Chapter 1
1.At the first sight: the first mistake
At Enchanted bar
That means:I was enchanted to meet you.
Tonight, Elena sat at the bar counter drinking crazily, trying to anaesthetize herself with alcohol. The picture of Roger hugging and kissing a woman kept flashing in front of her eyes. Why did he do this to her? For so many years, she had thought that she could be with him forever, but now she realized how ridiculous it was.
Victoria was a glass of wine, but it was bitter and sweet. The song was not over, and the two had separated. She was not drunk, but her heart was broken. In love, someone was defeated by loneliness, and in loneliness, someone was defeated by humanity. It turned out that as long as they were separated, no matter how familiar they were, they would be slow and alienated.
The most difficult thing in a relationship is not to fall in love with a person or tell her that I love you, but to respect love for a long time. To be honest, I love you in return for betrayal. It turns out that these three words are not only said to me alone. Sad wine is always easy to get drunk, but Elena knows when to stop. She slowly stood up and realized that it was not worth torturing herself for a person who did not love her, She staggered out of the bar, leaning against the wall!
Elena opened her eyes and rubbed her aching head, wondering if she had drunk too much last night! How did she come back
"..." what happened? Where is my clothes? Elena woke up, completely naked. She looked around in horror. This was not her room!
Elena tried to recall what happened last night? Last night, after drinking, she groped back to her room and saw a handsome man kissing him. Oh my God! What did I do? I was stimulated and went to the wrong room? No, no, No. I have to hurry up. Hearing the sound of water from the bathroom, Elena grabbed her clothes and put them on. She found her bag and took out a note. "I'm sorry, sir. I drank too much last night and kissed you. I even slept with you. Just forget it.".
Elena walked out of the room in a hurry and found that this was room 109, and her room was room 106. She felt so ashamed to see anyone. Drinking was a mistake! You can't drink if you have nothing else to do in the future.
Ten minutes later
When Simon came out of the bathroom, he saw that there was no one except a touch of red on the bed sheet. He frowned and thought, 'she just left like this. There are so many women in the world who want to stay with me, but she just left like this.' he looked around and found a pink note on the table. Then he picked it up and looked at it. His face darkened. Who on earth slept with whom?
Isn't it too easy for a woman who has become my Simon to get rid of me like this? He indifferently picked up the phone in his hand and dialed a number
"President." assistant Neil answered the phone.
"Get the surveillance video of the corridor on the top floor of the Bass Hotel and see who entered my room last night. Check it out and send me the information." Simon then hung up. She didn't know if the poor assistant heard it clearly.
Simon put on the clothes and tidied up. Looking at the noble suit and perfect figure with long legs! And her beautiful features were so perfect.
On the other side
Elena had black hair and a clean, innocent face. She didn't look like any makeup at all. Her ordinary clothes didn't make her conspicuous in the crowd. The beautiful thing was that her big eyes were so bright that they seemed to cry at any time.
She studied in the school of Finance and was about to get engaged to her boyfriend after she got her degree. However, on that day, she bumped into him hugging and kissing another woman. She was desperate and left Chicago to find her best friend, Tanya. Damn love_
"Sweet heart, where did you go last night? You scared me so much that I didn't answer your phone." Tanya nervously pulled Elena's hand and looked around. She usually didn't leave without saying a word. She didn't call or text anyone last night. She had thought that something would happen to her?
This was her best friend. She was completely different from her. She was from head to toe in famous brands, natural beauty, and there were many pursuers. It was known to all that she was attractive.
"I'm fine. I drank too much last night and slept in the hotel." Elena didn't dare to tell her best friend that she went to the wrong room. She smiled and sat on the sofa. Was there anything worse than this? She was cheated by her boyfriend and spent a night with a strange man?
"That's good. I bought breakfast for you. Hurry up." Tanya brought the breakfast she had just bought.
"Okay, I'll go to interview my secretary later. I'll cook for you later." Elena had just arrived here and hadn't got a job yet. Several companies she had invested yesterday had been responded, and she had to attend the interview today.
"Are you going to the interview in this way?" Tanya looked at Elena up and down in disbelief. She was wearing an ordinary shirt, jeans and sneakers. She looked like a student.
"I'll take a shower and change my clothes later. Don't worry. Go to work now," Elena urged. In fact, Tanya had also asked her to work in her company, but her major was not suitable. She worked in a magazine office.
"Okay, you look better. I'm leaving now." Elena looked at Tanya's back and sighed. She was wearing a red tight dress, red high-heeled shoes, curly hair and outstanding facial features, big eyes and red lips. She was the goddess of boys!
"President." Neil had already driven to the Bass hotel to receive Simon.
"..." Simon didn't say a word. He strode into the car, and Neil closed the door and went back to the driver's seat.
"Mr . Simon, this is the file you want." Neil handed it to Simon.
"There are her photos and information in it. Her ID card shows that she doesn't live in New York. She lives in Chicago. She might come to New York for a trip," Neil said as she started the car.
"Elena." Simon repeated the name, with a complicated look in his eyes.
"Pay more attention to the flight to Chicago these days. Stop her if you have her." Simon didn't know why he wanted to find her, but he couldn't forget the light fragrance. It was unforgettable.
"Mr . Simon, why did you look for her?" Neil asked out of curiosity. She had worked for Simon for many years and had never seen him care about any woman.
"And if she doesn't go back to Chicago, find out where she lives." obviously, Simon didn't answer Neil's question, because he didn't know why he wanted to see her! Because he didn't want her to look down upon him? Or was he curious about Elena?
"Yes, sir." Neil had no choice but to stop asking. When he found her, everything would be clear.
Simon looked out of the window. He had never been interested in women, but now he always thought of the pure and childish face of Elena.
Last night, she broke into the room with the smell of alcohol and said, "if you can find a woman, I can also find a man." before Simon came to herself, she was kissed by her forcefully.
Last night, he couldn't control himself. How could he... The more Simon thought about it, the more irritable he became. He hated women who came to him. Why didn't he throw her out last night.
As a CEO, he had seen a lot of beautiful women. It was his first time to have sex with this woman.
If I find you, you will know what it means that nothing has happened. She was not bad looking. Why did she feel disliked by this woman and think of her uncontrollably. Was she poisoned? Didn't she just sleep for one night? Would she get pregnant? She wondered whether it was too early for her to give birth to the baby. All kinds of questions about Elena kept flashing through Simon's mind?
"Ring-ring." Elena's phone screen lit up. "Roger, this bastard who cheated on me, dared to call me.
"Put your phone number in the blacklist!" Elena hated the man who cheated on her the most. She angrily put his number in the blacklist. The world was finally quiet.
But Elena couldn't help crying. Her promise and sweet words were all lies. She stood up and walked into the bathroom. Drops of water fell on her body, but it was hard to tell whether it was tears or water.
They had been together for five or six years since they were in college. Although they hadn't made their relationship public and now they understood the reason why he didn't want to make it public, she had been fooled by him for so many years.
He was the general manager of AC group, while she was just a student with a degree. We have been apart for one or two years. It's not his fault to find someone else. He asked me to stay with him, but I chose to continue my study.
It's ridiculous to think about it now. I'm obsessed with my study and he's focused on his career. We haven't been separated for a long time. He won't contact me without anything, and I rarely contact him either. It turns out that this relationship has long disappeared. Maybe it's because of the loss of love, the anger and sadness when we were separated have been much better. Maybe let go of him and be good to me. Since you choose to leave, just live well!
Forget everything in the past and start my life again in New York. Come on! Elena。
After a while, Elena changed into a white shirt, black trousers and a pair of canvas shoes. It was indeed beautiful, but it was not much different from what she had worn just now. She was a student who had just obtained her degree. She was very beautiful, but she didn't know how to dress herself. Looking at herself in the mirror, she confidently carried her bag and walked out of the door.
"Mr. Simon, there is an important meeting at three o'clock today, and you have a party at nine o'clock in the evening." Neil was going to tell Simon about today's schedule.
"The party is cancelled." Simon refused to attend the party except his parents, grandfather's birthday party and his brother Nick's. He was the person that everyone in the upper class tried their best to invite.
"Okay, sir." Neil and Simon walked into the private elevator.
"Mr . Simon, I have another bad news to tell you. Miss Zoe is waiting for you in your office. She didn't stop you." as soon as Neil finished speaking, Simon looked at her coldly. Neil felt a chill in her back.
"Your bonus will be deducted this month." Simon walked out of the elevator, as if Neil owed him money.
"Boss... Boss..." Neil's face was full of sadness! There was no way to save it. The CEO had never taken back what he had said. But miss Zoe is not easy to deal with!

What? No—wait… oh Moon Goddess, no.
Please tell me you're joking, Lex.
But she's not. I can feel her excitement bubbling under my skin, while all I feel is dread.
We turn the corner, and the scent hits me like a punch to the chest—cinnamon and something impossibly warm. My eyes scan the room until they land on him. Tall. Commanding. Beautiful.

Yet Alexander made his decision clear to the world: “Evelyn is the only woman I will ever marry.”
The Pack: Rule Number 1 - No Mates
"Let me go," I whimper, my body trembling with need. "I don't want you touching me."
I fall forward onto the bed then turn around to stare at him. The dark tattoos of Domonic's chiseled shoulders, quiver and and expand with the heave of his chest. His deep dimpled smile is full of arrogance as he reaches behind himself to lock the door.
Biting his lip, he stalks toward me, his hand going to the seam of his pants and the thickening bulge there.
"Are you sure you don't want me to touch you?" He whispers, untying the knot and slipping a hand inside. "Because I swear to God, that is all I have been wanting to do. Every single day from the moment you stepped in our bar and I smelled your perfect flavor from across the room."

The Biker's Fate
I squeezed my eyes shut.
"Dani," he pressed. "Do you get me?"
"No, Austin, I don't," I admitted as I pulled my robe closed again and sat up. "You confuse me."
He dragged his hands down his face. "Tell me what's on your mind."
I sighed. "You're everything my parents warned me against. You're secretive, but you're also honest. I feel wholly protected by you, but then you scare me more than anyone I've ever known. You're a bad boy, but when I dated a so-called good one, he turned out to be the devil, so, yeah, I don't get you because you're not what I expected. You drive me crazier than anyone I've ever met, but then you make me feel complete. I'm feeling things I don't quite know how to process and that makes me want to run. I don't want to give up something that might be really, really good, but I also don't want to be stupid and fall for a boy just because he's super pretty and makes me come."

Will Dani finally give her heart to a man who's everything she's been warned about?
The Biker Alpha Who Became My Second Chance Mate
"You're like a sister to me."
Those were the actual words that broke the camel's back.
Not after what just happened. Not after the hot, breathless, soul-shaking night we spent tangled in each other's arms.
I knew from the beginning that Tristan Hayes was a line I shouldn't cross.
He wasn't just anyone, he was my brother's best friend. The man I spent years secretly wanting.
But that night... we were broken. We had just buried our parents. And the grief was too heavy, too real...so I begged him to touch me.
To make me forget. To fill the silence that death left behind.
And he did. He held me like I was something fragile.
Kissed me like I was the only thing he needed to breathe.
Then left me bleeding with six words that burned deeper than rejection ever could.
So, I ran. Away from everything that cost me pain.
Now, five years later, I'm back.
Fresh from rejecting the mate who abused me. Still carrying the scars of a pup I never got to hold.
And the man waiting for me at the airport isn't my brother.
It's Tristan.
And he's not the guy I left behind.
He's a biker.
An Alpha.
And when he looked at me, I knew there was no where else to run to.

My back hit the desk. Pain exploded through my skull.
"Girls like you don't get to dream about guys like Kai." Bella's breath was hot on my face. "You don't get to write pathetic love letters."
She shoved me again. Harder.
"Maybe if you weren't such a desperate little—"
I fell. My head cracked against the corner.
Warmth trickled down my neck. Blood.
Their laughter turned to gasps.
The door slammed.
I tried to stand. Couldn't. The room was spinning, fading to black.
