Introduction
Chapter 1
Age twelve
"Why are you such a crybaby?" Eve drags me to my feet from the heap of limbs and clothing I tumbled into after I slipped into this crevice, tutting at me and rolling her eyes as she dusts me down with aggression. Irritated by my clumsiness and not an ounce of sibling care.
Sighing heavily once again, knowing in trying to keep up with her, I ended up falling and making her rescue me. Compared to her, yes, I am always clumsy, slow, or in need of her rescue. It’s not my fault. We may look identical, but that’s where it ends.
"I'm not a cry-baby…I hurt myself. It's okay to be upset. You were running too fast, and I'm not as good as you at doing that. I can only run at normal speed." I try to defend myself, sniffing back the aching tears as I wipe my bloodied wrist where I grazed it, over my now sodden dress. Annoyed at myself that my newest floral sundress is now a tattered wreck of snags and dirt, and a nice little tear across the lace-edged hem. I shouldn’t have tried to keep up with her pace.
"Shhhhh, they're coming. Suck it up and stop sniveling. You know they are going to laugh at you. Don’t embarrass me."
Eve's cold demeanor and poker-straight face return as she hears the approaching cracks and rustles of our friends getting closer to where we are, and stiffens up. Pulling on that mask of indifference and cool that she is known for.
I stand straight, sniff back the last traces of my tears, and paste on my bright, happy smile that is more me. Not caring if my tumble is eye-roll worthy to her, I just don’t want my friends to feel bad for me.
"You guys are way too fast for us to keep up. Eve, remember we're not yet turned; we can only run on regular legs." Toya, one of the smaller girls, is the first to appear, pushing through the bushes that shield us from this stupid crevice, which caught me off guard. All wide-eyed and frazzled from running hard. All three of them are panting with exertion and carrying the sheen of sweat on their foreheads.
"Eden isn't turned yet either, and she was on my heel the whole time. Face it, you guys are just slow. And making excuses!" Eve smirks at them, all superior and haughty over their complaints. Always looking for that excuse to act superior. Dismissing them with a wave.
"Eden is an alpha’s daughter…speed is a natural, wolf or not. She has always run a lot faster than us." Simon is next to chirp in, also breathing hard and looking cutely awkward as he pushes back his floppy hair from his freckled face, and I blush at his appearance. And his complimenting me.
Simon gives me butterflies whenever he is around, and I don't even know why, maybe because he’s the only boy in the pack who isn’t afraid to be near one of the alpha’s daughters and treats me like everyone else.
It's not like he's the best-looking in the pack of boys our age. He's tall and skinny, with too many freckles and sandy hair. I always preferred the darker and more mysterious wolves from the Colombian bloodline, so I have never understood why I get shy around him. Maybe it’s because of how he acts. Mature and haughty at times, like he’s smarter and wiser than any of us, given he’s the oldest.
"Only losers find excuses for their failures." Eve snaps, pushing her fingers in an L shape onto her forehead to make a point at Simon. Angering him, even if he won’t say anything, given that he hates conflict and knows Eve is stronger anyway. He never argues with her and lets me do it instead.
Eve always has to be the best at everything, and she turns on her heel to flick her hair his way sassily and walk off. Attitude oozing from every pore that has me rolling my eyes behind her.
"Are you okay? Did you fall?" Simon is straight to me, seeing my torn and messed dress and the smears of blood. Toya follows, instantly concerned, and little Maisy finally clambers into view.
"Oh my goodness…I think I might die. My heart cannot take much more of this running." She wheezes, all red-faced and breathless. “Eden…your dress!!”
"I’m fine. It’s a graze, although it did hurt falling there.” I turn and head nod to the indented forest floor where I ended up. A mini valley, only about ten feet wide but four feet deep, which, from this angle, looks pretty pathetic to say the least and shallow. They all lean in and peer, making sympathetic noises regardless, and help me finish brushing off the dirt so I can put myself back to rights.
“Why is she always so moody?” Toya finally breaks my little circle of mother hens to nod off in the direction where Eve disappeared. We were supposed to be going together to explore the old mines or caves in the mountain where they said vampires used to dwell. A place forbidden, yet here we are.
The war with the vamps was before I was born, and has already been over for over a decade, so it fascinates me greatly. My grandfather is a vampire, and I can’t imagine wolves and vampires fighting that way. To the death…sworn enemies.
It’s weird.
I guess I wanted to see where it happened to believe it. To understand that, once upon a time, the Vampires were an actual threat to us.
It's the only way my sister could have convinced my friends to come. With me on board. They would never agree to anything she asked, but I can gently coax them into thinking it’s a good plan.
“You know what she’s like. She thinks she’s better than us, and we are all weak and pathetic because she turned when she was five, and that somehow signals her superior breeding.” Simon grits his teeth, a topic he and my sister have fought over many times. It vexes him that my sister looks down on us, even though he’s the son of one of the second subpack of high ranking. His standing in our ranks is high. I think it annoys him as the only male of our little circle that she turned first, and he still hasn’t, despite him being older.
I can't deny it, though, because it's true. Eve has always had this attitude that, as the firstborn twin and the first tribrid of the packs, she is the best. The strongest, the fastest. Turned young and had gifts from even before then. That her skills are unmatched, and no one is close to being worthy of her. Not even me.
She’s really hung up on always being number one.
“My mom said she inherited the arrogance of our paternal grandfather.” It slips out thoughtlessly, something I once heard my parents talking about when I wasn't meant to, and I slap a hand over my mouth. Knowing that not only can my sister hear me, but I'm breaking a cardinal rule. And being mean, which I hate.
“We’re not supposed to talk about him.” Maisie’s hushed tone makes me feel even more stupid for bringing it up. Shushing me with a gently tapped hand on my arm as though to scold me. Her big eyes more doe-like with worry, as though the forest around us might hear and tattle tale.
He’s long gone. Dead at the hands of the vampires, and he was apparently a terrible person who did awful things to my family and our pack. He went power-mad, caring only about what he could become. Even betraying his son and locked up my Rema in a coma for many years.
Juan Santo – a name and a person who should stay forgotten.
He was part of the reason the war against the vampires was waged. Why my mother lost her family, and why our pack lives across two communities miles apart. Aunt Carmen and Uncle Jasper help my Rema and her mate care for the Mountain pack, while Mom and Dad and Aunt Meadow and the subpack watch over the valley.
Sometimes, I see that flicker in Eve, that craving for more, that cold selfishness, and it scares me like she has a splinter of his darkness inside of her that was never left in me.
The difference between us in that way is light and dark, even though we are still in the process of reaching puberty and adulthood. Eve is already so focused on what she can become and do that she doesn’t waste time on normal things like enjoying life and making friends. I just want to be happy and enjoy a simple life and fun along the way. I have no ambitions.
“Radar is your grandpaw….. let's forget the dead.” Simon cuts in to smooth over my mistake and boss us into dropping it. Wolves like to bury the painful past by silencing it. “Leave the past where it belongs.”
“We should go…before she ends ten miles ahead of us, and we never get there before sundown.” Toya is getting impatient. Three years younger than us, at only nine, but she has her mother’s fire and sass. One of my mom’s best friends and my Father’s right-hand man, as Alpha. Or woman.
Aunt Meadow is fierce.
“Why are we going to the cave? The mountain is out of bounds. They told us when we came here for summer break that we should stay within the perimeter…. This seems dumb, and there’s nothing to see except more forest.” Maisie starts whining, being towed by the hand as we all move in unison at a more casual stride to walk in the direction of the looming mountain. She’s the baby of our group in so many ways, even though we’re the same age.
“Because the patrol made it near impossible to get this far without my dad knowing and coming after us. Now they’re standing down the perimeter they guard, closer to home, so we can run free and further. We just have to make sure we’re back before dinner within the walked perimeter, so they never know we were gone.”

The Contract Wife: Marriage Of Malice
He didn't finish. He didn't need to.
I didn't tell him to stop.
Instead, my fingers curled into his shirt, clutching the fabric as though it was my only anchor. Something in him snapped—something he had been holding back for too long. His mouth found mine in a kiss that wasn't tender, but hungry, desperate.
I gasped into him, his hand sliding up to cup my jaw, holding me as if afraid I might vanish.
"You drive me insane," he breathed against my mouth, his lips trailing to my throat. "I can't lose you, Ella. Not you."
My head fell back, a soft sound escaping me as his fingers memorized my waist. My anger melted beneath his desperation.
"James..." I whispered, more plea than protest.
His hand caught mine, fingers threading together tightly. "I'll bring him back. I swear it. Just... don't turn away from me. Please."
The word please—low, ragged, almost broken—undid me more than anything else could have.
Ella never imagined she would marry the man she had secretly loved for years in such a way.
When her brother Theo faced twenty-five years in prison for massive embezzlement, the ruthless business tycoon James Lancaster offered her a deal: marry him in exchange for her brother's freedom.
This wasn't a fairy tale proposal, but a carefully orchestrated revenge. Because in James's heart, Ella was the culprit who had killed his sister Cecilia. He wanted her to pay the price—to atone with a lifetime of suffering.
Falling for my boyfriend's Navy brother
"What is wrong with me?
Why does being near him make my skin feel too tight, like I’m wearing a sweater two sizes too small?
It’s just newness, I tell myself firmly.
He’s my boyfirend’s brother.
This is Tyler’s family.
I’m not going to let one cold stare undo that.
**
As a ballet dancer, My life looks perfect—scholarship, starring role, sweet boyfriend Tyler. Until Tyler shows his true colors and his older brother, Asher, comes home.
Asher is a Navy veteran with battle scars and zero patience. He calls me "princess" like it's an insult. I can't stand him.
When My ankle injury forces her to recover at the family lake house, I‘m stuck with both brothers. What starts as mutual hatred slowly turns into something forbidden.
I'm falling for my boyfriend's brother.
**
I hate girls like her.
Entitled.
Delicate.
And still—
Still.
The image of her standing in the doorway, clutching her cardigan tighter around her narrow shoulders, trying to smile through the awkwardness, won’t leave me.
Neither does the memory of Tyler. Leaving her here without a second thought.
I shouldn’t care.
I don’t care.
It’s not my problem if Tyler’s an idiot.
It’s not my business if some spoiled little princess has to walk home in the dark.
I’m not here to rescue anyone.
Especially not her.
Especially not someone like her.
She’s not my problem.
And I’ll make damn sure she never becomes one.
But when my eyes fell on her lips, I wanted her to be mine.
From Substitute To Queen
Heartbroken, Sable discovered Darrell having sex with his ex in their bed, while secretly transferring hundreds of thousands to support that woman.
Even worse was overhearing Darrell laugh to his friends: "She's useful—obedient, doesn't cause trouble, handles housework, and I can fuck her whenever I need relief. She's basically a live-in maid with benefits." He made crude thrusting gestures, sending his friends into laughter.
In despair, Sable left, reclaimed her true identity, and married her childhood neighbor—Lycan King Caelan, nine years her senior and her fated mate. Now Darrell desperately tries to win her back. How will her revenge unfold?
From substitute to queen—her revenge has just begun!
Let Them Kneel
Cast out by her pack. Forgotten by the Lycans.
She lived among humans—quiet, invisible, tucked away in a town no one looked at twice.
But when her first heat comes without warning, everything changes.
Her body ignites. Her instincts scream. And something primal stirs beneath her skin—
summoning a big, bad Alpha who knows exactly how to quench her fire.
When he claims her, it’s ecstasy and ruin.
For the first time, she believes she’s been accepted.
Seen.
Chosen.
Until he leaves her the next morning—

But Kaelani is not what they thought.
Not wolfless. Not weak.
There is something ancient inside her. Something powerful. And it’s waking.
And when it does—
they’ll all remember the girl they tried to erase.
Especially him.
She’ll be the dream he keeps chasing… the one thing that ever made him feel alive.
Because secrets never stay buried.
And neither do dreams.
BROKEN TRUST
Neither of them knew she was carrying his child.
Emily’s affair didn’t just end her marriage—it erased the life she thought was guaranteed. Ryan left without looking back, carrying his anger like armor and leaving Emily alone with regret she would never outrun. Three years later, fate drags them back into each other’s world, along with a little girl who has Ryan’s eyes and a truth that shatters everything he thought he knew.
Old wounds reopen, grief masquerades as rage, and love refuses to stay buried. As parenthood binds them together and the past demands accountability, Emily and Ryan must face the question neither of them is ready to answer: is broken trust the end of their story… or the beginning of a love forged through loss, forgiveness, and brutal honesty?
Accardi
“I thought you said you were done chasing me?” Gen mocked.
“I am done chasing you.”
Before she could formulate a witty remark, Matteo threw her down. She landed hard on her back atop his dining room table. She tried to sit up when she noticed what he was doing. His hands were working on his belt. It came free of his pants with a violent yank. She collapsed back on her elbows, her mouth gaping open at the display. His face was a mask of sheer determination, his eyes were a dark gold swimming with heat and desire. His hands wrapped around her thighs and pulled her to the edge of the table. He glided his fingers up her thighs and hooked several around the inside of her panties. His knuckles brushed her dripping sex.
“You’re soaking wet, Genevieve. Tell me, was it me that made you this way or him?” his voice told her to be careful with her answer. His knuckles slid down through her folds and she threw her head back as she moaned. “Weakness?”
“You…” she breathed.
Genevieve loses a bet she can’t afford to pay. In a compromise, she agrees to convince any man her opponent chooses to go home with her that night. What she doesn’t realize when her sister’s friend points out the brooding man sitting alone at the bar, is that man won’t be okay with just one night with her. No, Matteo Accardi, Don of one of the largest gangs in New York City doesn’t do one night stands. Not with her anyway.
How Not To Fall For A Dragon
Which is why it was more than a little confusing when a letter arrived with my name already printed on a schedule, a dorm waiting, and classes picked out as if someone knew me better than I knew myself. Everyone knows the Academy, it’s where witches sharpen their spells, shifters master their forms, and every kind of magical creature learns to control their gifts.
Everyone except me.
I don’t even know what I am. No shifting, no magic tricks, nothing. Just a girl surrounded by people who can fly, conjure fire, or heal with a touch. So I sit through classes pretending I belong, and I listen hard for any clue that might tell me what’s hidden in my blood.
The only person more curious than me is Blake Nyvas, tall, golden-eyed, and very much a Dragon. People whisper that he’s dangerous, warn me to keep my distance. But Blake seems determined to solve the mystery of me, and somehow I trust him more than anyone else.
Maybe it’s reckless. Maybe it’s dangerous.
But when everyone else looks at me like I don’t belong, Blake looks at me like I’m a riddle worth solving.
COLD (Ruthless Player)
“Please… Nick, wait.” He pulled out, thrusted back in. “How much? Twenty thousand? Fifty? Hundred?” With every question, he thrust harder and harder. My neurons are frying with the confusing feeling in my brain. Torn between pleasure, fear, and panic. I couldn't utter a single sentence to save my life.
His cold eyes pinned me in place while he plundered my body with deep thrusts, which only added to my confusion. My dumb body mistook the mixed signals, my pussy becoming even wetter than before.
“I hope she'd paid you well, because I'm going to fuck you all night long, hard,” he growled. “Sleep, then do it all over again. I want to feel you come for me, Andrea, want to feel you squeeze my cock, milking me.
Begging for me to give you the high only I can, I'm going to fucked you until I fuck all my wife's money's worth, I want you to remember how hard I took you while you're meeting her.” I sobbed, moaned, and tried to scramble out under him.
“No, please…Nick, let….let me explain.” Nick abruptly pulled out. His eyes were cold but hooded.
Andrea was sent to take down billionaire magnate Nicklaus Montgomery.
Her mission was simple: get close, seduce him, find the proof, and disappear. Instead Andrea finds herself exposed—cornered into signing a contract that binds her to Nicklaus's side as his lover. Now she’s living in his world of wealth, danger, and secrets… and the deeper she falls into his bed, the harder it becomes to remember what side she's on.
The Cursed Alpha King’s Wolfless Bride
I Found the Babies
"When..." He growled in my ear, "When we will be getting married, I will be your only king, do you get my point? Only one queen, no misters or mistresses. Just me, just you, and yeah, our babies."
I shivered.
Alyssa Reynolds found herself in a situation, while returning home from work, and she had three choices:
Simply walk away and forget that you ever heard the sound of wailing infants.
Call the police and inform them about the innocent wails.
Follow the sounds of the wails and take the matter in your hands, deciding what to do later.
Being a kindhearted soul and a sucker for babies, she found herself choosing the third option, finding the two little lives.
Two little lives that changed her whole life, her love life included. Her life now revolved around the babies as diapers, vomit and shit seemed to surround her.
Just when she thought that now it's just her and the babies, her whole world flipped over and she found herself living under the same roof as the egotistical, obnoxious and hot-as-hell Terence Powers, the business tycoon who was not going to let the woman fend off for herself and the babies alone.
Death By Breathing
Females are claimed. Controlled. Bred.
Alex swore she would die before becoming any man’s possession.
Fiercely independent and determined to escape the fate forced on women like her, Alex has spent years surviving under the radar. But everything changes when the powerful Vandicoff brothers—three ruthless Alpha rulers—discover she is their true mate.
The moment they claim her, war ignites.
Alex refuses to submit to their bond, their authority, or the dangerous pull between them. She fights every command, every touch, every instinct threatening to drag her under. But the more she resists, the more obsessed the brothers become.
What begins as a battle for control soon sends shockwaves through the entire Alpha world, threatening the Vandicoff empire itself.
Can Alex survive three possessive Alphas without losing herself in the process?
Or will the one thing she craves most—love—become the very thing that destroys her?
Underwater: The Silent Luna
It sounded like fate. Like rescue. Like the moment the universe finally chose her.
Even with the suspicion clinging to the proposal, Meadow let herself believe it. She stepped into the marriage blindly, hoping love would fill the quiet spaces of her mute, colourless life.
But the truth comes fast, and cruel.
The Alpha never asked for her. Never wanted her. Luna Amber arranged everything without his consent, driven by selfish motives Meadow couldn’t see until it was too late. What should have been tender and sacred becomes a cage, and Meadow is trapped in a nightmare she can’t wake from.
