First chapter.......The death of Rinna's mother.
"Are you Rinna Credence", the Doctor who looked to be in her early fifties asked. "Yes am l ", Rinna replied. After learning that her mother had been submitted to the hospital she then decided to come and see her. "Okay before following me, call me Dr Oswald", the doctor retorted with a smile....
"Okay Dr Oswald how is the health of my mother right now?", Rinna asked clutching her Diddy bag tightly. "You really need to prove that your self", Dr Oswald's voice instantly made Rinna to swallow a lump in her throat. The voice that the doctor had used only proved that perhaps her mother's situation wasn't that good.
"Oh crumbs! ", The doctor instantly exclaimed the moment she entered in the ward where Marie Credence was. "We sorry doctor but we have failed to save her life", One of the nurses apologized before Dr Oswald could ask them anything.
"No she can't be dead", Hearing that Rinna I'm mediately broke out loudly running to the bed where her dead mother was. "Mum tell me that you not dead ", she began crying loudly. "Credence.... Credence", the doctor tried to nudge on her shoulders in order to stop her from shaking the dead mother but Rinna ignoring her she continued to shake her more as she cried.
"Credence listen to me", the doctor continued but inwardly Rinna was just fuming and on standing up she yelled at her. "You failed to save my mother and now you here sweet talking me", Rinna burst out loudly. "God l apologize", Dr Oswald stated in a condescending voice that proved her innocence.
"Okay, okay", Hearing that Rinna tried to calm down but it was impossible cause every time she stared at her mother's dead body she only cried more. It hurt like hell, it was like her whole world had shattered down , she was now an orphan with no parents.
For a moment she was silent with her head leaning against the wall and Truthfully she didn't know how to feel right now, she felt helpless that even when the doctor walked her out she didn't say anything.
"She really needs someone to take care of her she has no relative left", She had Dr Oswald talk to someone she didn't know. " No, she has her step brother and he is on his way coming", The person retorted and by the voice she was a lady. "Then let's wait for him", Dr Oswald answered.
"I don't think that your plans are gonna come true", After a few minutes Rinna lastly rejoined in their conversation and on raising her eyes she noticed that the other lady was a police woman. "We do have to follow up the law Credence", the police officer replied.
"But I do have my friends l can live with them", Rinna tried to protest. "Mr Spencer is here ", the police woman ignoring Rinna she talked to Dr Oswald. "Am not going to.....", Rinna instantly trailed off when she raised her eyes and for heaven's sake if the person in front of them was the one called Mr Spencer, it only meant that Rinna was soon going to die. The man looked like some one who wasn't born on Earth not by a woman, he looked to be in his early twenties and in brief he was so young to be called Mr Spencer.
Despite that he was built like a fucking god, so handsome in the nevy blue three piece suit and he had spiky hair which was neatly styled up to perfection. "Is he Mr Spencer", Dr Oswald soon enough broke out the silence. "Yes am the one", He answered in a voice that sounded husky to Rinna , the man was so devilishly handsome a very definition of a gentle man.
"He is the CEO of Doux Corps Company", the police woman murmured. "CEO!", The word resounded in Rinna's mind and of course she was now not surprised to see body guards around him, getting a job in Doux Corps Company was a bit difficult since it is well known .
"Where am l going to sign in order to have custody of my step sister ?", He asked after talking to someone on the phone.
"Custody?", At that Rinna asked chewing her lower lip due to nerves. "Yes custody he is your step brother", The police officer replied her."Mr Spencer here is the paper and pen", the police woman added giving the paper and pen to Mr Spencer Kieran. "Is she stupid there is a difference between Credence and Spencer", Rinna thought for a moment as she watched Mr Spencer sign up on the paper.
