Introduction
Chapter 1
Celine's P.O.V.
"How did I get here?", this is the worst day if my existence. Michael really treated me so rudely and accused me of deserting my post, when I just did what he told me. My room suddenly feels so cold, like it is not even mine anymore (Memory flash back)
"Celine!! Are you there? Please open up, it's me", Michael knocked really hard on the door and sounded really impatient. Celine opened the door just as he was about to knock again. "Michael! Hi, sorry, I wasn't expecting anyone today, so I slept in." Celine looked at him sheepishly, feeling the need to explain her tardiness to open the door. "May I please come in?", he asked suddenly feeling like he is about to vomit.
"Sure, sorry. Are you ok? You look really pale?", As usual, Celine felt very protective of her closest friend. "I am good thanks, just didn't get any sleep last night. Listen, I know it is your first day off in a long time, but I really need you to cover the western border for me in the next hour for about 6 hours or so.", he said trying to swallow the bile rising from his stomach. He hated doing his, he told Gabriel it wasn't right of fair. Why did he have to send his
best friend and the only other angel he loved in the way he loves her away. He turned away, being unable to face Celine, knowing what he is about to do.
"Yeah sure, I don't mind helping you out. You know I like spending time with you patrolling the borders." Celine said with a frown etched deep into her forehead. "Are you sure that you are, ok? You really do not look well, and you are acting very strange," she pushed again, concern evident in her voice. "I will be fine, just really exhausted. The lack of sleep has me feeling a bit sick, but as soon as I have gotten a few hours’ sleep in, I will join you at the western borders," he answered while walking out of her house and with that he was gone. No goodbye, no see you later, no be careful, just …. gone. Celine decided not to dwell to long on it and went to her room to freshen up and get ready to go on patrols like she was told to.
1 Hour later....
"Hey guys, what's going on? Why is no-one patrolling?" Celine asked with authority, as she was the highest- ranking angel at the border post at the moment. But being the only female warrior angel with such a high rank, most of the male angels didn't really care much for her or what she had to say. " Just what we want to, there is nothing going on, no threats, so what is your problem? Aren't you supposed to be on leave or off or something?", one of the older angels asked with great disgust in his voice. "Michael asked me to come and patrol the western borders until he got back. Not that I
need to explain myself to you." Celine angerly but sternly pointed out. Just then, one of the younger rookies got up, and offered to go with her. He almost looked like he was feeling embarrassed about the way the other angel to and about her.
Celine and the young rooky started patrolling the western borders. All she could like about was what was wrong with Michael. He acted very strange and sounded really off. What had she done that could have offended him so much that he would act like that towards her? "Excuse me ma'am, why do we need to patrol the western borders, the intruders are targeting the northern borders?", the rooky asked, very hesitantly, not wanting to upset his senior even more then what she clearly is. "Michael gave me a explicate instruction that this border needs to be patrolled. It was my first off day in a very long time, but Michael knows he can trust me to do what is needed," she answered him with so much pride that the rooky could not help but smile and nod his understanding. "Wow, I actually can't believe that you get to speak to him in person. What is your name again, if you don't mind me asking?", the rooky asked, feeling more confident. "Celine, and yeah, he trained me, and we worked together for a very long, and have become really close friends. He was promoted to Arc Angel, and I was promoted to First Lieutenant, and since then I have not really taken a day off. It has been a few centuries since then. So, when he makes time for a personal check in to give a direct instruction, I always do what I am told to." Celine spoke as if she was reminiscing about a
romantic time that was long forgotten. "I wish I could meet his, or any of the Arc Angels, just once, you know, just to see if they really as big and tall and awesome as everyone makes them out to be." The rooky spoke in awe, almost tripping over his own feet (Flash back
ends)
All I did was exactly what he told me to do. Why would he place me under house arrest and charge me with insubordination? Why won't he even talk to that rooky that did the patrol with me yesterday? He didn't even show up like he promised. What did I do to him to deserve this? It feels like I was setup, but I just don't know why. The worst of it is, that he is insisting on the court martial to happen tomorrow morning, first light.

The CEO's Unspoken Love
Before I could answer, he moved closer, suddenly looming over me, his face inches from mine. I felt my breath caught, my lips parting in surprise.
"Then this is the price for speaking ill of me to others," he murmured, nipping my lower lip before claiming my mouth in a real kiss. It began as punishment but quickly transformed into something else entirely as I responded, my initial rigidity melting into compliance, then active participation.
My breathing accelerated, small sounds escaping my throat as he explored my body. His touches were both punishment and pleasure, drawing shudders from me that I thought he felt reverberating through his own body.
My nightgown had ridden up, his hands discovering more of mine with each caress. We were both lost in sensation, rational thought receding with each passing second...

"What is wrong with me?
Why does being near him make my skin feel too tight, like I’m wearing a sweater two sizes too small?
It’s just newness, I tell myself firmly.

This is Tyler’s family.
I’m not going to let one cold stare undo that.

I hate girls like her.
Entitled.
Delicate.
And still—
Still.
The image of her standing in the doorway, clutching her cardigan tighter around her narrow shoulders, trying to smile through the awkwardness, won’t leave me.
Neither does the memory of Tyler. Leaving her here without a second thought.
I shouldn’t care.
I don’t care.
It’s not my problem if Tyler’s an idiot.
It’s not my business if some spoiled little princess has to walk home in the dark.
I’m not here to rescue anyone.
Especially not her.
Especially not someone like her.
She’s not my problem.
And I’ll make damn sure she never becomes one.
But when my eyes fell on her lips, I wanted her to be mine.
HER ALPHA, HER SAVIOUR
Kane Hellboud, charm and wealth personified, wanted only me in exchange for her treatment. No cameras, isolation, or noose-like rules were part of the deal. Behind his smile? Cold, violent possessiveness that destroyed our fake marriage.
Most of all, I didn’t know the supernatural walked among us, hiding in the cracks of ordinary life. Not until Abel Stone stepped into mine—dark-eyed, sharp-tongued, and oozing dangerous promises. He’s my new boss. He shouldn’t make my skin tingle or my pulse race. I shouldn’t feel this primal pull, this illogical recognition that tugs at something deep in my bones.
Around him, lights burst, electronics fry, and something ancient in me awakens.
Kane feels it. His grip tightens, punishments turn brutal, and he hides the truth of what I am.
Trapped between two powerful men, I’m no prey, no pawn—no helpless victim.
Prisons burn. Monsters bleed. As for me? I'm the storm in skin—deadly beyond suspicion.
Rise of the Banished She-Wolf
That roar stole my eighteenth birthday and shattered my world. My first shift should have been glory—blood turned blessing into shame. By dawn they'd branded me "cursed": cast out by my pack, abandoned by family, stripped of my nature. My father didn't defend me—he sent me to a forsaken island where wolfless outcasts were forged into weapons, forced to kill each other until only one could leave.
On that island I learned the darkest edges of humanity and how to bury terror in bone. Countless times I wanted to surrender—dive into the waves and never surface—but the accusing faces that haunted my dreams pushed me back toward something colder than survival: revenge. I escaped, and for three years I hid among humans, collecting secrets, learning to move like a shadow, sharpening patience into precision—becoming a blade.
Then, under a full moon, I touched a bleeding stranger—and my wolf returned with a violence that made me whole. Who was he? Why could he wake what I'd thought dead?
One thing I know: now is the time.
I have waited three years for this. I will make everyone who destroyed me pay—and take back everything that was stolen from me.

The Contract Wife: Marriage Of Malice
He didn't finish. He didn't need to.
I didn't tell him to stop.
Instead, my fingers curled into his shirt, clutching the fabric as though it was my only anchor. Something in him snapped—something he had been holding back for too long. His mouth found mine in a kiss that wasn't tender, but hungry, desperate.
I gasped into him, his hand sliding up to cup my jaw, holding me as if afraid I might vanish.
"You drive me insane," he breathed against my mouth, his lips trailing to my throat. "I can't lose you, Ella. Not you."
My head fell back, a soft sound escaping me as his fingers memorized my waist. My anger melted beneath his desperation.
"James..." I whispered, more plea than protest.
His hand caught mine, fingers threading together tightly. "I'll bring him back. I swear it. Just... don't turn away from me. Please."
The word please—low, ragged, almost broken—undid me more than anything else could have.
