On her eighteenth birthday, Sabrina's life is stolen from her. She was sold into marriage to Scott Wendell, a ruthless and powerful billionaire more than twice her age. A man she's never met. A man who claimed her as payment for a debt she never owed
But the real problem wasn't the vows she took or the marriage document she signed.
It's his son. The revelation that Ace Wendell, the one boy in school that she's always fantasized about, the boy she's secretly loved from afar, is now her stepson.
Now living under the same roof, Sabrina finds herself torn between duty to her marriage and the dangerous pull toward the stepson who has wanted her just as desperately.
Chapter 1
“What are you doing here...” Ace licked his lower lip, “Sabrina?”
“Touch me,” I said finally.
“You were just with Daddy a few seconds ago. What do you want with me?” he asked, but then he tried to turn away. I grabbed him by his hand immediately and pressed his palm onto my breasts. Then I took the other hand and placed it on my other breast as I squeezed them softly.
“Touch me, Ace. I want you to take me now,” I murmured.
“Go meet daddy to do that. Besides, you were just all over him even when you promised me you wouldn’t let him touch you.”
I clicked my tongue. “Oh, Ace.” Leaning forward, I slipped my fingers beneath the hem of my skirt, and in one fluid motion, I slid my lacy thong down my legs. Rising slowly, I let a mischievous smile tug at my lips as I perched on the edge of his bed. Both of my feet came to rest on the mattress, and I lifted my skirt, spreading open my legs. With a playful flick of my wrist, I tossed the thong towards him, only for him to catch it mid-air without missing a beat.
He pressed it to his face, inhaling deeply the smell of my pussy on the fabric.
I smirked. “You can do better than that, Ace.” I licked my middle finger and rubbed my clit slowly with it. “Eat me.”
“But I’m just your stepson—”
“I was only performing my duties as a wife, you can’t punish me for that. Now, take me... Ace! Fuck me. I don’t have much time.”
He scoffed. “We have enough.” He shoves the thong into his mouth while his towel fell off his waist as he loomed over me. Slowly, I shifted upward until I got to the headboard, and my head found the pillow. Ace followed, hovering above me.
Hi, I’m Sabrina. I just turned eighteen, and I’m already on my way to meet my mystery husband.
Yes, you heard me right. I am married.
Years before I was born, my late Father took a loan from Mr. Scott, a business tycoon, to save his struggling business, but it ultimately failed, leaving my dad with a debt of twenty million dollars, minus interest. Unable to pay the money and face Mr. Scott, my father died, leaving my mother, who was already pregnant with me at that time.
Mr. Scott remained adamant and refused to let the money go. So, the day my mother gave birth to me, he came to her and said, “If you can’t raise twenty million dollars before your daughter’s eighteenth birthday, I will come and take her as my bride.”
My mother agreed, hoping to pay back before I turned eighteen. But life unfortunately doesn’t work that way.
Now, here I am on my way to my husband’s house.
I didn’t know about this arrangement for years until my birthday, and even though it breaks my heart for me to go be with a man I have not seen or met in person, I understand completely why I had to. Because for my mom, I would do anything in this world to ease her pain. Even if it meant trading my happiness.
Arriving at Mr. Scott’s luxurious estate in Beverly Hills, I was welcomed by a few staff members who seemed to have been waiting outside for me to come.
“Welcome, Ms. Wendell,” they greeted.
Wendell is my husband’s last name. Scott Wendell is the CEO of Wendell Capital Holdings. And I’m his wife.
I was escorted into my room by someone who claimed she had been assigned to be my personal attendant. Mary looked like she was in her early twenties, but when I asked her age, she said she was thirty-two. Mary so far, has been the sweetest and kindest person to me ever since I arrived. She had spoken to me, not as a child, but as someone who’s married to her boss. Even though I didn’t care, I appreciated how she treated me like a younger sister. A relationship I never had.
Later, in the evening, Mr. Scott came back from work. He was accompanied by some people whom Mary recognized as his trusted legal team. They came in with some documents that had already been signed by Scott, my husband, and my mother. So, I was asked to sign in order to finalize our marriage, and I did.
Mr. Scott hosted a small gathering that same evening, celebrating his marriage with a few of his closest friends. But I couldn’t stay with them, I ran back into my room as Mary followed behind.
“What’s wrong, ma’am? It’s your party, you shouldn’t run away,” she said calmly.
“I know, Mary,” I said, flopping on the bed. “I just don’t like it there. I don’t know these people.”
She chuckled, sitting at the edge of the bed. “You will, ma’am. At least, now you’ve met your husband.” She leaned towards me. “He looks good, doesn’t he?”
I didn’t say anything as Mary just smiled. Of course, Mr. Scott looked good. He looks really good. Better than I imagined, better than an average forty-five-year-old. He was tall, really handsome, and had an athletic build. He has the prettiest eyes, and his voice... wow, his deep voice was my favorite of all. The way he said my name right at the table when he introduced me to his friends made my heart melt.
“So?” Mary asked, interrupting my thoughts. “Doesn’t he look good?”
I buried my face in a pillow while she laughed. “He looks okay.” I sat straighter. “But since he looks this good and is extremely wealthy, why is he still a bachelor and with no children?”
Mary sighed. “Mr. Scott was actually married a long time ago.”
“That’s great. Where is she?”
“She’s dead.”
“What?”
“Yes,” she sighed again. “She died giving birth to his child.”
“He has a child?”
“Yes, he does.”
“Okay,” I smiled. “And where is this child? Is it a boy or a girl?”
“It’s a boy,” she answered. “And he’s the same age as you. Maybe a little bit older.” She paused. “Oh yes, he is. He’s actually a year older.”
“Wow,” I nodded slowly. “It’s so sad... the story about his wife. I almost feel bad for the boy. I lost my father before I was even born, so I understand the pain of not getting to know who your other parent was as a person.”
Mary smiled. “I’m so sorry about that, ma’am. But just as you’ve grown into a beautiful lady, Ace did as well.”
“Ace?”
“Yes,” she nodded. “That’s his name. Ace. And he looks just as good as his father.”
I nodded slowly. My lips parted, but I was unable to speak as it just occurred to me that back at school, there’s a senior I have the most obsessive crush on, and even though he’s never noticed me, I know just about everything there was to know about him.
His name is Ace Wendell. The hottest and most sexy guy in school. He’s just as mysterious, too. Oh, God, he’s so perfect, and most times at night, I touch myself thinking about all the bad and nasty things he would do to me if I had just the perfect opportunity to spend a night with him.
Ace Wendell. So, you’re now my stepson... I just hope I’m right, because I can’t think of anything else that’ll make this marriage bearable than being close to the guy I’ve always dreamed about.
Ace Wendell. You may not know it yet, but I love you, and I want nothing more in this world than to be with you. I want you badly, Ace Wendell.
I quickly snapped out of my head, my attention falling back on Mary. “But where is Ace? I didn’t see him when I arrived. Or is he angry that his dad remarried?” I asked.
But Mary laughed.
“What’s funny?” I asked.
“Ace barely cared about anything his father did. They have the strangest relationship, cause despite their obvious distance from each other’s lives, you can tell they love each other very much. They just have a hard time showing it.”
I smiled. “So, why haven’t I been introduced to Ace?”
“He left a few minutes before you arrived. Probably went to hang out with his friends. I don’t know.”
“But it’s late already. When is he coming back?”
“Ace tends to spend a lot of time at his friend’s place. They’re like brothers. He might come back late in the night, or not today at all. But hopefully, you’ll see him tomorrow.”
I smiled, but mostly to myself. My heart was filled with mixed feelings of joy and anxiety. How was being his stepmother going to affect the real relationship I want to pursue with him?

The Pack: Rule Number 1 - No Mates
"Let me go," I whimper, my body trembling with need. "I don't want you touching me."
I fall forward onto the bed then turn around to stare at him. The dark tattoos of Domonic's chiseled shoulders, quiver and and expand with the heave of his chest. His deep dimpled smile is full of arrogance as he reaches behind himself to lock the door.
Biting his lip, he stalks toward me, his hand going to the seam of his pants and the thickening bulge there.
"Are you sure you don't want me to touch you?" He whispers, untying the knot and slipping a hand inside. "Because I swear to God, that is all I have been wanting to do. Every single day from the moment you stepped in our bar and I smelled your perfect flavor from across the room."

The Human Among Wolves
My stomach twisted, but he wasn’t finished.
"You're just a pathetic little human," Zayn said, his words deliberate, each one hitting like a slap. "Spreading your legs for the first guy who bothers to notice you."
Heat rushed to my face, burning with humiliation. My chest ached — not from his words alone, but from the sick realization that I had trusted him. That I had let myself believe he was different.
I was so, so stupid.

Accardi
“I thought you said you were done chasing me?” Gen mocked.
“I am done chasing you.”
Before she could formulate a witty remark, Matteo threw her down. She landed hard on her back atop his dining room table. She tried to sit up when she noticed what he was doing. His hands were working on his belt. It came free of his pants with a violent yank. She collapsed back on her elbows, her mouth gaping open at the display. His face was a mask of sheer determination, his eyes were a dark gold swimming with heat and desire. His hands wrapped around her thighs and pulled her to the edge of the table. He glided his fingers up her thighs and hooked several around the inside of her panties. His knuckles brushed her dripping sex.
“You’re soaking wet, Genevieve. Tell me, was it me that made you this way or him?” his voice told her to be careful with her answer. His knuckles slid down through her folds and she threw her head back as she moaned. “Weakness?”
“You…” she breathed.
Genevieve loses a bet she can’t afford to pay. In a compromise, she agrees to convince any man her opponent chooses to go home with her that night. Rise of the Banished She-Wolf
That roar stole my eighteenth birthday and shattered my world. My first shift should have been glory—blood turned blessing into shame. By dawn they'd branded me "cursed": cast out by my pack, abandoned by family, stripped of my nature. My father didn't defend me—he sent me to a forsaken island where wolfless outcasts were forged into weapons, forced to kill each other until only one could leave.
On that island I learned the darkest edges of humanity and how to bury terror in bone. Countless times I wanted to surrender—dive into the waves and never surface—but the accusing faces that haunted my dreams pushed me back toward something colder than survival: revenge. I escaped, and for three years I hid among humans, collecting secrets, learning to move like a shadow, sharpening patience into precision—becoming a blade.
Then, under a full moon, I touched a bleeding stranger—and my wolf returned with a violence that made me whole. Who was he? Why could he wake what I'd thought dead?
One thing I know: now is the time.
I have waited three years for this. I will make everyone who destroyed me pay—and take back everything that was stolen from me.

Falling For The Biker: The Vice President's Girl
His eyes darken, flicking to my mouth.
"It's wrong. Your brother would slit my throat for just standing this close. But tell me, little bird" his breath ghosts my skin, "are you trembling because you hate me… or because you've wanted this just as much as I have?"
Wren thought she'd buried the chaos of New Orleans for good—the clubs, the blood-soaked loyalties, the men who lived and died by their kuttes. Seattle gave her everything she ever wanted: freedom, love, a future.
But one betrayal shatters it all.
Dragged home by tragedy, Wren finds herself under the watchful eye of Ezra Jax—the Raven Reapers MC's vice president and her brother's best friend. He's infuriating, dangerous, and far too tempting for a man she should never touch.
And the deeper Wren is pulled back into his world, the more she realizes nothing about her past—or about Ezra—is what she believed.
In the chaos of gang wars, mounting debts, and old betrayals, he becomes the one constant. The more she fights him, the harder she falls. And the more he pushes her away, the more lethal his pull becomes.
Because in this world, love isn't sweet.
It's brutal. Bloody.
And it's bound to break them both.
When loyalty is everything and love can cost your life, will Wren risk her heart on the one man she was never meant to love?
