Chapter 1
Author’s POV — 1300 years ago
The night was bone-chilling, so cold that one could feel it crawled down the spine. The sky thundered in fury, lightning flashed wildly across the heavens, and it looked like rain would be falling anytime.
The creaky wooden door of a hut groaned open, and a man entered, wrapping in thick layers of cloth to shield himself from the biting cold. The inside was so dark but only a single lantern lit the wall, its small flame casting flickers of light in the room. He was intimidated by fears and anxiety he could perceive as he made his way through the place blindly, feeling with every step that he was not alone.
"You are here." A voice broke the silence and immediately the man spun around to where the voice came from. Emerged from a a shadowed corner was another figure, oozing with danger aura. His voice was deep and deadly that it was enough to scare anyone, and his presence sent a chill deeper than the cold outside.
" Yes,” the man said shaky. “I hope... you haven't forgotten about your promise. You... you ... said you would heal me." The man added fearfully, feeling uncomfortable and insecurity with the man’s presence and his surroundings.
" Of course. How can I forget such?" The dark man asked and started moving towards him, but the man intimated by his sudden instinct of the man being dangerous found himself recoiling. Taking steps back as the man took his forward.
" Why are you backing away?” He demanded. “ I am here to heal you, not to hurt you." he told him, but still the man couldn't find himself convinced by his words.
he couldn't stop moving back until he stumbled over something, and with a swift jack of his head he looked at his feet, trying to figure out what he stumbled upon. At first he couldn’t tell what the thing was, but when he looked carefully. His eyes widened when he saw a ripped off arm. Immediately, he was alarmed, and jerked away from it. His heart thundered in his chest, responding to the thunder outside.
" I told you not to move, but you didn't listen to me."
“ what's that?" He demanded, his lip trembling.
" what does it look like?” The dark man asked. “It is an arm. A human one." The man said, cunningly.
" what?" Suddenly panic strangled his breath, and immediately he moved away from where he was. “ what’s that doing here?”
“ That’s not why you are, is it?” The dangerous man asked, and immediately the man shook his head. " Just like I promise, I will treat you, and you will become healthy, no healthy is too below for such. you will feel extraordinarily," he continued and moved closer to him. The man found himself trembling beneath his feet.
" But with what?" he asked, curiosity and anxiety laced in his voice. He glanced swiftly around the room, as if looking for something. " I can't see any medicine here?"
" Trust me boy, I don't need any of those." he said with a grin. Then in the next second his eyes turned blood-red and fangs protruded from his mouth.
Upon sighting this, the man screamed, but the thunder outside swallowed the sound. He wanted to turn on his heel when the man gripped him by the shoulder, then in a swift movement he brought his mouth to his neck. He dug his fangs into his neck and scream
s filled the place.

Biting his lip, he stalks toward me, his hand going to the seam of his pants and the thickening bulge there.
"Are you sure you don't want me to touch you?" He whispers, untying the knot and slipping a hand inside. "Because I swear to God, that is all I have been wanting to do. Every single day from the moment you stepped in our bar and I smelled your perfect flavor from across the room."

A Lesson in Magic
Claimed by the Alpha's Love
Four years ago, Fiona's meticulously planned conspiracy turned me from an ordinary omega into a prisoner carrying the weight of a murder charge.
Four years later, I return to a world that has changed beyond recognition.
My best friend Fiona, who is also my stepsister, has become the perfect daughter in my mother's eyes. And my ex-boyfriend, Ethan, is about to hold a high-profile mating ceremony with her.
The love, family bonds, and reputation that I once cherished have all been taken by Fiona.
Just when I had reached my breaking point, questioning the very purpose of my existence, the legendary Alpha Lucas of Moonhaven suddenly appeared in my life.
He is powerful and enigmatic, a figure that all werewolves hold in awe.
Yet, he shows an extraordinary persistence and tenderness towards me.
Is Lucas's appearance a gift from fate, or the start of another conspiracy?
King of the Underworld
However, one fateful day, the King of the Underworld appeared before me and rescued me from the clutches of the most powerful Mafia boss's son. With his deep blue eyes fixed on mine, he spoke softly: "Sephie... short for Persephone... Queen of the Underworld. At last, I have found you." Confused by his words, I stammered out a question, “P..pardon? What does that mean?”
But he simply smiled at me and brushed my hair away from my face with gentle fingers: "You are safe now.”
Sephie, named for the Queen of the Underworld, Persephone, she's quickly finding out how she's destined to fulfill her namesake's role. Adrik is the King of the Underworld, the boss of all bosses in the city he runs.
She was a seemingly normal girl, with a normal job until it all changed one night when he walked through the front door and her life changed abruptly. Now, she finds herself on the wrong side of powerful men, but under the protection of the most powerful among them.
Rise of the Banished She-Wolf
That roar stole my eighteenth birthday and shattered my world. My first shift should have been glory—blood turned blessing into shame. By dawn they'd branded me "cursed": cast out by my pack, abandoned by family, stripped of my nature. My father didn't defend me—he sent me to a forsaken island where wolfless outcasts were forged into weapons, forced to kill each other until only one could leave.
On that island I learned the darkest edges of humanity and how to bury terror in bone. Countless times I wanted to surrender—dive into the waves and never surface—but the accusing faces that haunted my dreams pushed me back toward something colder than survival: revenge. I escaped, and for three years I hid among humans, collecting secrets, learning to move like a shadow, sharpening patience into precision—becoming a blade.
Then, under a full moon, I touched a bleeding stranger—and my wolf returned with a violence that made me whole. Who was he? Why could he wake what I'd thought dead?
One thing I know: now is the time.
I have waited three years for this. I will make everyone who destroyed me pay—and take back everything that was stolen from me.
I Slapped My Fiancé—Then Married His Billionaire Nemesis
Technically, Rhys Granger was my fiancé now—billionaire, devastatingly hot, and a walking Wall Street wet dream. My parents shoved me into the engagement after Catherine disappeared, and honestly? I didn’t mind. I’d crushed on Rhys for years. This was my chance, right? My turn to be the chosen one?
Wrong.
One night, he slapped me. Over a mug. A stupid, chipped, ugly mug my sister gave him years ago. That’s when it hit me—he didn’t love me. He didn’t even see me. I was just a warm-bodied placeholder for the woman he actually wanted. And apparently, I wasn’t even worth as much as a glorified coffee cup.
So I slapped him right back, dumped his ass, and prepared for disaster—my parents losing their minds, Rhys throwing a billionaire tantrum, his terrifying family plotting my untimely demise.
Obviously, I needed alcohol. A lot of alcohol.
Enter him.
Tall, dangerous, unfairly hot. The kind of man who makes you want to sin just by existing. I’d met him only once before, and that night, he just happened to be at the same bar as my drunk, self-pitying self. So I did the only logical thing: I dragged him into a hotel room and ripped off his clothes.
It was reckless. It was stupid. It was completely ill-advised.
But it was also: Best. Sex. Of. My. Life.
And, as it turned out, the best decision I’d ever made.
Because my one-night stand isn’t just some random guy. He’s richer than Rhys, more powerful than my entire family, and definitely more dangerous than I should be playing with.
And now, he’s not letting me go.
The Forbidden Throb
Mine changed in the time it took to open a door.
Behind it: my fiancé Nicholas with another woman.
Three months until our wedding. Three seconds to watch it all burn.
I should have run. Should have screamed. Should have done anything except stand there like a fool.
Instead, I heard the devil himself whisper in my ear:
"If you're willing, I could marry you."
Daniel. The brother I was warned about. The one who made Nicholas look like a choir boy.
He leaned against the wall, watching my world implode.
My pulse thundered. "What?"
"You heard me." His eyes burned into mine. "Marry me, Emma."
But as I stared into those magnetic eyes, I realized something terrifying:
I wanted to say yes to him.
Game on.
