Introduction
“You'll wait for me every night on my bed so I can fuck you mercilessly for making me set my eyes on you after seven years. I hate you. You have no fucking idea.”
I wanted to sob. It was fucking over. I am giving the next three years of my life to this man, just so I could save my sister and clear my debts.
…….
My life has been a rollercoaster of suffering with no end. It became worse the very minute I was at my lowest, and I locked eyes with my high school bully.
I had no idea how he found me but now that we were all grown, I knew he would never leave me alone.
After seven years, he still didn't change. He was still a thorn in my flesh, and he always managed to make me wet and weak in the knees.
I ran. I ran. I ran, but he always found me.
Chapter 1
Alana's POV
I staggered backwards unconsciously in horror. Harsh air wheezed in and out of my lungs.
My hands reached for my mouth to stifle the gasp that threatened to surface out of me, and I immediately leaned onto the nearest wall for support.
I felt like I couldn't breathe, like my lungs closed in and I forgot to exhale. I let the tears trickle down my stressed face as I unconsciously dropped the cake in my hands.
My boyfriend was on top of another woman. He was pounding into her and her screams were so raw and permeating.
“Tony!” I cried out at the top of my lungs, my voice trembling as more tears cascaded down my face.
His face lifted up to meet mine and upon seeing me, his lips curled up in a sinister grin.
“Finally, I've gotten caught. Care to join us? I'll give you one last toe curling sex before you break up with me, deal?” His voice was laced with mockery. The woman he was fucking didn't even spare me a glance.
“Excuse me?” I pressed my hand to my chest, hoping that it would stop my heart from beating erratically due to what I just heard.
“How could..how could you do this to me!?”
My voice cut, I frowned in disappointment and my heart sank as I shook my head.
“If you're not ready, then get the fuck out and stop distracting me!”
“It's our second year anniversary Tony!
I hate you for this! I'll never forgive you!”
I yelled out, my nose flared in raw anger.
I should've turned away to leave. If I had, I wouldn't have had to hear the disgusting things he said right after.
“We dated for two years, and it's still not clear to you that you've been dating yourself for months now?” He stared hard at me like he hated me.
“What's that supposed to mean? What are you saying?” My voice broke and my eyes widened in shock and disgust.
He shook his head and shot me a disapproving glare.
“Look at me, I'm rich, I have everything.” He made a gesture with his hands as he ran them through his expensive chains.
“Girls are willing to fall at my feet. When I asked you out, you took me seriously? I didn't want to break up with you because I felt pity so I'm glad you caught me, Alana. I wanted to play with you, so I did.”
My heart kept sinking and a wave of nausea washed over me as he kept talking.
“You're poor and disgusting but I don't mind fucking you till I'm all you think about and you'll crawl back to me. You're always so cute when you come for me, so get rid of your clothes and join us or get out.”
I blinked.
My stomach churned and instantly, its contents shot to the roof of my mouth and I emptied everything I had eaten that day.
“What the fuck? What's wrong with this wench?” He glowered at me beneath his thick eyebrows. He even pushed the woman away and ordered her to get out of the hotel room I prepared for us.
Before I realized what was happening, he picked up the room’s intercom and called security. I was too weak, so I fell on my knees. I knew he had called security but I couldn't believe it, until they actually arrived.
“Get this bitch away from here! She's causing a scene!”
He spat out angrily and I couldn't do anything as they dragged me out and pushed me forward roughly. I landed on my chest.
Forcing myself to stand up, I dusted my clothes and walked away from the hotel in shame, even though the stares I got from people were unbearable. I was beyond embarrassed and the whole time, I couldn't stop crying bitterly.
I gave Tony my all. I gave him my virginity.I still couldn't understand how stupid and blind I had been.
I rushed to his apartment to pack up my things and get my sister so I could book a hotel for the night, but he beat me to it.
I reached his mansion to see that all my things were already out, and my sick sister was sitting on one of our worn out boxes, on the porch. Apparently she had been waiting for me.
“Alana, help! Someone claimed that they received orders from Tony to send us away. What happened? And I don't feel so good.” Her eyes were swollen, my sister had been crying. Seeing it broke me.
“I caught him cheating on me, so I guess this is it. Wait, let me hail a cab.”I said dejectedly, hoping she would not ask any further questions.
“Really? How dare he! I swear I'll–”
Her face contorted with rage but she still looked so weak, and it broke my heart.
“It's over. Let's just go.” I cut her short helplessly and tried to control my breathing so she wouldn't notice that I was also crying. It was dark out, and I had just returned from my shift where I work as a waitress.
I had prepared everything we needed for our anniversary in that room, yet, he deliberately did that so I would see it.
“Where will we go? I know you don't have so much money.” She looked at me pitifully.
“I'll figure it out, Amanda, don't worry about it.”
We hailed a cab and I used some of my cash to get us a hotel for the night. After making sure that she was comfortable, I slipped out in the dead of the night. The restaurant was a twenty four hour restaurant and I got paid daily.
If I could get one shift for the night, we would be comfortable for the next couple of days until I find some other jobs so I could get her her insulin. She's diabetic.
Upon getting there, I blinked and stopped in my tracks. I refused to believe what I was seeing.
Tony sat there, and he was having a drink with my boss.
“Oh, you're here baby. Come here.” His lips curled up in a smile so charming I would've melted if I didn't witness what he just did to me.
“What are you doing here?” My eyebrows rose up as I shot him a disapproving glare.
“Your manager has something to tell you.”
My boss mustered a strained smile that didn't reach his eyes as he stared at me. Something had happened.
“What did you do Tony!” I raised my voice so loudly that even I couldn't believe that it came out of me, but I was enraged.
“Don't raise your voice in my restaurant! You can't work here any more, so leave. That's all I have for you.”
“What?” My voice choked out in horror as I heard my boss's words.
“Get. Out.”
I w
as immediately ushered out. Tony had made him send me away. Now, what would happen to my sister and I?
It was over.

The Human Among Wolves
My stomach twisted, but he wasn’t finished.
"You're just a pathetic little human," Zayn said, his words deliberate, each one hitting like a slap. "Spreading your legs for the first guy who bothers to notice you."
Heat rushed to my face, burning with humiliation. My chest ached — not from his words alone, but from the sick realization that I had trusted him. That I had let myself believe he was different.
I was so, so stupid.

I Slapped My Fiancé—Then Married His Billionaire Nemesis
Technically, Rhys Granger was my fiancé now—billionaire, devastatingly hot, and a walking Wall Street wet dream. My parents shoved me into the engagement after Catherine disappeared, and honestly? I didn’t mind. I’d crushed on Rhys for years. This was my chance, right? My turn to be the chosen one?
Wrong.
One night, he slapped me. Over a mug. A stupid, chipped, ugly mug my sister gave him years ago. That’s when it hit me—he didn’t love me. He didn’t even see me. I was just a warm-bodied placeholder for the woman he actually wanted. And apparently, I wasn’t even worth as much as a glorified coffee cup.
So I slapped him right back, dumped his ass, and prepared for disaster—my parents losing their minds, Rhys throwing a billionaire tantrum, his terrifying family plotting my untimely demise.
Obviously, I needed alcohol. A lot of alcohol.
Enter him.
Tall, dangerous, unfairly hot. The kind of man who makes you want to sin just by existing. I’d met him only once before, and that night, he just happened to be at the same bar as my drunk, self-pitying self. So I did the only logical thing: I dragged him into a hotel room and ripped off his clothes.
It was reckless. It was stupid. It was completely ill-advised.
But it was also: Best. Sex. Of. My. Life.
And, as it turned out, the best decision I’d ever made.
Because my one-night stand isn’t just some random guy. He’s richer than Rhys, more powerful than my entire family, and definitely more dangerous than I should be playing with.
And now, he’s not letting me go.
Oops, Wrong Girl to Bully
My back hit the desk. Pain exploded through my skull.
"Girls like you don't get to dream about guys like Kai." Bella's breath was hot on my face. "You don't get to write pathetic love letters."
She shoved me again. Harder.
"Maybe if you weren't such a desperate little—"
I fell. My head cracked against the corner.
Warmth trickled down my neck. Blood.
Their laughter turned to gasps.
The door slammed.
I tried to stand. Couldn't. The room was spinning, fading to black.
