Seven Years Later, My First Love Who Betrayed Me Came Crawling Back
Noah · Completed · 5.4k Words
Introduction
But after my dad passed away in a car accident, I found him with another woman in our bedroom.
He told everyone Caroline was his true love—that he only saw me as a sister—and claimed I was the one who was pestering him.
I was shamed by everyone. The stress gave my mother a stroke, and Caroline even had someone run me over, costing me an eye.
Seven years later, holding flowers, I ran into them outside a convenience store.
Arthur's son looked at me pityingly. "Dad, this lady lost an eye… Is she selling flowers? Should we buy some?"
Chapter 1
I stood outside the convenience store, clutching a huge bouquet of flowers in my arms, waiting for my driver to pick me up.
"Daddy, that lady looks so sad."
A little boy's voice made me look up.
A seven or eight-year-old boy was tugging at his father's sleeve, glancing at me with sympathy. "Daddy, that lady only has one eye... Is she selling flowers? Can we buy one?"
The man turned around.
Arthur.
My first love.
The same man who cost me my right eye.
He clearly recognized me too. The shock flashed across the face I once loved, and then settled into a look of condescending pity.
"Erin?" He stepped closer, his eyes fixed on my eyepatch. "Is it really you? What happened to your eye?"
I didn't answer.
Arthur's eyebrows lifted slightly, as if annoyed by my silence.
The little boy had already pulled some money from his pocket and stood on tiptoe. "Ma'am, how much are the flowers? I'll take them all."
"They're not for sale," I replied flatly.
Arthur's expression grew complicated. He put on that concerned look of his, voice gentle. "Erin, you don't have to pretend with me. After everything we've been through, if you're in trouble, you know I'll help you."
Help.
Had he forgotten?
The person who did this to me—wasn't it him?
And now he stood there, acting all sympathetic, offering to help.
What a joke.
"I'll take you home," Arthur said, already making the decision for me.
The little boy chimed in, "Ma'am, let us give you a ride, okay? Don't feel bad—my dad is the nicest person ever!"
The nicest person.
I shook my head, letting them know it wasn't necessary. I could get home on my own.
I thought I'd made it clear I didn't want anything to do with him, but Arthur didn't seem to get the message.
Disappointment flickered across his face as he shook his head. "If you hadn't made such a scene back then, if you'd just let me help, you wouldn't be in this mess now."
In this mess.
"Is that really the problem?" I lifted my head, meeting his gaze with my good eye. "Was it just because I refused your help?"
From the very beginning, it was Arthur who crushed my heart, humiliated me, hurt me—and stood by while I went through hell.
Arthur's face darkened instantly.
A blaring car horn cut through the tension.
A white sedan pulled up beside us, the window rolling down to reveal a flawless face.
Caroline Jensen.
Arthur's wife.
One of the culprits who destroyed my love—and helped turn me into what I am.
"Erin?" she called out, sounding genuinely surprised.

Iron And Glamour Just Don't Mix
Well… Sometimes you just might turn out to be right.
It turns out, the fae stole my little brother. In his place? A pixie with boundary issues and a talent for home repairs.
I’ve spent my life taking care of everyone else. So when my baby brother is taken, I don’t hesitate. I walk straight into a faerie mansion and make a bargain with its infuriatingly charming master.
Kie is everything you’d expect from a dangerous fae, beautiful, political, and entirely too amused by me. Power wrapped in a smirk. Sensual, mischievous, and far too aware of the effect he has on people. He agrees to help me find my brother.
For a price.
Now I’m bound by a faerie bargain and navigating a world of glamour, manipulation, and ancient rules I definitely should have learned sooner, enchanted forests, political games, magical contracts, and a fae lord who treats seduction like a perfectly reasonable negotiation tactic.
Iron is how I keep people out.
Glamour is how he draws them in.
And apparently, they just don’t mix.

Protecting me.
Holding me whenever I fell.
Looking at me like he was terrified of losing me.
If he hated me...

But when Alex vanishes without a word after a morning of gentle intimacy, Sarah is left with a hollow ache and a creeping doubt.
Their encounter was no accident. Behind Alex's blue eyes and skilled touch lies a darkness far deeper than she ever imagined—and the love that burned so bright may come with a price that could destroy her.
The Rejected Luna’s Rise
Luna Ariana Volkstane slid the formal rejection request across the table. "Let's end this bond. It's better for you, me, and your first love."
He just smirked. "You want me to reject you? You think you can break our bond that easily?"
So she did. Ariana cut ties with him completely, poured herself into her career, and rose to global fame as a legendary healer, her knowledge of rare herbs, wolf anatomy, and ancient magic sought after across continents.
The powerful suitors lined up. The Alpha of an overseas empire whispered, "Ariana, hurry up and perform the severing ritual. I can't wait to claim you." A powerful pack leader vowed, "I'll be there with you the day you break the bond." A legendary wolf attorney promised, "I'll handle your rejection case with the pack council myself."
Ariana just rubbed her temples. It's not that she didn't want the split, she wanted it more than anything, it's just that the Alpha she was mated to refused to let go.
Finally, she announced, "Whoever can officially get me rejected, I'll put you at the head table of my bond-breaking celebration."
Not long after, Alpha Damian was served the official rejection request right in the middle of an emergency pack council meeting. That same afternoon, he was attacked by rogues at the gates of his own territory.
When Ariana showed up at the pack infirmary with healing herbs, she repeated calmly, "Let's sever the mate bond. It's better for you, me, and everyone else."
But the cold, untouchable Alpha pulled her into his arms, his eyes blood-red with fury. "You want me to reject you? Over my dead body."
The Rejected White Luna
"No... You can't do that."
Those words shattered Aria's world in front of the entire pack.
As the daughter of the Alpha of Silver Moon Pack, Aria was born with a powerful legacy. But with a weak wolf that could never shift, she became a disappointment in the eyes of her own people. She was mocked, ignored, and treated as a weakness instead of the future Luna she was meant to be.
She believed finding her fated mate would finally change everything.
Until Kael rejected her publicly and chose another.
"Because a mate who cannot shift is no mate at all. She's a weakness. And weakness spreads."
Broken but refusing to surrender, Aria leaves the only home she has ever known. But fate has a different plan waiting for her.
When she crosses paths with another powerful pack, Aria discovers a shocking truth: she has been given a second chance mate. The only problem? She never expected him to be someone who could change her entire destiny.
With a new bond awakening hidden powers within her, Aria is no longer the weak wolf everyone looked down on.
Now she has the chance to make those who hurt her pay.
But when Kael realizes the woman he rejected has become the one person he cannot lose, he wants her back.
Will Aria choose revenge, or will she find a love greater than the betrayal that destroyed her?
