Introduction
My lips parted open in a moan of pleasure.
Who knew that sex could be so stimulating?
"Even if you're held captive by the devil himself, I'll break down the gates of hell to get to you" Carla is the daughter of the second most powerful Family but after the murder of her mother by the first one, she's been forced into hiding. Her only means of escape was Salsa which she sneaked out to a masked club with her best friend every Friday. She's also in an arranged bethroyal to Micah who doesn't know how to make her experience one inch of pleasure. If only she knew he's gay.
When she finally gets one chance to attend one of her father's parties, she's so nervous she wears her outfit wrongly and doesn't realize it until some mean girls point if out.
Ashamed, she runs out of the party, calling her driver on her way.
She runs into the elevator but is joined by a strange but extremely handsome man to which she develops a ridiculous attraction to immediately.
If only she knew who he was.
Alec Vlad de Russo is the heir to the Russo Empire and the hottest bachelor in Russia and New York. Although he is rich and influencetial, he still faced more demons than most people and has put love out of his mind.
Until he runs into the elevator and falls for the daughter of his enemy.
How does he convince her he's truly in love with her and not trying to take control of her inheritance?
Chapter 1
With an irritated sigh, I wiped away the sweat that had dropped from Micah's neck as he went in and out of me at a very uncoordinated pace.
He'd insisted on the missionary position today instead of the doggy style I'd always preferred because I could completely zone out until he was done.
I began counting another hundred down to zero so I wouldn't fake my orgasm too early for him.
“You like that baby?” He moaned aggressively, and I nearly groaned in irritation. Why he was always looking for feedback was beyond me.
“Yes darling, you're fucking me really well,” I replied with a smile. “Keep doing that, I'm going to cum soon.”
“Yess!” He exclaimed and increased his tempo; his size was not just right, the speed was too slow, and the mood in the room was very wrong.
I hated how I had to endure this but I didn't want to make him feel like I was a sex freak or that I couldn't be pleased.
Maybe it was my fault; sex with my fiancé is terrible and it's been that way for the past two years.
I knew the best way to get him to cum was to latch onto his nipple and bite him, not too hard but not softly either which was what I did the moment I felt him slow down.
“Yes, just like that baby,” he encouraged me, his movement slowing down more.
I rubbed his head and the middle of his back in an awkward position until he began shaking, his orgasm hitting him furiously as he pulled out quickly.
I heaved a sigh of relief as he got out of me, lying down on the bed, flat on his back with heavy breaths of tiredness.
“That was amazing baby,” he said, grabbing my hand and kissing it.
Meanwhile, I was frustrated.
He was the second person I've had sex with and he was worse than the first. Compared to what I read in books and tales Vivian, my best friend spilled to me, I knew there had to be more to sex than this.
But I couldn't do anything but endure.
“You're amazing,” I replied, smiling at him before getting up from the bed and heading to the bathroom to clean up.
I thought about breaking up with him, just like I do every month when we have this same scenario, but then I remembered how this is the only thing my father has ever asked of me, and I just can't get myself to do it.
Besides, Micah isn't that bad. He might have a nonchalant attitude sometimes but when I really need someone to talk to, he is there for me. I'm a pampered princess and barely ever have needs, so there's not much to test him with, hence our smooth relationship.
We're getting married in six months and I'll have to endure this for the rest of my life.
Yay!
I take a quick shower, dress up, and head out to the living room where he was already playing his game. If I wasn't used to being in the background since my mother's death, I would have been upset with his attitude, but I was, and I didn't think too deeply about it.
I took my phone and saw that Dad had already called me, sending a message about my whereabouts immediately.
I didn't blame him; losing my mom made him very protective of me, and I was only ever able to leave the house once in a while when I told him Micah wanted to take me on a date.
Vivi is fed up with the whole situation, but she's the best BFF one could ever hope for, so she's always bringing the fun to my house, which wasn't an easy feat because sneaking her in can only happen when my father or his personal guard was away.
I sent a text back, telling him I was on my way home while calling my own guard to come pick me up, he always hung around when I came here, so I knew he'd be here very soon. Bertram just hated staying here for some reason
“You're leaving already?” Micah asked, barely taking his eyes off the animated characters on the screen.
“You act like you're bothered about it,” I muttered irritably.
“Come on baby,” he sighed, finally pausing the game to look at me. “You know I can't keep you here for too long or your father gets antsy. My dad would have my head if he found out I made your old man pissed at you.”
“It's alright. I'll see you some other time.”
Which meant the same time next month, a schedule my father created by himself, yet he acts like I got up and disappeared into thin air.
Micah got up and came to embrace me, kissing my forehead quickly.
“Don't you worry your pretty head about all of this? In a few months, we'll be permanently hitched together, and you can see me all the time. I can't wait to have you moaning my name every morning,” he added, making us both chuckle but deep down, that sent pangs of alarm through me.
He didn't like sex that much, which was why I could endure all of this. If that changed, I'll hang myself or something.
This union was simply to have a legitimate heir for the Ivanov dynasty, not for morning trysts in bed.
“I can't wait!” I replied, faking excitement as I walked out of the mansion he lived in.
Although the Lincolns were second in command in my family's textile business, they were quite wealthy. The mansion was designed by one of the best in the industry and I never feel different when I'm here.
His father gave Micah this as a gift when he officially joined the family business and we began to date.
The two families didn't want it to look like an arranged marriage to the Western world, which was some of our biggest customers, so we had to properly date before having the anticipated wedding.
Currently, Micah's mom and my stepmom were running around, preparing for the wedding day while we both acted as though we weren't interested in the details.
I honestly didn't care if we got married in a funeral home; I just wanted to make my father happy and give him a son before his heart problems degenerated.
I got into the car and Bertram began driving me home while I continued to convince myself that I wouldn't be a miserable married woman.
I had to do this even if I didn't like it.
Like my Dad would always say, if everything done for the family was easy, every family would be great, but sacrifices weren't easy, and only those who are willing to suffer will rise above the ground.
We used to be the top textile exporting company in Russia and Italy, but since Mom was killed by our rivals, according to Dad, things have been unsteady.
We were able to clutch to second place because of the Lincolns, and the best way to reward their loyalty was to merge the families together.
It was also very important for the future, in other words, he really hopes I give him a grandson in the first year of my marriage.
No pressure, right?
So I had to make this sacrifice.
Hopefully, I won't go crazy while at it.

Those words should have destroyed me, but the truth was worse: I'd been used as a broodmare by the man who swore to love me, set up in a hotel room with a stranger because My husband Alexander Cross couldn't father children himself, and now I carried the secret babies of Damon Lester—the most powerful and dangerous Alpha in San Loris—while my own family replaced me with the daughter they'd always wanted. But when that same stranger's doctor appeared at my door, when twenty million dollars exchanged hands over a fake perfume bearing my secret identity, and when Damon's gray eyes locked onto mine with recognition I couldn't afford, I realized my carefully hidden life as the legendary perfumer Vera was colliding with a pregnancy that could cost me everything.
Could I protect my babies from the husband plotting my death, hide my true identity from the Alpha who's been hunting me for years, and reclaim the freedom I'd buried along with my dreams—even if it means standing alone against the wolves who see me as nothing more than a womb to be used and discarded?
