Chapter 1
Phoebe's pov
"Let me go, let me go, I'll get you your money" I yelled for the men who were manhandling me to leave me alone but they wouldn't.
Their grip on my arm was so tight that it was hurting me but they didn't care about that.
What was more important to them was taking me to their boss so he could do only God knows what to me.
I didn't ask for this life, I was just unfortunate to have parents who don't care about their children.
The more I try to pull off them the more their fingers pierce through my skin.
"Look girl, I'll advise you to stay calm and don't act funny, or else you'll meet my boss in pieces," one of the hefty men threatened.
Immediately he said that chills ran down my spine, I don't want to die, please God help me, send help for me.
I was supposed to pay the debts this month but my paycheck was delayed.
It was 9:00 at night, these men were dragging me through an alley heading to their boss's place.
My father owed their boss $650,000 from gambling and now he was arrested for smuggling drugs leaving me with my younger ones to care for. I've been trying my best to pay off the debts so that this ruthless man does not hurt my family but it seems he doesn't care.
We made a turn and we were passing the back of a clubhouse, the sound of muffled music playing.
I saw a guy standing there placing his phone on his ear, it was clear he was making a call, I thought this was a chance to call for help, "Sir please help me"
I couldn't navigate who he was because I couldn't see his face properly.
After calling for help he looked up at me, he made a step but it looked like he was calculating his actions at the same time looking at the men who were taking me.
The men who were carrying me didn't pay attention to what was happening.
I yelled again, "Sir please don't let them take me, I don't know what they'll do to me please" I cried out this time with a very loud voice.
"Hey" the man shouted, and the men who were carrying me dropped me on the floor with force. I winced from the pain I felt from my butt bone.
"Who are you?" The men asked with boldness, tightening their fists as though they were preparing for a fight.
"If I show you my face you'll regret questioning me, hand over the girl, and save yourself punishment" " the man said from the dark, his voice commanding yet bold.
"Who the fuck are you?" The men carrying me asked, their voices were firm yet curious and laced with fear in their tone.
"I AM…" He stepped out of the darkness, "THE BOSS OF YOUR BOSS" The man said in a bold tone.
Immediately the men saw him and they took steps backwards.
"Oh my God, it's him?" my jaw dropped.
"We are sorry boss, this girl's father owes my boss a huge amount of money and he asked us to bring her," They replied, their voice shaking.
"And how is that any of my business? Did you hear yourself? Her father owes you not her, it might interest you to find out you are fucking with my girlfriend" He lied.
"What? Your girlfriend?" They were unable to believe what they just heard.
"You'll know more if you lay hands on her again," He said, taking steps closer.
"No boss", The men said, gesturing for him to calm down, as one tapped the other and they left the place.
Before now I hated this guy because I got involved with him at a party I went to with Lily, and this guy fucks like the devil, I've not had such fuck for almost a decade and the last thing I want is to have feelings for someone who doesn't feel the same with me.
He didn't even know when I left in the morning, I didn't know he was so rich that night he looked simple and collected but from the look of things now he looks more than that to me, why did he say I'm his girlfriend? Did he mean it?
I got up from the floor feeling flushed, no one had called me their girlfriend in a while. Except Jake, my baby brother. I keep my siblings a secret from people so they don't get to pay for my parents' crimes like I'm doing now.
I walk towards him unsteady in my footsteps as I approach him, "Thank you" I muttered trying to put behind me the fact that I hated him, before now I wouldn't do this for him if he were in my position.
As I met him, the first thing that welcomed me was his aesthetic eyes as that of an innocent child, "Can I hug you?" I asked shyly.
"Of course, if you want," he shrugged with a smirk.
I closed my eyes as I leaned forward to hug him, his familiar cologne interrupted the peace that was trying to settle in my stomach.
"It is him, it's really him," I said to myself.
The hug was brief as I pulled out, yes I am shameless, I hugged someone I claimed to hate gracefully.
"I thought I'd never see you again," He cuts me off my train of thought.
"Yeah, me also" Genuinely I never wanted to see him again, not in this condition when I look helpless.
"Do you mind coming in?" He asked.
"If it's okay for me to come in," I say, chuckling nervously, my mind races back to the first night I met him, he sounded so casual and before I knew it I was in his bed and we had an unforgettable moment, the devil made his dick.
Just then the door clicks open and I see a couple of men in suits with black shades coming out from the back door.

“I thought you said you were done chasing me?” Gen mocked.
“I am done chasing you.”
Before she could formulate a witty remark, Matteo threw her down. She landed hard on her back atop his dining room table. She tried to sit up when she noticed what he was doing. His hands were working on his belt. It came free of his pants with a violent yank. She collapsed back on her elbows, her mouth gaping open at the display. His face was a mask of sheer determination, his eyes were a dark gold swimming with heat and desire. His hands wrapped around her thighs and pulled her to the edge of the table. He glided his fingers up her thighs and hooked several around the inside of her panties. His knuckles brushed her dripping sex.
“You’re soaking wet, Genevieve. Tell me, was it me that made you this way or him?” his voice told her to be careful with her answer. His knuckles slid down through her folds and she threw her head back as she moaned. “Weakness?”
“You…” she breathed.
Genevieve loses a bet she can’t afford to pay. In a compromise, she agrees to convince any man her opponent chooses to go home with her that night. What she doesn’t realize when her sister’s friend points out the brooding man sitting alone at the bar, is that man won’t be okay with just one night with her. No, Matteo Accardi, Don of one of the largest gangs in New York City doesn’t do one night stands. Not with her anyway.
Luna On The Run- I stole The Alpha's Sons
But Axton is more than just a rival, he's her fated mate. And he's been searching for her not for love, but for revenge and a chance to destroy her father's pack. The next morning, Elena rejects him, walking away before he can trap her in his ruthless schemes.
But Axton does not take rejection lightly, and his retaliation is brutal: a leaked video, a ruined reputation, and a family that turns their backs on her drive her to flee the city in disgrace.
But when Elena disappears, she takes something Alpha Axton never planned to lose - his sons. Now, he'll stop at nothing to get them back. He wants his heirs, he wants his mate, and Elena will learn that no one runs from the Alpha.
GO ON YOUR KNEES, ALPHA.
He was wrong.
Six years ago, Pete Leadsilver had everything an Alpha could want. Power, a respected pack and a future already written for him.
Then he met me.
What began as a game became a mistake I would spend years trying to survive. When I told him I was carrying his child, Pete chose not to believe me. He rejected me, humiliated me, and allowed the people around him to make sure I understood that there was no place for me in his world.
So I disappeared.
I took the secret of my pregnancy with me and built a life far away from the Alpha who had broken me.
Six years later, Pete finds me again. Only this time, he isn't the man with all the power. His pack is dying, his people are running out of time, and I may be the only person capable of saving them.
But I'm no longer the woman Pete remembers. And beside me is a little boy who carries far too much of Pete's face to be a coincidence.
Our reunion should have been about a cure, but instead, it becomes the beginning of a war neither of us saw coming.
Because Pete's greatest danger isn't outside his pack.
It's inside his own family.
Old resentment turns into manipulation. Loyalty becomes betrayal. And the people Pete trusts begin hiding secrets that threaten to destroy everything he's built.
Then someone comes for the people I love.
Suddenly, this is no longer about whether Pete can earn my forgiveness.
It's about whether he can keep me alive.
Whether he can protect the son he never knew existed.
Whether he can uncover the truth before the people closest to him destroy everything he has finally learned to value.
Along the way, we'll lose people we thought would always stand beside us, I'll be forced to confront wounds I've spent six years trying to bury, and the family we're slowly building will be tested in ways neither of us could have imagined.
Because sometimes love isn't the hardest thing to find. Sometimes it's the hardest thing to survive.
Pete once believed power meant never needing anyone and I once believed surviving him meant leaving him behind.
We were both wrong.
Because some bonds refuse to die, some betrayals cut deeper than rejection and some people don't come back into your life to give you a second chance.
They come back to show you exactly what you almost lost.
Pete Leadsilver lost me once.
This time, he'll have to fight to keep the family he never knew he needed.
Everybody is Guilty Here

Matthew's only shot at freedom is helping the police bring down Mr. K, the elusive mafia boss of the city. The only problem is that the detective he is forced to work with is the same man who arrested him years ago.
Masahiro Payne is everything Matthew hates: cold, calculating, and relentless. The closer they find themselves to taking down Mr. K's empire, the more they are attracted to one another, an affair too potent to turn from.
As their undercover mission spirals into a web of lies and hidden desires, they face a growing threat from all sides. But the greatest risk is the one they can't control-their own feelings. With every touch, every stolen kiss, the line between their fake relationship and real emotions blurs.
In a world of betrayal, trust is a luxury, and falling for each other may be the deadliest mistake of all. Can they survive the deadly mafia games or will their passion be their demise?
MOONLIT CHASE
But no, I had to walk through the park at midnight like an idiot. Now I've seen something I can't unsee—a massive black wolf tearing apart three men, then shifting into the hottest guy I've ever laid eyes on.
Kieran Vaughn. Wealthy lawyer, werewolf, and apparently, he thinks I'm his mate.
Here's the problem: I don't do relationships. I definitely don't do supernatural things. I absolutely don't do rich guys who think they can control my life just because their inner wolf has decided I smell like home.
When hunters start targeting me to get to him, Kieran drags me into his pristine penthouse for "protection." Now I'm living with a man who looks at me like I'm his last meal, whose touch sets my skin on fire, and who's barely holding onto his control.
He says everyone he loves dies. I say that's not my problem except it is because I'm falling for this broken, dangerous man and his beast.
And in his world? Love will get you killed.

Love's Deadly Equation
I was sent to her.
To watch her. To protect her. And, when the order comes… to kill her.
My name is Keegan Caffery. I’m the Carter Mafia’s best hitman. I don’t miss. I don’t fail.
At least, I didn’t use to.
I don’t know what it is about her that got to me first—her mouth, her mind, or the way she looks at me like I’m not what she should fear.
I’ve had a gun to her head since I walked into her life.
She knows it.
And she still doesn’t run.
She just watches me back like she’s studying a problem she refuses to call impossible.
She’s the one variable I can’t control.
And God help me… I don’t want to.
I have an order. I have loyalty. I have a trigger.
But every time I imagine it—
I can’t stand it.
Her or me. That’s the math.
It’s a deadly equation I don’t want to solve.
⬥ Maisie ⬥
I’m not ordinary. I stopped pretending long ago.
My name is Maisie Seo. IQ 145. Clinical genius.
Which sounds impressive until you realize what it actually means: I don’t fit anywhere people expect me to.
I see patterns everywhere. Outcomes before they happen. People like equations I’ve already solved.
It gets lonely in a world you’ve already figured out.
So I dull myself down. Smoke the edges off. Pretend, badly, to be the kind of normal that lets people stay.
Then he walked in.
I knew what he was immediately. Dangerous. Intentional. Wrong in all the right ways.
I should be afraid of him.
I keep waiting for that to kick in.
Instead, I’m fascinated.
Because for the first time in my life… I’ve found something I can’t solve.
He is my deadly equation.
Exchanging Vows: The Swapped Wife Is a Top Shaman
Let Them Kneel
Cast out by her pack. Forgotten by the Lycans.
She lived among humans—quiet, invisible, tucked away in a town no one looked at twice.
But when her first heat comes without warning, everything changes.
Her body ignites. Her instincts scream. And something primal stirs beneath her skin—
summoning a big, bad Alpha who knows exactly how to quench her fire.
When he claims her, it’s ecstasy and ruin.
For the first time, she believes she’s been accepted.
Seen.
Chosen.
Until he leaves her the next morning—
like a secret never to be spoken.
But Kaelani is not what they thought.
Not wolfless. Not weak.
There is something ancient inside her. Something powerful. And it’s waking.
And when it does—
they’ll all remember the girl they tried to erase.
Especially him.
She’ll be the dream he keeps chasing… the one thing that ever made him feel alive.
Because secrets never stay buried.
And neither do dreams.

His.
He doesn't know he's writing to her, either.
By the time they find out, it's too late to stop what's already happening. Far too dangerous for anyone to find out.
In an empty studio, in the middle of a rainstorm, she asks him: 'Am I the kind of girl who kisses a boy engaged to my sister?'
He doesn't answer.
So she asks: 'What are we?’
He told her not to fall in love with one piece.
She fell anyway.
And he was never far behind.
