Introduction
"I'm sorry Mrs. Wright, but we can no longer continue with the treatment procedures." Those were the last words the doctor had said before unplugging the life support from my child.
I had lost my child due to my husband's unavailability and I promise to avenge his death.
Chapter 1
Mia’s P.O.V
Luke, the product of our marriage had to suffer for my husband's infidelity.
We had managed to keep Luke stable for years after he was diagnosed with a chronic heart hole. Every breath he took made me worried about how fragile he was.
"Don't worry, i'd always be there for you and Luke" i remember my husband Liam, had promised the very first time Luke was diagnosed by the doctor.
Yet every time Luke had an attack, his father never showed up. He would always claim to be busy with work or in a meeting.
The day of Luke’s big school performance, I tried to keep things positive. “Dad will be there to watch, right?” Luke asked with hope shining in his eyes.
“Of course he will,” I replied, forcing a smile. But Liam had left my countless messages, all unanswered.
Luke dressed up, his little blazer making him look like the gentleman I was raising him to be. In the car, his excitement slowly faded as he checked his phone. “Mum, Dad hasn’t called back, has he?.”
I didn’t want Luke to hate his dad. But I was tired of making excuses. “I’m sure he’s just caught up in a meeting, honey. He hasn’t forgotten.” I tried to reassure him as I dialed Liam again.
After what felt like an eternity, he finally picked up, sounding irritated. “What do you want?”
“Liam,” I started, keeping my voice steady, “it’s Luke’s performance today. He’s been looking forward to seeing you there. I hope you haven’t forgotten.”
“Oh, that. I’m sorry, it slipped my mind. Could you cover for me this time?”
“This would be the fifth time you are letting your son down, Liam,” I snapped, unable to hide my frustration anymore.
“I know, babe, but I’m meeting with some big clients today. This deal is worth millions, especially with Luke’s medical bills…”
Before I could respond, he hung up.
Same line, same excuses. Liam was fond of doing this, using Luke's ailment as an excuse for his negligence as a father. Even though I was aware of the cost of Luke's treatment and check up, it wasn't so expensive that Liam would have to work all night. We were not poor.
I clenched my fists and glanced at Luke, his innocent face turned toward me in expectancy for his dad’s arrival.
“Luke…” I began softly, not wanting to break his heart.
“Dad is not coming, right?” he asked, his tiny voice shaky.
I couldn’t lie. “I’m sorry, sweetie. But mummy’s here. And Uncle Mark, your dad’s assistant, will be there to cheer you on.”
“No!!!” he cried, tears welling up. “I don’t want Uncle Mark! I want Dad. Why doesn’t he ever come? Does he hate me because I’m sick?”
“Oh, no, Luke. Dad loves you very much,” I whispered, trying to soothe him. But my words barely reached him before his body went limp beside me, and I could barely feel his breath.
Panic surged through me as I raced over to the hospital as fast I could.
It had been two hours since Luke was rushed to the Emergency Room. I sat in the sterile, cold waiting room, drowning in silence.
My calls to Liam went unanswered. Finally, in desperation, I reached out to his assistant, Mark.
“Mark, where is my husband?” I snapped.
“Ma’am, Mr. Wright is at a business dinner,” Mark answered hesitantly.
“I don’t care. Get him on the phone now!” I yelled.
After a pause, Liam’s voice came on the line, his voice trailed with annoyance. “Why are you being so difficult? I thought I asked you to fill in at the performance.”
“Liam,” I said, barely containing my rage, “our son needs you.” I pleaded, trying to hold myself together.
There was a brief silence, which was accompanied by a woman’s voice. “Liam, maybe you should go,” she said, and my heart sank at recognition of her voice. It was Anna.
“Is that Anna?” I asked, my voice trembling with anger.
“Yes,” Liam replied flatly. “She’s helping with our foreign investors. You know she’s fluent in French.”
My hands shook as I swallowed my frustration. “Our son is dying, Liam. And you’re having dinner with Anna?”
Liam laughed bitterly causing my heart to ache more. “Stop being dramatic. I’m sure it’s nothing serious. And don’t use our son to manipulate me.”
“I’m not lying! If you won’t come, at least send the master card to cover his treatment fees. I need—”
Liam had hung up just as I was about to ask for his credit card to pay for Luke’s surgery. Minutes later, the doctor emerged from the ER, with a sad look on his face.
“I’m sorry, Mrs. Wright. We did everything we could but we lost him.”

A pack of their own
The Pack: Rule Number 1 - No Mates
"Let me go," I whimper, my body trembling with need. "I don't want you touching me."
I fall forward onto the bed then turn around to stare at him. The dark tattoos of Domonic's chiseled shoulders, quiver and and expand with the heave of his chest. His deep dimpled smile is full of arrogance as he reaches behind himself to lock the door.
Biting his lip, he stalks toward me, his hand going to the seam of his pants and the thickening bulge there.
"Are you sure you don't want me to touch you?" He whispers, untying the knot and slipping a hand inside. "Because I swear to God, that is all I have been wanting to do. Every single day from the moment you stepped in our bar and I smelled your perfect flavor from across the room."

The Human Among Wolves
My stomach twisted, but he wasn’t finished.
"You're just a pathetic little human," Zayn said, his words deliberate, each one hitting like a slap. "Spreading your legs for the first guy who bothers to notice you."
Heat rushed to my face, burning with humiliation. My chest ached — not from his words alone, but from the sick realization that I had trusted him. That I had let myself believe he was different.
I was so, so stupid.

Accardi
“I thought you said you were done chasing me?” Gen mocked.
“I am done chasing you.”
Before she could formulate a witty remark, Matteo threw her down. She landed hard on her back atop his dining room table. She tried to sit up when she noticed what he was doing. His hands were working on his belt. It came free of his pants with a violent yank. She collapsed back on her elbows, her mouth gaping open at the display. His face was a mask of sheer determination, his eyes were a dark gold swimming with heat and desire. His hands wrapped around her thighs and pulled her to the edge of the table. He glided his fingers up her thighs and hooked several around the inside of her panties. His knuckles brushed her dripping sex.
“You’re soaking wet, Genevieve. Tell me, was it me that made you this way or him?” his voice told her to be careful with her answer. His knuckles slid down through her folds and she threw her head back as she moaned. “Weakness?”
“You…” she breathed.

Rise of the Banished She-Wolf
That roar stole my eighteenth birthday and shattered my world. My first shift should have been glory—blood turned blessing into shame. By dawn they'd branded me "cursed": cast out by my pack, abandoned by family, stripped of my nature. My father didn't defend me—he sent me to a forsaken island where wolfless outcasts were forged into weapons, forced to kill each other until only one could leave.
On that island I learned the darkest edges of humanity and how to bury terror in bone. Countless times I wanted to surrender—dive into the waves and never surface—but the accusing faces that haunted my dreams pushed me back toward something colder than survival: revenge. I escaped, and for three years I hid among humans, collecting secrets, learning to move like a shadow, sharpening patience into precision—becoming a blade.
Then, under a full moon, I touched a bleeding stranger—and my wolf returned with a violence that made me whole. Who was he? Why could he wake what I'd thought dead?
One thing I know: now is the time.
I have waited three years for this. I will make everyone who destroyed me pay—and take back everything that was stolen from me.

Falling For The Biker: The Vice President's Girl
His eyes darken, flicking to my mouth.
"It's wrong. Your brother would slit my throat for just standing this close. But tell me, little bird" his breath ghosts my skin, "are you trembling because you hate me… or because you've wanted this just as much as I have?"
Wren thought she'd buried the chaos of New Orleans for good—the clubs, the blood-soaked loyalties, the men who lived and died by their kuttes. Seattle gave her everything she ever wanted: freedom, love, a future.
But one betrayal shatters it all.
Dragged home by tragedy, Wren finds herself under the watchful eye of Ezra Jax—the Raven Reapers MC's vice president and her brother's best friend. He's infuriating, dangerous, and far too tempting for a man she should never touch.
And the deeper Wren is pulled back into his world, the more she realizes nothing about her past—or about Ezra—is what she believed.
In the chaos of gang wars, mounting debts, and old betrayals, he becomes the one constant. The more she fights him, the harder she falls. And the more he pushes her away, the more lethal his pull becomes.
Because in this world, love isn't sweet.
It's brutal. Bloody.
And it's bound to break them both.
When loyalty is everything and love can cost your life, will Wren risk her heart on the one man she was never meant to love?
