My Boyfriend is a Handsome Robot
Ainin ain · Ongoing · 45.1k Words
Introduction
She named the robot Victor Valdes, almost the same name as her boyfriend. But one day the robot she created went out of control and made her feel that the handsome human-like robot had begun to dominate her.
"You are mine, Berliana Margaretha."
"Oh my God, Victor! You're a robot so go back to your place, don't move!"
"No way, I'm your boyfriend, you're my girlfriend."
Would Berliana's rejection continue to escalate or would she be swept away by the passion of the artificially intelligent robot she had created that almost resembled a human being?
Chapter 1
"With robots, we can replace human labor which is very difficult to get in our country. The shortage of population makes us short of labor and humans so to make things still work and this country still ours is only by developing robots and making them similar to humans. If humans are still willing and able to make mistakes, on the contrary, robots are different, they are objects that we can command because we have the keywords."
The sound of applause could be heard.
"Miss Berliana is absolutely right, this is the best course of action we can take. If we fill this country with powerful and intelligent robots that we can control at will, then it will be easy for us to continue exporting trade and continue the country's business without a shortage of labor."
"Yes, that's right, then we can start developing this proposal and method. We can't lose to the neighboring countries that are starting to intend to invade our country."
"That's right, we must develop this immediately so that we can defeat them. As long as Miss Berliana is around, we won't lack materials on how to build robots that can be used to perfect our invention. Miss Berliana is already part of us for this artificial intelligence technology, Miss Berliana has already received a lot of recognition from the United Research on Robots that she is a talented woman. We can't go wrong if we want to trust her with all of this because she can be one of us and make our future inventions and products even better."
Some of the scientists and engineers there seemed to agree, they got up and greeted Berliana who was smiling there because she had been listening to their conversation.
"Hopefully our cooperation this time can eradicate other countries that have begun to incorporate their products. If we can make our own, why should we cooperate with others? We also have no shortage of great people and no shortage of resources and ability to finance the creation of robots. Our country is also a rich country that certainly does not lack anything to be able to do the same, even greater."
They nodded, returning to the discussion to determine what they would talk about next. Berliana also got involved and discussed it together as they intended to make more projects.
"Isn't it true that if there's a lot of production, this country will become a country of robots? What if there is a collapse? We can't predict what will happen because of what the future will be like. It's not perfect yet," Jeff disagreed, he was one of the heads of the Artifical Intelligence Research Organization, so he spoke up as soon as he realized it was all a bit too much.
"No, we'll try to get everything up to standard and what we need. With all this it will be easier because we will get everything according to our wishes." Professor Kim said reassuringly making Jeff look at Berliana who proposed all this.
"Are there some designs of yours that make sense to show us? If it's just talk of course it sounds good but if there's something you've put into practice that would be an extra point that would make me agree to your requests and wishes." Jeff said seriously making Berliana smile softly.
"Don't you know me to not know? I've had several inventions and results from the last artificial intelligence during my time in America. Now I'm back because this is my homeland and I see that there's a shortage of people here because the population hasn't increased in recent years. I just want to give a little help because you guys didn't get this way at all so with my ability to build and create human abilities in the form of robots isn't this a very good way to be able to increase the population and also the labor that has been depleted?
"There are a lot of factories and residences that have closed down just because we lack humans to produce labor. With that I was just hoping that my skills could help but you were unwilling to accept everything and investigate what my skills are. I'm not forcing you to use my services but at least don't show that you're too stupid as the head of an artificial intelligence research organization, since you don't even know me as one of the best inventors in America." Berliana said casually while playing with her nails, making Jeff look at her who looked serious.
He had indeed heard the name Berliana Margaretha, it was just that he was a little incredulous that the girl would surpass him even though they were currently in need of help to get manpower that could be used in this country.
"I'll take a look and analyze everything first. Tomorrow if you really don't mind please bring here whatever inventions you are currently working on. I'm sure you must have one or two things you're working on at your home. Our country is not an easy country to get something licensed so if you still have to provide a little or a lot of evidence that you have done in order to immediately get a stronger license and get more money for this project. So, I can't approve it now until there is evidence and permission given by the government."
Berliana sighed, she knew that it was not easy to get a project like this but she also wouldn't give up as long as it was for the good of her own country. This project also required a considerable amount of money so she also didn't want to make a mess of things just because of lack of funds and not being approved by the government. It was better for her to provide a little more evidence that could be used to get a more legitimate approval and permission.
Walking towards the outside of the conference hall, Berliana sighed softly. She already had a few things she wanted to bring but the thing that made her catch her breath was the quietness of the surroundings. There weren't many people here because the people who delayed and didn't want to have children were the ones who were in their place the most.
Their country was like a dead city that had no people even though it was a rich country that had many sources of prosperity. That made her have to immediately look for how to get permission to make a human being assembled from some kind of robot.
Returning to her home not too far from the meeting office, Berliana tapped a card to unlock her house. She took off her bag and washed her feet, before entering a room that she locked with a double layer.
Turning on the light, Berliana smiled at the figure before her.
"Hello, Victor Valdes... How are you today?"

"Sorry," I mumbled, wide-eyed.
"Is that?" Levi mind-linked, and I nodded my head.
"Zara," my father uttered. "I understand that you are familiar with Alpha Noah."
I slowly nodded my head.
"Great," my father said. "Alpha Noah has also informed me that you are his fated mate."
I gave a nod in response.
"Superb, Alpha Noah has requested your hand."
"Is that so?" I found my voice.
Both my father and Alpha Noah nodded.
"Interesting," I said. "Were you told by Alpha Noah that he rejected me more than a year ago?"

“You think I’m going to let my daughter sleep with whoever she wants” he spat. He kicked me in the ribs, sending me flying back across the floor.
“I didn’t” I coughed, gasping for air.
I felt as though my chest had caved in. I thought I was about to vomit when Hank grabbed my hair and lifted my head. CRACK. It was like my eye had exploded inside my skull when he punched me in the face. I landed on the cold concrete and pressed my face onto the floor. He used his foot to roll me over so that I was on my back.
“Look at you, you disgusting c**t” he huffed as he crouched down beside me and wiped the hair from my face. He smiled, a terrifying evil smile.

Strings of Fate
Like all children, I was tested for magic when I was only a few days old. Since my specific bloodline is unknown and my magic is unidentifiable, I was marked with a delicate swirling pattern around my upper right arm.
I do have magic, just as the tests showed, but it has never lined up with any known Magic species.
I can't breathe fire like a dragon Shifter, or hex people who piss me off like Witches. I can't make potions like an Alchemist or seduce people like a Succubus. Now I don't mean to be unappreciative of the power I do have, it's interesting and all, but it just really doesn't pack much of a punch and most of the time it is just pretty much useless. My special magical skill is the ability to see threads of fate.
Most of life is annoying enough for me, and what never occurred to me is that my mate is a rude, pompous nuisance. He's an Alpha and my friend's twin brother.
“What are you doing? This is my home, you can't just let yourself in!” I try and keep my voice firm but when he turns and fixes me with his golden eyes I shrink back. The look he gives me is imperious and I automatically drop my eyes to the floor as is my habit. Then I force myself to look back up again. He doesn't notice me looking up because he's already looked away from me. He's being rude, I refuse to show that he's scaring me, even though he most definitely is. He glances around and after realising that the only place to sit is the little table with its two chairs he points to it.
“Sit.” he orders. I glare at him. Who is he to order me around like this? How can someone this obnoxious possibly be my soul mate? Maybe I'm still asleep. I pinch my arm and my eyes water a little from the sting of pain.
