Chapter 1
‘Still nothing,’ I complain to Carley as I close my laptop harder than is really necessary, and the table shakes in protest. I had been applying for positions for the last month since I graduated from NYU and still nothing, not so much as an interview or call. My degree was business management and organisation and I couldn’t so much as get an interview for a PA position. I had sent out dozens of applications and so far, nothing.
Carley gives me a small, kind smile from the kitchen, and I know that one of her pep talks is sure to follow. I met Carly in our first year of NYU and we have been best friends ever since. She’s tall, willowy and blonde with blue eyes, a stark contrast to my olive skin, curvy figure, dark, almost black hair and green eyes, but she is sweet, kind and, not that I’d ever tell her this, her pep talks actually do work.
‘Don’t worry honey, something will come up. You are amazing, talented and someday soon someone is going to see that. All you need is that first interview then there will be no competition,’ she states emphatically, and I smile gratefully at her, knowing that she wholeheartedly believes what she says.
‘Thanks, but getting the interview seems to be the main problem at the moment,’ I grumble.
‘No time to dwell now,’ she says clapping her hands together, maintaining her always positive attitude.
‘We need to be out of here in forty-five minutes, so we need to get moving. Go get your cute butt in the shower,’ she orders before making her way into her own room.
We managed to find a 2-bedroom apartment in Brooklyn. It wasn’t the biggest place, considering it costs us about $2500 a month in rent each, but it has an open plan living, dining and kitchen area, with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom each. It has a light, modern, minimalistic feel to it and we both fell in love with it straight away, it’s been our home for the last three years.
Heeding her advice, I make my way into my shower and let the hot water spray loosen the noughts in my neck from sitting at my laptop for too long. I stay in there as long as I can get away with, then wrapping a towel around me, I head into my room to get ready for the night ahead.
Since our first year at NYU we’ve been working at a Gentlemen’s Club as dancers to pay our way through school. I know I’m a total cliché, but the money is great, way more than what I would earn as a waitress or store clerk; believe me I tried those options first. My dad had offered to help support me through school, but he was NYPD and living alone in the city too. I know money had been tight since my mom died of cancer three years previously. He was also still paying off her medical bills, so I almost always said no when he offered me money. Carley was already working at the club and got me an audition. I had dance classes as a kid right through my teenage years, so I had a natural good balance and rhythm, and I was offered the job on the spot, although I think my sizeable breasts and J-Lo bootie probably had a good bit to do with it too. I’d always kept myself in good shape, so I was pretty tight and toned from the dance and spin classes I took regularly.
I moisturise every inch of me, checking for any blemishes that I need to cover up. You’d be surprised the difference it makes to your tips if you have any scratches or bruises visible. Thankfully, due to my olive skin, I carry a tan pretty much year-round, so I don’t need to deal with fake tan every day. I decide to leave my wet hair down, so that by the time I get to work I should have a natural beach wave effect, which the customers seem to love. I grab my go-bag and throw on jeans, a shirt and my flats, and head out of my room just as Carley is filling our travel mugs with coffee.
‘You all set?’ she enquires, lifting her head as I come into the kitchen.
‘Living the dream,’ I reply sarcastically with an eye roll, and she sniggers.
‘It’s not forever honey; just remember that,’ she reassures me.
That’s ok for her to say; she’s already got herself a job. Carley graduated same day as me, and two weeks later got a job in a high school in Brooklyn as their new English Teacher, and she absolutely loves it. She’s only picking up a few extra shifts at the club to get some money behind her, while she waits for her first pay check to come through.
‘Let’s do this,’ I say with as much enthusiasm as I can muster. Then we are out the door, coffee in hand.

The Alpha Who Hated Me
"Why isn't it working?" he demands.
"Because it's real," I whisper. "Whether you want it or not."
"Then I'll make it clear another way," he says.
He turns to address the entire cafeteria. His voice carries to every corner of the room.
"Let me be perfectly clear," he announces. "She's not my mate. She's not my anything. She's just a sad little girl who needs to learn her place."
The silence that follows is deafening. Hundreds of students stare at me with pity. With disgust. With relief that they're not in my position.
I sit there shaking. My wolf curls up in a corner of my mind and whimpers.
But he's not our mate anymore. He made that clear.
He's nothing to me.
She came to survive. He was born to rule. Fate made them mates. And that’s where the nightmare began.
Evangeline has spent her whole life on the edge, unwanted, unclaimed, and surviving in the shadows of Crescent Moon Pack. A omega by blood and an outcast by choice, she’s learned to keep her head down and her scars hidden. But when her dying uncle asks her to enroll at Blackclaw Academy, a school built on bloodlines, brutality, and unforgiving rules..... she agrees. For him, not for herself.
She expected whispers. Glares. Even cruelty.
What she didn’t expect was Ronan Nightbane.
The Contract Wife: Marriage Of Malice
He didn't finish. He didn't need to.
I didn't tell him to stop.
Instead, my fingers curled into his shirt, clutching the fabric as though it was my only anchor. Something in him snapped—something he had been holding back for too long. His mouth found mine in a kiss that wasn't tender, but hungry, desperate.
I gasped into him, his hand sliding up to cup my jaw, holding me as if afraid I might vanish.
"You drive me insane," he breathed against my mouth, his lips trailing to my throat. "I can't lose you, Ella. Not you."
My head fell back, a soft sound escaping me as his fingers memorized my waist. My anger melted beneath his desperation.
"James..." I whispered, more plea than protest.
His hand caught mine, fingers threading together tightly. "I'll bring him back. I swear it. Just... don't turn away from me. Please."
The word please—low, ragged, almost broken—undid me more than anything else could have.
Ella never imagined she would marry the man she had secretly loved for years in such a way.
When her brother Theo faced twenty-five years in prison for massive embezzlement, the ruthless business tycoon James Lancaster offered her a deal: marry him in exchange for her brother's freedom.
This wasn't a fairy tale proposal, but a carefully orchestrated revenge. Because in James's heart, Ella was the culprit who had killed his sister Cecilia. He wanted her to pay the price—to atone with a lifetime of suffering.
I Found the Babies
"When..." He growled in my ear, "When we will be getting married, I will be your only king, do you get my point? Only one queen, no misters or mistresses. Just me, just you, and yeah, our babies."
I shivered.
Alyssa Reynolds found herself in a situation, while returning home from work, and she had three choices:
Simply walk away and forget that you ever heard the sound of wailing infants.
Call the police and inform them about the innocent wails.
Follow the sounds of the wails and take the matter in your hands, deciding what to do later.
Being a kindhearted soul and a sucker for babies, she found herself choosing the third option, finding the two little lives.
Two little lives that changed her whole life, her love life included. Her life now revolved around the babies as diapers, vomit and shit seemed to surround her.
Just when she thought that now it's just her and the babies, her whole world flipped over and she found herself living under the same roof as the egotistical, obnoxious and hot-as-hell Terence Powers, the business tycoon who was not going to let the woman fend off for herself and the babies alone.
The Last Sempyr: Alpha's Fated Mate
“Watch me,” I snap.
His icy gaze flicks to my lips.
I know I’m trapped.
I’m a stray fighting to keep orphans alive—until I’m caught and chained to the North’s most feared Alpha.
Xuaru Ruel is war-forged, ice-cold, bound to a king who owns him.
He was born to kill my kind. Instead, he keeps me close.
Calls it discipline. Lies.
The fated mate bond ignited, and his wolf won’t let me go.
He fights the pull, yet always comes back.
If he learns my secret…
He’ll choose: hand me to his king…
Or burn the world to claim me as his.

The Unwritten Princess
My name is Mia, and everything I touch is dying.
The flowers beneath my mother's window turned black overnight. The herbs I gathered at dawn rotted in my hands. When the court wizard finally told me the truth—that someone cursed me, that my presence would kill everyone I love—I realized the prophecy everyone believed was never meant to save the kingdom. It was meant to destroy me.
So I ran. Not to fulfill some destiny, but to survive it.
Now I'm traveling with a hunter who lost his companions to the same curse I carry, chasing fragments of a prophecy the Fae sing differently. An elf took a baby from the palace the night I was born. And somewhere between the lies I've been told and the truth I'm hunting, I'm starting to suspect: What if I'm not the princess from the prophecy at all?
How Not To Fall For A Dragon
Which is why it was more than a little confusing when a letter arrived with my name already printed on a schedule, a dorm waiting, and classes picked out as if someone knew me better than I knew myself. Everyone knows the Academy, it’s where witches sharpen their spells, shifters master their forms, and every kind of magical creature learns to control their gifts.
Everyone except me.
I don’t even know what I am. No shifting, no magic tricks, nothing. Just a girl surrounded by people who can fly, conjure fire, or heal with a touch. So I sit through classes pretending I belong, and I listen hard for any clue that might tell me what’s hidden in my blood.
The only person more curious than me is Blake Nyvas, tall, golden-eyed, and very much a Dragon. People whisper that he’s dangerous, warn me to keep my distance. But Blake seems determined to solve the mystery of me, and somehow I trust him more than anyone else.
Maybe it’s reckless. Maybe it’s dangerous.
But when everyone else looks at me like I don’t belong, Blake looks at me like I’m a riddle worth solving.

In despair, Sable left, reclaimed her true identity, and married her childhood neighbor—Lycan King Caelan, nine years her senior and her fated mate. Now Darrell desperately tries to win her back. How will her revenge unfold?

The Cursed Alpha King’s Wolfless Bride
COLD (Ruthless Player)
“Please… Nick, wait.” He pulled out, thrusted back in. “How much? Twenty thousand? Fifty? Hundred?” With every question, he thrust harder and harder. My neurons are frying with the confusing feeling in my brain. Torn between pleasure, fear, and panic. I couldn't utter a single sentence to save my life.
His cold eyes pinned me in place while he plundered my body with deep thrusts, which only added to my confusion. My dumb body mistook the mixed signals, my pussy becoming even wetter than before.
“I hope she'd paid you well, because I'm going to fuck you all night long, hard,” he growled. “Sleep, then do it all over again. I want to feel you come for me, Andrea, want to feel you squeeze my cock, milking me.
Begging for me to give you the high only I can, I'm going to fucked you until I fuck all my wife's money's worth, I want you to remember how hard I took you while you're meeting her.” I sobbed, moaned, and tried to scramble out under him.
“No, please…Nick, let….let me explain.” Nick abruptly pulled out. His eyes were cold but hooded.
