Introduction
Having just survived a mugging that left her shook, Annie is looking for a personal trainer to teach her self-defense.
Former playboy, Mason, isn't looking to settle down; he just wants to focus on building his business and his bod, but his controlling mother has a steel grip on his finances. Before she relents to turn his business over to him at last, she requires him to find a wife.
Enter Annie, looking for a custom training program.
The two quickly strike up a deal; Mason will personally coach her for free if she pretends to be his serious girlfriend for a weekend at the Hamptons with his family.
At first glance, these two people couldn’t be more different, but they have more in common than they think. They are both passionate, hardworking business owners, neither one looking for love, yet they both possess something that the other needs.
Chapter 1
‘It’s never too late to change your life.’
I stood in the air conditioned gym, staring up at the slogan banner on the wall.
Well, that was stupid, I thought.
It absolutely was too late to change the things that had happened in my past. That was kinda the whole point of things being in the past.
I turned to frown at some of the other slogans and inspiring posters that said things like, ‘Today is the first day of the rest of your life!’, ‘Teamwork makes the Dream work!’, and ‘Keep Calm and Do Another Rep’.
Classic gym propaganda, basically.
I was only in the waiting room and I popped my head around the open door to peek into the gym room itself. Excuse me, one of the gym rooms.
Here at “Pumped Up and Overkill” everything was new and flashy and big. Not that “Pumped Up and Overkill” was actually the name of the place, I’d just been to so many gyms in the last week that all the names had started to blur together.
“Miss? Excuse me, Miss?”
I turned at the sound of the simpering voice and was surprised to see a short, middle-aged, and rather rotund man waddling over to greet me. He was wearing a crisp business suit that strained at his middle, but he certainly had a big smile on his face.
He reminded me of a man who had once sold me a car down in Texas.
“Well, hi there.” He said, extending a large, meaty hand. “Welcome to Blacksteele.”
That was the name of the damn place! Blacksteele Gym.
I guess it made sense as a name, but I still preferred “Pumped Up and Overkill”.
I eyed the hand that the man had extended to me. I didn’t want to be rude, but I hated touching people. Hated being touched, in general.
“Ha ha. Okay.” He said good-naturedly, curling his fingers and lowering his hand. “So you wanna join a gym, huh? But maybe you’re not sure. Maybe you’re not really ready to commit. If you wanna take a tour, I’d be happy to show you around. We have two indoor pools, hot tub and sauna...”
“No.” I said firmly. With my arms crossed, I gazed up at the man thoughtfully. He couldn’t possibly be a trainer. Just an office vulture. He did a piss-poor job of selling the product, though, with a physique like his. But I supposed, with two pools and a sauna, the product sold itself.
“We also have classes; Pilates, aerobics, even a hot yoga class.”
I didn’t care for the way the big man was leering at me now. Like I had worn tight jeans and a cute spaghetti strap top today just for him or something.
I tossed my strawberry blonde hair off my shoulders, forcing his attention back up to my face with the movement. “I’m not here for classes or the hot tub, okay, Mr.-?”
“You can just call me John, honeybug. Now why don’t we just step into my office so you can tell me exactly what it is you want?”
My eyes narrowed. Was that an innocent suggestion, or was he seriously coming on to me?
Disgusting. I could clearly see a wedding ring on his meaty finger.
“No. I’ll tell you what I want right here.” I fairly growled. “I want a personal trainer; for self-defense lessons. Do you guys do that here? ‘Cause they don’t seem to do that anywhere in all of the good city of Atlanta.”
“Oh...well, yes, actually, we do provide that service here. We have an award winning mixed martial arts program and the personal trainers handle that, but that’s-that’s not for you, sweetheart, surely. Come on now, why don’t I show you the new cardio equipment that just came in?”
“You have got to be kidding me!” Mason snarled.
Colin Gail sniveled and shrugged, as he was good at doing. “Don’t shoot the messenger!” He squeaked, waving his thin hands around in front of himself. “Just understand that your mother won’t sign over her share of the company to you, not until you’ve met her terms.”
Mason’s fingers curled around the edge of the desk and his lips pulled back over straight, white teeth. “Her terms are insane!”
He roared at Colin, who flinched.
“Sh-she’s just worried about you, Mason. We all are. You turn 40 next April, after all.”
“Don’t remind me.”
“And you haven’t had a serious girlfriend in all this time. Aunt Claudia put it politely, of course, but she basically called you a soulless womanizer and a testosterone filled man-child. Well, those were her words.” Colin had the audacity to smirk at Mason as he adjusted his glasses.
The two cousins couldn’t be any more different.
Colin was slight and fair, and his outfits consisted of khakis, sweater-vests, and penny loafers.
Mason Blacksteele was tall and dark. He was tan from hours of jogging outside, with jet black hair that he had secured back in a braid today, and eyes that were as hard and tenebrous as his name suggested.
He tended to favor jeans and body hugging T-shirts to show off what the company was promoting; reaching the peak of whole-body fitness and health.
Mason sighed in frustration now, running a hand back over his glossy black hair. “I don’t see what my love life has to do with anything. I’ve always put the business first, so sue me. I thought that’s what CEOs were supposed to do.”
Colin rolled his eyes at this. “You fail to see the big picture here, dear cousin. A wife represents an heir, a legacy-”
“Now I have to get married and have children?!” Mason felt himself shock pale beneath his tan.
“Not right away, of course.” Colin chuckled. “But you need to seriously start thinking of moving in that direction. You’ll see; having a woman in your life will be good for you, it has a...stabilizing effect. And fatherhood’s not so bad. Since I had Marcel and Lucy-”
“You hate your kids!” Mason protested. “You call them little termites at least once a day. Now, get the hell out of my office. And you can tell Mother that her terms are ridiculous and she needs to reconsider signing over my rightful share of the company that I bloody built!”
Colin knew better than to try to reason with Mason’s temper right then, and scuttled away.
It was because of this conversation that Mason was striding along through his gym later that day, in a truly foul temper, when he came around the corner to see a woman taking his biggest booster to the lobby floor.

The mafia princess return
The Biker's Fate
I squeezed my eyes shut.
"Dani," he pressed. "Do you get me?"
"No, Austin, I don't," I admitted as I pulled my robe closed again and sat up. "You confuse me."
He dragged his hands down his face. "Tell me what's on your mind."
I sighed. "You're everything my parents warned me against. You're secretive, but you're also honest. I feel wholly protected by you, but then you scare me more than anyone I've ever known. You're a bad boy, but when I dated a so-called good one, he turned out to be the devil, so, yeah, I don't get you because you're not what I expected. You drive me crazier than anyone I've ever met, but then you make me feel complete. I'm feeling things I don't quite know how to process and that makes me want to run. I don't want to give up something that might be really, really good, but I also don't want to be stupid and fall for a boy just because he's super pretty and makes me come."
Danielle Harris is the daughter of an overprotective police chief and has led a sheltered life. As a kindergarten teacher, she's as far removed from the world of Harleys and bikers as you could get, but when she's rescued by the sexy and dangerous Austin Carver, her life is changed forever.

Will Booker be able to find the source of the threat before it's too late?
Will Dani finally give her heart to a man who's everything she's been warned about?
I Slapped My Fiancé—Then Married His Billionaire Nemesis
Technically, Rhys Granger was my fiancé now—billionaire, devastatingly hot, and a walking Wall Street wet dream. My parents shoved me into the engagement after Catherine disappeared, and honestly? I didn’t mind. I’d crushed on Rhys for years. This was my chance, right? My turn to be the chosen one?
Wrong.
One night, he slapped me. Over a mug. A stupid, chipped, ugly mug my sister gave him years ago. That’s when it hit me—he didn’t love me. He didn’t even see me. I was just a warm-bodied placeholder for the woman he actually wanted. And apparently, I wasn’t even worth as much as a glorified coffee cup.
So I slapped him right back, dumped his ass, and prepared for disaster—my parents losing their minds, Rhys throwing a billionaire tantrum, his terrifying family plotting my untimely demise.
Obviously, I needed alcohol. A lot of alcohol.
Enter him.
Tall, dangerous, unfairly hot. The kind of man who makes you want to sin just by existing. I’d met him only once before, and that night, he just happened to be at the same bar as my drunk, self-pitying self. So I did the only logical thing: I dragged him into a hotel room and ripped off his clothes.
It was reckless. It was stupid. It was completely ill-advised.
But it was also: Best. Sex. Of. My. Life.
And, as it turned out, the best decision I’d ever made.
Because my one-night stand isn’t just some random guy. He’s richer than Rhys, more powerful than my entire family, and definitely more dangerous than I should be playing with.
And now, he’s not letting me go.
The War God Alpha's Arranged Bride
Yet Alexander made his decision clear to the world: “Evelyn is the only woman I will ever marry.”
Falling for my boyfriend's Navy brother
"What is wrong with me?
Why does being near him make my skin feel too tight, like I’m wearing a sweater two sizes too small?
It’s just newness, I tell myself firmly.
He’s my boyfirend’s brother.
This is Tyler’s family.
I’m not going to let one cold stare undo that.
**
As a ballet dancer, My life looks perfect—scholarship, starring role, sweet boyfriend Tyler. Until Tyler shows his true colors and his older brother, Asher, comes home.
Asher is a Navy veteran with battle scars and zero patience. He calls me "princess" like it's an insult. I can't stand him.
When My ankle injury forces her to recover at the family lake house, I‘m stuck with both brothers. What starts as mutual hatred slowly turns into something forbidden.
I'm falling for my boyfriend's brother.
**
I hate girls like her.
Entitled.
Delicate.
And still—
Still.
The image of her standing in the doorway, clutching her cardigan tighter around her narrow shoulders, trying to smile through the awkwardness, won’t leave me.
Neither does the memory of Tyler. Leaving her here without a second thought.
I shouldn’t care.
I don’t care.
It’s not my problem if Tyler’s an idiot.
It’s not my business if some spoiled little princess has to walk home in the dark.
I’m not here to rescue anyone.
Especially not her.
Especially not someone like her.
She’s not my problem.
And I’ll make damn sure she never becomes one.
But when my eyes fell on her lips, I wanted her to be mine.
Invisible To Her Bully
Rise of the Banished She-Wolf
That roar stole my eighteenth birthday and shattered my world. My first shift should have been glory—blood turned blessing into shame. By dawn they'd branded me "cursed": cast out by my pack, abandoned by family, stripped of my nature. My father didn't defend me—he sent me to a forsaken island where wolfless outcasts were forged into weapons, forced to kill each other until only one could leave.
On that island I learned the darkest edges of humanity and how to bury terror in bone. Countless times I wanted to surrender—dive into the waves and never surface—but the accusing faces that haunted my dreams pushed me back toward something colder than survival: revenge. I escaped, and for three years I hid among humans, collecting secrets, learning to move like a shadow, sharpening patience into precision—becoming a blade.
Then, under a full moon, I touched a bleeding stranger—and my wolf returned with a violence that made me whole. Who was he? Why could he wake what I'd thought dead?
One thing I know: now is the time.
I have waited three years for this. I will make everyone who destroyed me pay—and take back everything that was stolen from me.
My Possessive Alpha Twins For Mate
My drunk stepfather remained indifferent, his weight suffocating, making it hard to breathe as my heart raced.
Suddenly, the door slammed open, and two figures burst in.
"Get off her!" a deafening roar echoed.
I didn't expect the twin brothers who'd bullied me at school to come charging in like gods to save me.
After my grandmother passed, I had to move in with my mom and stepdad, who treated me like a servant. I prayed every day for my 18th birthday to come, so l could leave and escape this broken home.
However, on my first day at my new school, l encountered the legendary twins everyone feared.
To make matters worse, the Moon Goddess revealed they were both my mates!
After helping me out with my stepdad, my twin mate cornered me, played with my hair, and whispered possessively, "You belong to us, our little mate..."
The Pack: Rule Number 1 - No Mates
"Let me go," I whimper, my body trembling with need. "I don't want you touching me."
I fall forward onto the bed then turn around to stare at him. The dark tattoos of Domonic's chiseled shoulders, quiver and and expand with the heave of his chest. His deep dimpled smile is full of arrogance as he reaches behind himself to lock the door.
Biting his lip, he stalks toward me, his hand going to the seam of his pants and the thickening bulge there.
"Are you sure you don't want me to touch you?" He whispers, untying the knot and slipping a hand inside. "Because I swear to God, that is all I have been wanting to do. Every single day from the moment you stepped in our bar and I smelled your perfect flavor from across the room."
New to the world of shifters, Draven is human on the run. A beautiful girl who no one could protect. Domonic is the cold Alpha of the Red Wolf Pack. A brotherhood of twelve wolves that live by twelve rules. Rules which they vowed could NEVER be broken.
Especially - Rule Number One - No Mates
When Draven meets Domonic, he knows that she is his mate, but Draven has no idea what a mate is, only that she has fallen in love with a shifter. An Alpha that will break her heart to make her leave. Promising herself, she will never forgive him, she disappears.
But she doesn’t know about the child she’s carrying or that the moment she left, Domonic decided rules were made to be broken - and now will he ever find her again? Will she forgive him?
The Biker Alpha Who Became My Second Chance Mate
"You're like a sister to me."
Those were the actual words that broke the camel's back.
Not after what just happened. Not after the hot, breathless, soul-shaking night we spent tangled in each other's arms.
I knew from the beginning that Tristan Hayes was a line I shouldn't cross.
He wasn't just anyone, he was my brother's best friend. The man I spent years secretly wanting.
But that night... we were broken. We had just buried our parents. And the grief was too heavy, too real...so I begged him to touch me.
To make me forget. To fill the silence that death left behind.
And he did. He held me like I was something fragile.
Kissed me like I was the only thing he needed to breathe.
Then left me bleeding with six words that burned deeper than rejection ever could.
So, I ran. Away from everything that cost me pain.
Now, five years later, I'm back.
Fresh from rejecting the mate who abused me. Still carrying the scars of a pup I never got to hold.
And the man waiting for me at the airport isn't my brother.
It's Tristan.
And he's not the guy I left behind.
He's a biker.
An Alpha.
And when he looked at me, I knew there was no where else to run to.
