole.

"I will fuck you so hard that your body wilk be covered in my smell in such a way that everyone on this planet will smell me on you before they even see you. You're mine, Sweetheart. Every inch. All mine.”

Driven by a sudden, sharp spike of desire, Vane broke the kiss, his breathing ragged and hot against Astraeus’s flushed face. He moved down, his heavy body shifting between Astraeus's trembling thighs. His fingers made quick, violent work of the belt, the metal buckle hissing open and clattering against the bedframe.

But then, Vane leaned lower, his midnight eyes fixed on Astraeus’s crotch. In a display of raw, animalistic dominance, he leaned down and caught the metal tab of the zipper between his teeth. Astraeus let out a choked sob, his hips jerking involuntarily as he felt the cold metal and Vane’s hot breath through the fabric. With a slow, steady pull of his head, Vane dragged the zipper down, the harsh metallic rasp echoing in the silent room.

Once the path was clear, his patience evaporated. His hands moved to the waistband of Astraeus's pants, his fingers hooking deep into the fabric with a strength that made the material groan. With one brutal, downward jerk, he tore them away.

"Ahhh!"

Author's Point Of View :

"Ahhh!"

Astraeus let out a sharp, jagged gasp, his back arching off the mattress as the sudden violence of the act sent a jolt of pure adrenaline through his veins. The sound was brutal, a harsh scream of denim and seams surrendering all at once. The heavy fabric didn't just slide, it shredded down the length of Astraeus’s legs, the waistband snapping under Vane’s merciless power. He simply decimated the garment, his knuckles grazing roughly against Astraeus’s inner thighs as he stripped the ruined legs off.

Vane bunched the remains in his fist and hurled them across the room, where they hit the wall with a heavy thud, leaving Astraeus trembling and hyperventilating in nothing but a pair of thin, plain black panties.

The sight of the human’s vulnerability, so close to being completely his, made Vane’s hybrid blood boil with a dark, primal heat. He didn't stop to let Astraeus recover, he sneaked his heavy, burning hand inside the panties, his palm pressing flat against Astraeus’s crotch with a force that claimed everything beneath it.

Astraeus gasped, his eyes wide and glazing over, as Vane began to play with his hole through the thin, damp barrier of fabric. Vane’s fingers were large and calloused, a stark contrast to the soft, yielding heat they found. His thumb moved in a slow, torturous circle, pressing deep into the sensitive opening, while his other hand wrapped around Astraeus’s small, shaking dick. He began stroking it with a firm, possessive rhythm, the friction of the pantie against Astraeus's skin creating an agonizing, forced pleasure that made the boy's hips jerk uncontrollably against Vane’s palm.

"You're so hard, Sweetheart!!!!"

Vane growled, his voice a low, vibrating rumble that Astraeus felt in his very bones.

"And so fucking wet for me. Let's remove these unnecessary things. Nothing stays between us tonight."

Vane’s eyes were like bottomless pits of midnight as he watched Astraeus's face contort, a sob catching in the boy's throat. His grip tightened, his fingers hooking into the delicate sides of the lace. With one final, ruthless snap, he tore the panties away. The sound of the lace shredding was the final note of Astraeus’s modesty being destroyed. Vane tossed the ruined scrap of fabric into the indigo shadows without a second glance, leaving Astraeus completely exposed. Now he lay completely naked and bare, his legs splayed and his body trembling under the heavy weight of his Mate, his back arching off the soft mattress as he was pressed. His skin was already covered in purple marks and the deep, red fingerprints Vane had left on his waist.

"Look at you!!!"

Vane hissed, his hand returning to Astraeus's inner thigh, his thumb digging into the soft skin near his entrance.

"You look so beautiful, that I want to keep you naked like this for your entire life. Locked in this room, safe in my arms. I love how you are bare for me now. Open your legs wider, Sweetheart. I want to see that small little pink pussy of yours."

Vane stood over the bed for a heartbeat, his hands going to the buttons of his own black shirt. He didn't rip his own clothes with the same mindless violence he had used on Astraeus, instead, he moved with a slow, predatory deliberate-ness, his midnight eyes never leaving Astraeus’s face. He popped the buttons one by one, the fabric falling away to reveal a chest of hard, corded muscle, etched with the faint, glowing lines of his hybrid heritage. He shrugged the shirt off his broad shoulders, letting it hit the floor like a shed skin.

Then, his hands moved to his own trousers. He unbuckled the heavy belt with a sharp clink of metal that made Astraeus flinch. As he pushed the dark fabric down his powerful, tree-trunk thighs, the air in the room seemed to grow even heavier, thick with the scent of musk and dominance.

As he shed his underwear, the final restraint, Astraeus’s breath hitched in his throat. The sight of Vane’s thick, throbbing length, a terrifying testament to his hybrid power, made the boy’s heart hammer like a trapped bird. It was massive, dark-veined, and pulsing with a life of its own, leaking a clear drop of pre-come that glistened in the dim light.

Vane didn't look away, his dark expression full of a wicked, satisfied pride as he saw the sheer terror and involuntary heat in Astraeus's gaze. He reached down, wrapping his large, calloused hand around himself, giving his length a slow, heavy stroke that made the head of his dick swell even further.

"Look at how much I want you, Sweetheart."

Vane hissed, his voice dropping to a dirty, possessive whisper.

"I've been dreaming of burying this inside your tight little pussy since the moment I saw you. And tonight, I’m not holding back. I’m going to stretch you out until you can’t remember any other feeling but me."

He stepped back onto the bed, the mattress sinking under his immense weight as he loomed over Astraeus’s splayed, trembling form, the tip of his hard length now inches away from Astraeus’s slick, twitching hole.

"N… No.. Stop. It’s too big..."

Astraeus whispered, his eyes wide with disbelief as he stared at the sheer size of the Prince. He tried to reason with the monster above him, his voice trembling with logic that Vane’s souls no longer cared for.

"I am a human while you are an alien. Please try to understand... We are two different species. It's not possible between us. It won't even fit. I will die!"

"Don't worry, Sweetheart!!! Trust me."

Vane rasped, though the "trust" he demanded was forced and hollow. He didn't wait for Astraeus to calm down or accept his fate. Vane moved his hands between Astraeus’s trembling thighs, his dark, intense eyes locked on the tight, little entrance he was about to claim. Without hesitation, Vane pressed a thick, heavy finger against the opening and rubbed in circles. The friction of his calloused skin against the sensitive entrance earned a broken, involuntary moan from Astraeus.

“Mhmmmm...”

Hearing the moan, Vane chuckled before whispering…

"You’re so responsive, sweetheart!!!"

Vane rumbled, the sound of Astraeus's voice fueling his hunger. His voice was a dark, vibrating thrum that seemed to fill the room.

"Even when you’re fighting me, your body knows it belongs to its Mate."

Vane reached for a bottle of lubricant on the nightstand, his eyes never leaving Astraeus’s flushed face. He poured a generous, cool amount onto his fingers, coating them thoroughly so the thick liquid glistened under the indigo moonlight. He didn't want to cause unnecessary damage, he wanted to stretch Astraeus, to prepare him for the massive Zurich length that was already pulsing with a life of its own. Astraeus let out a sharp, jagged cry as Vane suddenly shoved that slick, thick finger deep inside his virgin pussy.

“Ahhhhhhhh!!!”

Author's Point Of View :

“Ahhhhhhhhhh!!!”

The intrusion was sudden and overwhelming, making Astraeus’s entire body jerk violently against the silk. His back arched off the mattress, his spine curving as he gasped for air that now tasted of Vane’s musk. Vane didn't move at first. He stayed perfectly still, his heavy weight pinning Astraeus down, letting the boy’s tight internal muscles stretch and adjust. He could feel the frantic pulsing of Astraeus’s walls clenching around his finger in shock.

"Calm down, Sweetheart. Just breathe!!!"

Vane commanded, his thumb reaching up to stroke the boy's hip, leaving another deep red fingerprint on his skin. Once he felt the initial tension give way, Vane began digging in and out. The slick, wet friction sounded loud and rhythmic in the quiet room, a squelching sound that signaled the end of Astraeus's innocence. He was relentless, his finger probing deep, stretching the internal muscles with a steady, dominant pace.

"Ah! Slow down! It hurts!"

Astraeus screamed, his head thrashing from side to side in a desperate attempt to escape the sensation. Vane didn't pull back. If anything, the protest only made his hybrid blood burn hotter. Instead, he dipped his hand back into the bottle, adding more lubricant before forcing a second finger into the weeping hole. He used a masterful, scissoring motion, widening the human’s "little hole" with a ruthless focus. He was finger-fucking him from the front, his heavy palm pressing down on Astraeus’s lower belly to keep him from squirming.

"You're so tight, sweetheart!!!"

Vane growled, his voice a low vibration against Astraeus’s ear.

"I have to open you up. I have to make sure you can take all of me, or I’ll break you apart when I finally sink in."

He was digging deep now, stretching Astraeus until the boy was lost in a daze of overwhelming sensation, his body finally being forced open to receive the massive Zurich dick poised to claim him. Astraeus was sobbing now, his fingers clawing at Vane’s massive, scarred forearms.

“Sto…stop!!!!”

He begged in a broken, wet voice, but Vane wasn't finished. With a guttural groan of satisfaction, he forced a third finger into the human’s weeping, virgin hole. He was digging deep now, stretching the internal walls to their absolute limit. Vane’s other hand moved up, his thumb rolling over Astraeus’s sensitive nipple, kneading the globe with a firm, possessive grip.

"I will try to be gentle, Sweetheart!!!"

Vane whispered against his flushed skin, his breath smelling of ozone.

"I... I hate you, you monster!"

Astraeus choked out. Vane pulled his slick fingers from Astraeus’s entrance with a wet, squelching sound that echoed in the quiet. His midnight-black eyes were blown wide, pulsing with the bioluminescent hunger of his hybrid soul.

"Turn around!!!"

Vane commanded, his voice dropping into a guttural register.

"Flip over on your stomach, Sweetheart. Now."

But Astraeus, paralyzed by terror, remained frozen. His breath came in jagged hitches, his eyes fixed on the indigo curtains as if they were the walls of a cage. When Vane’s command finally pierced through his shock, he didn't obey, instead, he tried to crawl away toward the headboard. Vane didn't let him get far. With a low, predatory growl, the Prince reached out and seized Astraeus by the ankle, his grip like an iron manacle. He hauled the boy back down the mattress in one effortless jerk. Astraeus let out a sharp yelp as he was flipped over onto his stomach.

“Ahhhh!!!!”

Vane didn't waste a second. He moved over him, his heavy thighs pinning Astraeus down. With a sudden heave, Vane grabbed Astraeus by the hips, his fingers digging into the pale skin with bruising force. In one fluid motion, he raised the boy onto his hands and knees. Astraeus let out a broken sob, his body trembling in the vulnerable doggy position.

“Anggg... Don't!!!”

Vane ignored the plea. He reached down and grabbed Astraeus’s knees, forcing his legs to spread wide in a brutal display of dominance. He sneaked his arm around Astraeus's tiny waist and raised his ass in the air. Kneeling behind him, Vane gripped Astraeus’s waist, his thumbs pressing into the small of his back to hold him steady. Vane positioned the broad head of his massive, throbbing length at the entrance and rubbed it against him, earning a soft moan.

“Mhmmmm...”

Hearing the moan, the control in Vane slowly started snapping and he slowly thrust his tip inside Astraeus's tiny pussy…

“Angggg...”

Astraeus’s head thrashed back into the pillow, his throat arching as he let out a choked, high-pitched gasp. His fingers clawed blindly at the bedding, searching for any anchor in the storm of new, terrifying sensations.

"Sweetheart, it's just a tip and you are already gasping."

Vane murmured, his voice a low, gravelly vibration that seemed to rumble right through Astraeus’s skin.

Vane didn't wait. He leaned forward, using his upper body strength to press the head of his dick further inside. The resistance was incredible, Astraeus was so small, so humanly fragile compared to the thick, alien girth forcing its way in.

"Ahhhh it hurts!!!! It hurts so much!!!! Take it out, take it out please!!!!"

Astraeus’s voice broke into a sob, his eyes snapping open and filling with fresh tears of agony. He felt like he was being split apart, the sheer size of the Prince's claim stretching his sensitive muscles to their absolute breaking point. His legs shook violently against Vane, his heels digging into the mattress in a futile attempt to push back.

"Calm down Sweetheart!!!! Take a breath!!!"

Vane’s eyes were narrowed, tracking every twitch of Astraeus’s face. He could see the boy was panicking, his chest heaving in shallow, jagged bursts. Despite the beastly hunger screaming in his gut to just bury himself deep, Vane stayed still. He let his scent, heavy, musky, and laced with his calming pheromones, wash over the bed, forcing Astraeus’s body to stop its frantic rejection.

He waited until the sharpest scream died down into a whimpering moan, then he surged forward again, gaining another inch of tight, burning heat.

"Stop it, I can't take it, I can't take it anymore!!!"

Astraeus wept, his face flushed with a mix of pain and the forced heat Vane was radiating. He felt completely conquered, a tiny moon being swallowed by a dark planet.

Vane gripped Astraeus’s hips firmly. The sight from this angle was undoing him, Astraeus’s small, pale frame trembling, his spine arching in a desperate curve of agony and submission.

"Sweetheart, I haven't even inserted half of it…"

Vane rasped, his voice thick with a dark, suffocating lust. He could feel the boy’s internal muscles spasming around him, tight and punishing, like a vice trying to reject his massive girth.

"No, it hurts!!!!"

Astraeus shrieked, his voice muffled by the pillow he was biting into. He felt the Prince’s hips roll forward again, the heavy, dark-veined length stretching him wider than he ever thought possible, claiming territory that had never been touched. To Astraeus, it felt like a hot iron was being driven through him, splitting his very soul.

Vane had intended to be the protector, to go inch by agonizing inch, but the heat of Astraeus’s body and the scent of the bond shattered his last shred of control.

"I am sorry, sweetheart. I can't take it anymore. I can't hold back!!!"

Vane rasped, his voice breaking. With a guttural, animalistic groan, Vane lunged forward. His hips snapped shut with a violent, wet thud as he buried himself completely inside Astraeus in one massive thrust. He bottomed out instantly, tearing through the boy’s innocence in a single, life-altering stroke.

"AHH!!"

Astraeus screamed into the pillow, his body jerking as he was filled to the absolute limit. Vane’s muscles locked, his veins popping as he stayed buried deep, his hybrid power finally sealing the bond in a white-hot explosion of energy. Astraeus was no longer just a human, he was the claimed property of the Zurich Prince.

"Ah!!! Stop!"

Astraeus screamed again. Vane’s muscles locked, sweat dripping from his brow as he fought the urge to pump.

"I'm so sorry, sweetheart... I’m losing my mind. I can't take it out now. Please bear with me."

But the beast had won. Vane began to move with a relentless, punishing rhythm, his hips snapping shut against Astraeus’s backside. The sound of their bodies meeting a wet, rhythmic slap echoed through the room. He was no longer the protective prince, he was a beast claiming his mate. Vane’s hands moved forward, seizing Astraeus’s nipples, kneading them with a firm grip as he continued to hammer into him.

When Astraeus tried to crawl forward, desperate to escape the sheer power of the thrusts, Vane’s hand shot out. He delivered a sharp, stinging spank to Astraeus’s milky white, bouncy buttock, the sound of the palm hitting flesh cracking like a whip.

Slap.

"Stop wiggling and be obedient, Sweetheart."

Vane growled, his voice a dirty, dominant command that vibrated through Astraeus’s entire frame.

"I... I hate you…!"

Astraeus choked out, his fingers clawing at the headboard as he was driven forward by the momentum of Vane’s strikes.

"Liar!!!"

Vane rasped back, his teeth grazing the sensitive skin of Astraeus’s shoulder, leaving a mark to match the one on his neck.

"You love how my dick is digging into your tight little pussy. You love feeling how roughly my big dick is thrusting inside your tight little hole. Scream for me, sweetheart. Tell me you’re mine."

Vane’s hands moved forward, reaching beneath Astraeus’s chest to seize his nipples, kneading the sensitive globes with a firm, possessive grip as he continued to hammer into him. He was relentless, driven by a dark, hybrid hunger that seemed to grow the more of Astraeus he had. He wanted to fill him, to mark him, to overwrite the boy’s human fragility with his own monstrous strength.

"I can't... get enough of you!!!"

Vane groaned, his sweat dripping onto Astraeus’s back as he reached his final thrusts. His pace became violent and unforgiving, a predator claiming his prize.

“SL… slow down!!!”

Vane’s restraint was a frayed rope, snapping under the heat of Astraeus’s tight, pulsing surrender. The Hybrid King’s dual souls were howling now, demanding a deeper, more primitive connection to ensure the human’s life was tethered to the very core of his own dark essence.

"I told you!!!"

Vane rasped, his voice a gravelly, dominant vibration that slammed against Astraeus’s spine.

"You are mine, and today, I’m going to make sure you never forget who you belong to."

Vane withdrew with a wet, heavy sound, only to immediately seize Astraeus’s hips and flip him around. He pinned the boy’s back against the mattress, the sudden change in position making Astraeus’s head spin. Before the human could even blink through his tears, Vane raised both of his legs, placing them firmly over his own broad shoulders. The move was clinical and brutal, exposing every inch of Astraeus’s weeping entrance to the cool air of the room before Vane loomed over him once more.

"No... please... no more..."

Astraeus whimpered, his voice cracking. He looked up at Vane, seeing the sweat dripping from the Prince's jaw and the terrifying, bioluminescent glow in his eyes. He tried to wiggle his legs free, but Vane’s grip on his ankles was like iron. He didn't offer a moment of reprieve.

Vane positioned himself, the massive, throbbing length of his Zurich heritage pressing against the slick, bruised skin. He paused for a heartbeat, his muscles rippling with the effort of holding back, his nostrils flaring as he took in the scent of Astraeus’s total submission. Then, with a guttural, animalistic groan, Vane surged forward. He buried his thick, throbbing length back into Astraeus’s slick, aching hole in one sudden, massive thrust that bottomed out with a wet, heavy thud.

"AHH!"

Astraeus screamed, his back arching so violently that only his head and heels touched the bed. The sensation of being filled so deeply, so completely, felt like a lightning strike to his nerves.

Vane began to move again, his pace turning into a relentless, hammering rhythm. Each strike was deep and punishing, the sounds of their clashing bodies filling the indigo shadows. Astraeus’s head thrashed against the pillows, his mouth open in a silent scream as his vision began to fray at the edges. The room was spinning, the scent of ozone and musk becoming a suffocating fog.

"Ang... slow down…”

The frantic, wet sounds of their union finally ebbed away, leaving a heavy, ringing silence in the room. As the last of the intense vibrations settled, Astraeus’s body gave up its final bit of resistance, and he collapsed into the tangled silk sheets. Vane followed him down, his massive, sweat-slicked frame dropping over Astraeus like a falling mountain. His heavy chest heaved against Astraeus’s smaller one, their hearts thundering in a wild, overlapping rhythm.

Vane’s arms locked around the boy in a desperate, bruising cage. He had broken the human’s innocence, shattering his past with a single, brutal night, but he had tethered Astraeus’s soul to Zurich forever.

Author's Point Of View :

The room remained silent, save for that jagged, synchronized breathing. Astraeus lay slumped against Vane’s chest, his skin no longer pale and blue, but flushed with a healthy, borrowed warmth. The poison air of the planet no longer burned his throat, the oxygen felt sweet and clear. As Astraeus slowly opened his eyes, he realized the terrifying truth: he could feel Vane’s lungs expanding as if they were his own. He could feel the low, satisfied thrum of the wolf soul and the cold, calculating possessiveness of the alien soul, both coiled tightly around his heart like iron vines.

Vane held him with a terrifying tightness, his nose buried deep in Astraeus’s damp hair, inhaling the scent of his conquest.

"You're breathing!!!!"

Vane whispered, his voice thick with a raw, shaky relief. He leaned down and pressed a lingering, heated kiss to the jagged mark on the boy's shoulder.

"You’re mine now, Sweetheart. You can hate me for a thousand years, but you will do it while you're alive, and you will do it in my arms."

Astraeus looked at the man who had saved him by breaking him. He could feel the heavy, invisible chain of the bond tightening with every heartbeat, a mental leash that pulsed with Vane’s dark emotions. He was alive, his body finally functioning in this alien world, but the heaven he came from the golden life on Earth was now a world away, a fading dream he could never touch again.

Vane didn't move. He simply stayed there, holding Astraeus to his chest, his grip making it clear that even in the aftermath, there was no such thing as distance between them anymore. Astraeus closed his eyes, a single tear tracing a path through the sweat on his temple, realizing that his survival was just another word for his imprisonment.

Seeing that single, lonely tear, the predatory fire in Vane’s eyes finally dimmed, replaced by a soft, shimmering devotion. He let out a long, shaky breath, his muscles finally relaxing as the adrenaline of the claim began to fade. He realized how much he had put his fragile mate through. Slowly, Vane pulled back, though he didn't break contact, his hands moving with a new, careful gentleness.

"You’re okay now, sweetheart... I’ve got you."

Vane murmured, his voice dropping into a velvety, soothing hum.

He reached for a soft, silk cloth sitting in a basin of warm, scented water on the nightstand. With a tenderness that seemed impossible for a man of his size, Vane began to clean Astraeus’s skin. He wiped away the sweat, the stray tears, and the traces of their messy union, moving the cloth over Astraeus’s trembling limbs as if he were cleaning a piece of priceless, fragile porcelain. Every time the cloth passed over a bruise or a mark he had made, Vane would pause, his jaw tightening with a mix of regret and possessive pride.

Astraeus remained limp, too exhausted to fight, his eyes fixed on the ceiling as he felt Vane’s large, warm hands tending to him. It was a terrifying contrast, the monster who had just forced his way into Astraeus’s soul was now acting like a devoted servant.

Once Astraeus was clean, Vane pulled the heavy, indigo silk duvet over both of them, tucking the edges around Astraeus’s shoulders to keep out the slight chill of the Zurich night. He shifted his weight, pulling the boy back into the hollow of his chest, anchoring him there.

"Sleep, my love!!!"

Vane whispered. He leaned down and pressed a soft, lingering peck to Astraeus’s forehead, his lips staying there for a heartbeat as if checking for a fever. Then, he moved lower, his breath hitching as he saw the boy’s lips flushed and swollen from their kisses. With a look of pure, concentrated love, Vane pressed a feather-light, apologetic peck to those swollen lips, lingering just long enough to feel Astraeus’s shaky breath against his own.

"I’m never letting go of you my Beautiful Mate…"

He breathed against the boy’s skin. Astraeus didn't have the strength to answer. He lay there with his eyes closed, the darkness behind his eyelids providing a small, fragile sanctuary from the intensity of the room. He remained perfectly still, his body feeling heavy and disconnected, like a marionette with its strings cut.

Vane didn't move away, the territorial hunger of the Zurich King was far from sated. He simply shifted his weight, anchoring Astraeus against his broad, radiating chest. His large, calloused hand moved upward, his fingers threading through Astraeus’s damp blonde hair. He began to stroke the strands with a rhythmic, hypnotic slowness, a gesture that was terrifyingly gentle compared to the storm that had just passed.

As those fingers moved through his hair, trying to coax him into a sleep his mind was too shattered to accept, the memories of home began to leak into Astraeus's consciousness.

Slowly, the heavy, mechanical thud of Vane’s hybrid heart began to slow, the jagged edges of his breathing smoothing out into the deep, steady cadence of sleep. The iron grip around Astraeus’s waist didn't loosen, even in slumber, the Zurich Prince held him like a hoard of gold but the tension in Vane's massive frame finally bled away.

Vane had fallen asleep, satisfied and anchored by the bond, but for Astraeus, sleep was a world away. He lay wide awake in the indigo shadows, his eyes snapping open to stare at the heavy silk curtains of the four-poster bed.

The silence of the room was now filled only by the heavy, rhythmic sound of Vane’s breathing was the only thing filling the silent room, a stark contrast to the wreckage of the bed and the shattered remnants of Astraeus’s spirit. Vane held him with a terrifying tightness, his massive, sweat-slicked chest heaving against Astraeus’s back, pinning him in a protective cage that felt more like a prison cell.

Astraeus lay paralyzed, staring at the indigo shadows of the curtains with eyes that felt hollow. His body was a map of Vane’s possession, swollen, marked with purple bruises, and coated in the slick evidence of a bond he never asked for.

How did I get here?

The question echoed in the void of his mind. In a single, violent stroke of fate, his life had done a 360-degree turn, spinning him away from the sun and into this cold, alien darkness. Just months ago, he was the "Golden Boy" of a family that adored him. He could almost feel the phantom warmth of Earth’s sun on his skin, a world away from the suffocating ozone of Zurich.

He closed his eyes, and the memories surged forward, sharp and painful. He saw his big brother, always so overly protective, standing at the door of their family home. He remembered the soft, caring smile of his sister-in-law as she tucked his niece into bed, that tiny, laughing girl who used to call his name. He thought of his best friend, the laughter they shared over nothing, and then... his fiancé. The man who was supposed to be his future, the one who held his hand and promised him a life of quiet, predictable peace.

Snatched. All of it.

In the blink of an eye, he had been ripped from the heart of his home and dragged thousands of miles across the stars to this nightmare planet. He had been told he was a "mate," a prize, a necessity for a King who looked like a man but acted like a monster. Vane had taken his freedom, his innocence, and his future, replacing them with a jagged mark on his neck and a heavy, invisible chain that tied their souls together.

He felt Vane’s hand, still resting possessively over his heart, feeling the steady, mechanical rhythm of the life he had "saved."

You didn't save me, Astraeus thought, a single tear finally escaping and soaking into the silk pillow. You just made sure I stayed alive to be yours.

The weight of the King’s arm felt like a mountain of lead. As the exhaustion finally began to pull him under, Astraeus let his mind drift back, back past the stars, back to that final, perfect evening on Earth before the sky opened up and the monster came for him.

Author's Point Of View :

A Few Days Back…

In a mansion that rivaled a royal palace, tucked away in the heart of City M of Country A, lay a bedroom drenched in shades of royalty and mystery. The walls were painted a deep, luxurious lavender, accented by the soft glow of white fairy lights draped like fallen stars. Fresh white lilies lined the vanity, their scent light and ethereal filling the room.

On a sprawling king-sized bed, Astraeus lay buried beneath a soft, furry violet duvet. Though he was a young man in his early twenties, there was an angelic, delicate quality to his features that seemed almost otherworldly.

A stray beam of morning sunlight peeked through the small gap in the violet curtains, striking his face directly. Astraeus stirred, a frown marring his smooth, moon-like forehead. The warmth was an unwelcome intruder in his peaceful slumber. His delicate nose flared in irritation, and a faint rosy hue spread across his cheeks not from health, but from the rising heat of his annoyance. His lips, naturally plush and pink, curled into a pout of subconscious sadness as he struggled against the wakefulness.

The sunlight made his skin glow as if he wore a literal halo. Groaning, he extended a pale, slender hand, fumbling for a spare pillow to bury his face and escape the golden glare. But just as he reclaimed the darkness, his phone erupted into a loud, jarring ringtone.

His beauty sleep was officially shattered. Astraeus let out a soft, frustrated whine, his long lashes fluttering as he opened his innocent, hazelnut colored eyes. He blinked rapidly, squinting against the brightness of the room. With a heavy sigh, he reached for the side table, his fingers grazing the cool glass of his phone.

Looking at the caller ID, he huffed, his chest rising and falling with irritation. He swiped the screen to answer.

On the Phone Call :

"Yes, Zephyr "

He managed to mutter the greeting to his best friend, only for a sharp, high-pitched yell to blast through the speaker, making him wince.

"What the fish?! 'Yes'?! Is that all you have to say, Astra? And can you please do me the honor of explaining why you sound like you’re speaking from inside a grave?"

Zephyr’s voice was laced with suspicion. Astraeus froze, his sleepy brain finally connecting the dots. He cursed under his breath, the fog of sleep vanishing instantly.

"Oh, shit!"

He shot up in bed, the violet duvet sliding off his chest as he checked the time on his screen. His heart skipped a beat.

"God! It's already 9:00 AM. I’m late. I’m so late!"

He whisper-yelled, his panic rising. On the other end of the line, Zephyr’s silence lasted only a second before he exploded in anger.

"Late?! For heaven's sake, don't tell me you were still sleeping! It’s high time, Astra! Do you think I’m mad? I’m standing here with all my luggage, waiting for you to pick me up for the airport, and you’re over there dreaming?! What the fish! How can you be so careless? We have a flight in two hours and you’re sleeping like a pig!"

Astraeus rolled his eyes at his dramatics, though he knew he was right. He let out a long yawn, rubbing one eye with his fist like a tired child.

"Calm down, Zephyr. Take a deep breath, buddy. Take a chill pill. You’re blabbering at the speed of a rocket. And look, thanks to your loud voice, I’m wide awake now. But let me remind you, this is all your fault. You’re the one who dragged me to that club last night even after I said no. I went to sleep late because of you. If we miss this flight, the credit goes entirely to Mr. Zephyr."

He accused him back, his voice regaining its sassy edge. On the other end, Zephyr went silent, the metaphorical image of a cat caught stealing milk. He knew he was right, but he wasn't about to surrender that easily.

"Whatever! If you’re finished scolding me for trying to get you out of your boring shell to have some fun, then drop the attitude, get your royal ass off that bed, and get ready! Move fast or we are losing those tickets!"

"Yeah, yeah... I’m coming."

He hung up the phone and dragged his body out of the luxurious warmth of the bed. He trudged toward the bathroom, shedding his shiny white silk gown of a sleepwear into a wash bag beneath the sink before stepping under the steaming spray of the shower, desperate for the hot water to wash away the traces of his dreams cum nightmare.

Astraeus' Point Of View :

As the steam filled the bathroom, I stared at my reflection in the fogged-up mirror.

My name is Astraeus. I’m a twenty-three-year-old virology student, currently living in a beautiful mansion in city M of Country A, thousands of miles away from the only people I have left with. My family is small: my elder brother, my sister-in-law, and my precious niece. They are everything to me now, especially since the day my world shattered at eight years old.

I can still see the rain from that night. The night my parents died in an accident right before our eyes. It left me traumatized, an orphan in a cold world. But my brother, Orion, who is ten years older than me, never let me feel the weight of that emptiness. At eighteen, he was broken too, yet he stepped up to be my shield. He became my mother, my father, and my protector. He fought off greedy relatives who wanted our inheritance and took over our father's business while finishing his own college degree. He loves me more than his own life.

Five years later, when I was thirteen, he married his childhood sweetheart, Lyra. She became the motherly figure I craved, my best friend who treated me like her first-born child. And then... He came into my life. Shiloh. Lyra’s younger cousin-brother.

He was my sunshine. He was the angelic light that chased away the shadows of my parents' death. Shiloh taught me how to live again. He healed the scars on my heart with just a smile. Then our family was blessed with my niece, Artemis, our ‘Baby’. Life felt like a fantasy. A living dream.

But dreams are meant to be broken. My nightmare began the day I lost him.

I never realized how much of my soul was tied to Shiloh until he was gone, leaving me to face this cruel world alone. One storm, one day, and my sunshine was extinguished. I lost my smile. I lost my hope. People tell me it wasn't my fault, but I know the truth it was all because of me. The guilt was a burden that made it impossible to breathe.

So, I ran. I ran here for an internship, trying to escape the memories. Brother Orion was against me leaving, but Lyra supported my decision, she knew I needed space to survive the depression that was swallowing me whole. My brother sent Zephyr, my childhood best friend, with me to look after me.

My world was supposed to bloom at the Moonshade Bay Full Moon Festival—champagne buzzing in my veins, a hotel room booked for Jason and me to finally cross that line after two years. I’d slipped into lacy lingerie, left the door unlocked, and lay on the bed, heart pounding with nervous excitement.

But the man who climbed into my bed wasn’t Jason.

In the pitch-black room, drowned in a heady, spicy scent that made my head spin, I felt hands—urgent, scorching—searing my skin. His thick, pulsing cock pressed against my dripping cunt, and before I could gasp, he thrust hard, tearing through my innocence with ruthless force. Pain burned, my walls clenching as I clawed at his iron shoulders, stifling sobs. Wet, slick sounds echoed with every brutal stroke, his body unrelenting until he shuddered, spilling hot and deep inside me.

"That was amazing, Jason," I managed to say.

"Who the fuck is Jason?"

My blood turned to ice. Light slashed across his face—Brad Rayne, Alpha of Moonshade Pack, a werewolf, not my boyfriend. Horror choked me as I realized what I’d done.

I ran away for my life!

But weeks later, I woke up pregnant with his heir!

They say my heterochromatic eyes mark me as a rare true mate. But I’m no wolf. I’m just Elle, a nobody from the human district, now trapped in Brad's world.

His face was a mask of sheer determination, his eyes were a dark gold swimming with heat and desire. His hands wrapped around her thighs and pulled her to the edge of the table. He glided his fingers up her thighs and hooked several around the inside of her panties. His knuckles brushed her dripping sex.
“You’re soaking wet, Genevieve. Tell me, was it me that made you this way or him?” his voice told her to be careful with her answer. His knuckles slid down through her folds and she threw her head back as she moaned. “Weakness?”
“You…” she breathed.

"What is wrong with me?

Why does being near him make my skin feel too tight, like I’m wearing a sweater two sizes too small?

It’s just newness, I tell myself firmly.

He’s my boyfirend’s brother.

This is Tyler’s family.

I’m not going to let one cold stare undo that.

**

As a ballet dancer, My life looks perfect—scholarship, starring role, sweet boyfriend Tyler. Until Tyler shows his true colors and his older brother, Asher, comes home.

Asher is a Navy veteran with battle scars and zero patience. He calls me "princess" like it's an insult. I can't stand him.

When My ankle injury forces her to recover at the family lake house, I‘m stuck with both brothers. What starts as mutual hatred slowly turns into something forbidden.

I'm falling for my boyfriend's brother.

**

I hate girls like her.

Entitled.

Delicate.

And still—

Still.

The image of her standing in the doorway, clutching her cardigan tighter around her narrow shoulders, trying to smile through the awkwardness, won’t leave me.

Neither does the memory of Tyler. Leaving her here without a second thought.

I shouldn’t care.

I don’t care.

It’s not my problem if Tyler’s an idiot.

It’s not my business if some spoiled little princess has to walk home in the dark.

I’m not here to rescue anyone.

Especially not her.

Especially not someone like her.

She’s not my problem.

And I’ll make damn sure she never becomes one.

But when my eyes fell on her lips, I wanted her to be mine.
