Introduction
For Adriana, life as a powerless omega without a wolf was an unrelenting trial, as she was subjected to cruelty by her stepfamily and the pack members.
Following rejection, Adriana sought solace in a bar, only to wake up the next morning in the embrace of a stranger. Fleeing from the bar, she returned home only to be coerced by her stepmother to become a substitute bride in place of her step-sister, Stella.
Left with no option, Adriana reluctantly agreed to wed the lycan king, unaware that fate has entwined her with the stranger from the bar.
As Adriana became the wife of the lycan king, she embarked on a quest to capture the heart of the Lycan king. However, her efforts became fruitless when the lycan king's long-lost fiancée came back.
“ What would be the fate of Adriana?”
Will she be able to win back the lycan king even though his long-lost love was back?

CHAPTER 1
ADRIANA'S POV
“Lucian!” I called when I saw him kissing a lady. I bit back the cry that was about to escape my lips as I watched my mate kiss another lady right in front of my eyes.
Why am I the only wolf in this pack who is Ill-fated?
Why don't I deserve happiness?
I looked up only to see a devilish smirk dancing at the corners of his lips. I am sure he knew what he was doing.
“ Oh, my mate is here” Lucian said in a mocking tone and all his friends present burst into laughter, while I stood rimmed to the ground.
I was too heartbroken to say a word. I thought my sufferings would be over if I found my mate, but I was certainly mistaken because my suffering was doubled when I saw who my mate was.
My mate turned out to be the alpha of our pack, Dark Howls pack. I never wish for an alpha as a mate, I always pray for an ordinary male-wolf, who would love me to the moon and back, cherish me and give me that love that I was denied of since the death of my mother.
The lady who Lucian was kissing turned to face me, and my heart flew into my mouth instantly.
Isn't she my step-sister, Stella?
Why would she be kissing my mate?
I wasn't aware of when I fell on my butt, looking so pale as tears rolled down my eyes.
Kissing a stranger wouldn't have hurt much, but kissing my step-sister hurts much that I literally felt my heart shattering into a thousand pieces.
I know me and Stella weren't always on good terms because she maltreats me alongside her mother, even though she was my younger sister, but it hurt to see her kissing my mate.
Stella smirked at me and I couldn't believe it. So she did it deliberately?
She was aware that Lucian is my mate, yet she seduced him? How cruel can she be?
Being maltreated by her and her mother wasn't enough, now she had seduced my mate and made him hers without my consent.
Lucian is the alpha of our pack and the most handsome man in the Dark Howls pack, he had curly black hair with brown eyes that could have drawn any soul in them.
I knew he was going to reject me eventually the minutes I found out that he was my mate. No alpha of any pack would want to make an ordinary omega without a wolf as his Luna and wife. He wants an alpha blood female who would rule the pack with him and make the pack the strongest among others, not a weak omega without a wolf like me.
“ Bastard!” I muffled under my breath as he smooched Stella's lips right in front of me.
" Do you think I would accept an omega like you as my mate?” Lucian said after he broke the kiss with Stella, who was rubbing his chiseled chest.
“ But I am your mate, Lucian” I stated, reminding him that I am his mate and he was supposed to be kissing me, not my step-sister.
" You're my mate, and so fucking what? Don't tell me you came running here because you thought I was going to welcome you with wide arms?” He laughed in a mocking tone. All his friends and pack members also joined him in the laughter, making me look like a fool and a weakling in front of them.
“ So aren't you welcoming me with open arms? Are you going to choose my step-sister over your mate?” I gathered the courage to speak, and Lucian chuckled coldly before moving forward to where I stood.
With every step he took, my heart beat became faster as he drew closer to me. He stopped just an inch away from me as he looked at me with those cold eyes of his, making me shiver.
The aura emitting from him was screaming danger, but I wasn't backing out so easily. I am not a trash that could be tossed around because I am weak.
“ Give me two reasons why I should choose you over your sister?” That was the first question that left his mouth when he drew closer to me.
I lost my tongue because my head immediately went blank because of his hot breath which was fanning my face.
“ I….” I couldn't form a word, and he smirked.
“ I can't make a weakling like you as my mate, you don't even have a wolf, do you?” He mocked, and I tightened my fists in anger.
Growing up for me was like living in a total different world as I faced criticism because I didn't have a wolf, and I was a weakling.
For the past eighteen years after the death of my mother, I have grown accustomed to their hateful and hurtful wards towards me because I had no one to fight for me except for my mum, who was now dead.
I felt tears sprawling from the corners of my eyes as my heart bled like I was stabbed by a dagger.
“ I am not a weakling, Lucian! My wolf would come out soon” I defended as my shoulder trembled in anger because of how I was mocked.
I knew I was a weakling, but must they rub it on my face?
Lucian was already furious because of how I talked back at him, so he raised his hand and landed me a deafening slap. I fell to the ground, hurting my knees in the process.
“ I, Lucian Grim wood, Alpha of Dark Howls pack, reject Adriana Brown as my mate and the Luna of my pack.” He said with a smirk dancing on his lips and at that instant, I felt a sharp pain like an arrow shoot into my heart, making me to grip my chest in pain as I began to wallow and wail in pain.
My vision became blurry as I was blinded with tears, but everyone around me burst into laughter, including Lucian as he watched me wallow in pain like nothing happened.
Why is my life filled with misfortunes? My only hope of escaping the torture of my stepmother and step-sister shattered that minute.
I could see the amusing look on his face as he watched me withered in pain like it was fun to him.

Heartbroken, I tricked him into signing divorce papers.
George remained unconcerned, convinced I would never leave him.
His deceptions continued until the day the divorce was finalized. I threw the papers in his face: "George Capulet, from this moment on, get out of my life!"
Only then did panic flood his eyes as he begged me to stay.
When his calls bombarded my phone later that night, it wasn't me who answered, but my new boyfriend Julian.
"Don't you know," Julian chuckled into the receiver, "that a proper ex-boyfriend should be as quiet as the dead?"
George seethed through gritted teeth: "Put her on the phone!"
"I'm afraid that's impossible."
Julian dropped a gentle kiss on my sleeping form nestled against him. "She's exhausted. She just fell asleep."

I fall forward onto the bed then turn around to stare at him. The dark tattoos of Domonic's chiseled shoulders, quiver and and expand with the heave of his chest. His deep dimpled smile is full of arrogance as he reaches behind himself to lock the door.
Biting his lip, he stalks toward me, his hand going to the seam of his pants and the thickening bulge there.
"Are you sure you don't want me to touch you?" He whispers, untying the knot and slipping a hand inside. "Because I swear to God, that is all I have been wanting to do. Every single day from the moment you stepped in our bar and I smelled your perfect flavor from across the room."

A Lesson in Magic
Rise of the Banished She-Wolf
That roar stole my eighteenth birthday and shattered my world. My first shift should have been glory—blood turned blessing into shame. By dawn they'd branded me "cursed": cast out by my pack, abandoned by family, stripped of my nature. My father didn't defend me—he sent me to a forsaken island where wolfless outcasts were forged into weapons, forced to kill each other until only one could leave.
On that island I learned the darkest edges of humanity and how to bury terror in bone. Countless times I wanted to surrender—dive into the waves and never surface—but the accusing faces that haunted my dreams pushed me back toward something colder than survival: revenge. I escaped, and for three years I hid among humans, collecting secrets, learning to move like a shadow, sharpening patience into precision—becoming a blade.
Then, under a full moon, I touched a bleeding stranger—and my wolf returned with a violence that made me whole. Who was he? Why could he wake what I'd thought dead?
One thing I know: now is the time.
I have waited three years for this. I will make everyone who destroyed me pay—and take back everything that was stolen from me.
I Slapped My Fiancé—Then Married His Billionaire Nemesis
Technically, Rhys Granger was my fiancé now—billionaire, devastatingly hot, and a walking Wall Street wet dream. My parents shoved me into the engagement after Catherine disappeared, and honestly? I didn’t mind. I’d crushed on Rhys for years. This was my chance, right? My turn to be the chosen one?
Wrong.
One night, he slapped me. Over a mug. A stupid, chipped, ugly mug my sister gave him years ago. That’s when it hit me—he didn’t love me. He didn’t even see me. I was just a warm-bodied placeholder for the woman he actually wanted. And apparently, I wasn’t even worth as much as a glorified coffee cup.
So I slapped him right back, dumped his ass, and prepared for disaster—my parents losing their minds, Rhys throwing a billionaire tantrum, his terrifying family plotting my untimely demise.
Obviously, I needed alcohol. A lot of alcohol.
Enter him.
Tall, dangerous, unfairly hot. The kind of man who makes you want to sin just by existing. I’d met him only once before, and that night, he just happened to be at the same bar as my drunk, self-pitying self. So I did the only logical thing: I dragged him into a hotel room and ripped off his clothes.
It was reckless. It was stupid. It was completely ill-advised.
But it was also: Best. Sex. Of. My. Life.
And, as it turned out, the best decision I’d ever made.
Because my one-night stand isn’t just some random guy. He’s richer than Rhys, more powerful than my entire family, and definitely more dangerous than I should be playing with.
And now, he’s not letting me go.
The Forbidden Throb
Mine changed in the time it took to open a door.
Behind it: my fiancé Nicholas with another woman.
Three months until our wedding. Three seconds to watch it all burn.
I should have run. Should have screamed. Should have done anything except stand there like a fool.
Instead, I heard the devil himself whisper in my ear:
"If you're willing, I could marry you."
Daniel. The brother I was warned about. The one who made Nicholas look like a choir boy.
He leaned against the wall, watching my world implode.
My pulse thundered. "What?"
"You heard me." His eyes burned into mine. "Marry me, Emma."
But as I stared into those magnetic eyes, I realized something terrifying:
I wanted to say yes to him.
Game on.
The Biker Alpha Who Became My Second Chance Mate
"You're like a sister to me."
Those were the actual words that broke the camel's back.
Not after what just happened. Not after the hot, breathless, soul-shaking night we spent tangled in each other's arms.
I knew from the beginning that Tristan Hayes was a line I shouldn't cross.
He wasn't just anyone, he was my brother's best friend. The man I spent years secretly wanting.
But that night... we were broken. We had just buried our parents. And the grief was too heavy, too real...so I begged him to touch me.
To make me forget. To fill the silence that death left behind.
And he did. He held me like I was something fragile.
Kissed me like I was the only thing he needed to breathe.
Then left me bleeding with six words that burned deeper than rejection ever could.
So, I ran. Away from everything that cost me pain.
Now, five years later, I'm back.
Fresh from rejecting the mate who abused me. Still carrying the scars of a pup I never got to hold.
And the man waiting for me at the airport isn't my brother.
It's Tristan.
And he's not the guy I left behind.
He's a biker.
An Alpha.
And when he looked at me, I knew there was no where else to run to.
