Introduction
"That pretty face can't be stained. Come on, get ready, and get as many clients as you can. I'll make sure I'm the favorite and that you choose me."
EVE is a famous stripper in the region. Going out with lots of men and making money every day, her name is all over the place when it comes to desire.
What few people know is that EVE is Amelie's second personality, an entrepreneur. However, the arrival of a billionaire client changes everything.
Carbon Moz spares no effort when it comes to getting what he wants, and EVE is what he wants. On the other hand, Axel and Dorian - Amelie/EVE's friends and partners — also have feelings for her, forcing them into direct confrontation with Carbon.
Filled with desire and men at her feet, the stripper has to face the reality that casual nights of sex are not enough.
She wants more.
Chapter 1
"I've already said I want the red one," the tall, formal man, who must have been about forty, said. His tone of voice was loud and serious, almost impolite as if he were impatient.
"We don't have any red available at the moment," I replied politely, as my profession dictated. Patience was a virtue I usually maintained at night, not at that time of the morning, with relatively high traffic in the store. "I can leave your name down if you like," I offered, to ensure that he lowered his voice and treated me politely. It didn't work. I looked back to where Dorian was standing behind the counter, staring at me as if waiting for the right moment to go and resolve the situation. Axel, another salesman, was also staring at me, waiting for the same opportunity.
"I'm not talking about the dress," the man said, now lowering his voice as if he had now remembered his manners. "I'm talking about EVE," he said, staring at me. "I was instructed that way," he mentioned, staring at me and moving closer. Then it all made sense.
"Go to the cashier, and you'll get what you want," I said, taking the dress from his hands and smiling. "Thank you for choosing us, please take a coupon," I said, pointing to the cashier. The man then turned his gaze to Dorian, who signaled his availability. I sensed that the man was going to ask something, so I got out of his sight at the first opportunity. Work aside.
As the man approached Dorian's till, Axel came closer. "What did he want?" he asked, interested, still staring at the man. I replied that I was a customer. "A customer?" he asked, confused, seeing that the boy wasn't carrying any products.
"EVE," I said, moving away from the clothes that were there. "Customer," I repeated. Axel nodded, getting the message. At that moment, we could see Dorian handing the man the store coupons and the others. As he left, he looked at me, smiling in a way that was so different from before that I knew I would see him later.
"That's not usually the protocol, Amelie," Dorian told me as I passed the cashier. "I almost didn't do the job," he said. "You have to follow protocol," he warned me. Dorian was great. An apartment neighbor, a former college classmate, a cashier in the morning, and a bartender at night. "Don't mess with the job."
"I follow protocol. I thought I was making a normal sale until he mentioned what he really wanted. He said he was instructed that way," I told Dorian. Our business requires us to know everything at all times. There were protocols for what we did, and we always followed them. "I think someone referred him to the service. Maybe they wanted to screw him over along the way, I don't know," I said.
"Anyway. Today's list has changed completely," Dorian said. "He paid for a long time, Amelie. It was irrefutable," he said. "I think you'd better be careful because it's been a long time since a client like that came along," he informed me. Dorian was a tall man, as tall as the boy. We were only four years apart in age, he was older, but we were the same.
"It's not as if I need help, Dorian. EVE can handle herself. And how she does," I said, turning my face towards him and showing him who I was. Amelie and EVE weren't the same person, and I loved that. I had two lives—a nightlife and a day life. "Besides, you and Axel will be there," I said, watching Axel approach us.
"Are they already talking about work at this hour?" he asked, handing coupons to Dorian. "More EVE customers for today," he said.
"Cancel it, it's full. No schedules," Dorian replied. "That guy paid a lot for the whole night," he said. Axel stared at me, and I knew he would use the same arguments as Dorian. Axel was even taller than Dorian, more muscular, and a big man. He was six years older than me and had an enviable masculinity. They were both beautiful, but Axel's beauty attracted all kinds of audiences, which is why he was a salesman, and at night, as well as being a security guard twice a week, he worked with me in the evenings. Dorian had the same opportunity, but he didn't want to take it. At the time we opened the business, I was happy with the refusal because the idea of knowing that Dorian would receive and be with other women haunted me. At the time, I was wrapped up in too many personal feelings. He didn't know, he never knew. With Axel it was different, I didn't care, but only because there were privileges with him in the same corridor as me. Axel was my date, a secret to the world, except for Dorian, who knew everything. Axel could handle EVE. Only Axel could handle it.
"It's been a while since someone like this has shown up," he said, repeating Dorian's line. "I'll be on security today, will everything be all right?" he wanted to know. Again, I said yes, and that EVE could handle everything. After the incident with a client, they had become too protective.
"What about Amelie? Can she handle it?" Dorian asked. They knew how much I hated being treated like two different people, but he still dared to ask. I just stared at him, hoping he'd realize what a fuckup he'd made, but he didn't care. "Come on, Amelie. Can you do it?" he repeated. I stared at him even more, but I was already turning away. Axel had the same question mark on his face, wanting to know. I huffed at them both and went to the back of the store to stock up. I couldn't believe they trusted me so little. We'd been in the business for at least three years, and just one incident was enough to change everything. In fact, a lot had changed after the violence...
Later, with Lowe's finally closing and Dorian having to explain to six men that EVE wouldn't be there that night, we closed. The store had about a dozen employees, but everyone was let go early. I, as the owner of the store, closed it every day. We actually started Lowe's about four years ago. Dorian, Axel, and I were each other's partners, including in the OWeLL's Club. We worked discreetly. The club wasn't in New York City, where we lived, but in New Heaven, a town about two hours away. It was just right. Customers were coming from all over, meaning that OWE — as we liked to abbreviate it — was gaining momentum. EVE was giving strength to the business. Of course, she wasn't the only one who was successful, but she was definitely the heavyweight.
"Good evening, Miss EVE," Axel said, as he wooed me at the entrance to OWE. From everyone's point of view, it was all work. My relationship with Dorian and Axel was purely professional for them. "Your room is ready as usual," he said, opening the door. I answered everything politely and discreetly as I entered. Seconds later, Axel approached my ear. "Be careful," he whispered. And then I went in, and the door closed.
When I got to my room, I found Dorian in the hallway. "I know I shouldn't be here, but I felt obliged to warn you, EVE," he said as soon as he saw me. "But he asked for the red room. And he didn't ask for an hour or two. He asked for the whole room," he said, shocked. Nobody did that, nobody asked for a theme room for so long. "EVE?" he called out, but I was already in a trance, remembering...

After the Affair: Falling into a Billionaire's Arms
From first crush to wedding vows, George Capulet and I had been inseparable. But in our seventh year of marriage, he began an affair with his secretary.
On my birthday, he took her on vacation. On our anniversary, he brought her to our home and made love to her in our bed...
Heartbroken, I tricked him into signing divorce papers.
George remained unconcerned, convinced I would never leave him.
His deceptions continued until the day the divorce was finalized. I threw the papers in his face: "George Capulet, from this moment on, get out of my life!"
Only then did panic flood his eyes as he begged me to stay.
When his calls bombarded my phone later that night, it wasn't me who answered, but my new boyfriend Julian.
"Don't you know," Julian chuckled into the receiver, "that a proper ex-boyfriend should be as quiet as the dead?"
George seethed through gritted teeth: "Put her on the phone!"
"I'm afraid that's impossible."
Julian dropped a gentle kiss on my sleeping form nestled against him. "She's exhausted. She just fell asleep."

Peace lasts exactly one lullaby. This is the story of an orphan pup who became a goddess by choosing her family; of four imperfect alphas learning how to be better. Steamy, fierce, and full of heart, Goddess of the Underworld is a reverse harem, found-family paranormal romance where love writes the rules and keeps three realms from falling apart.
The Pack: Rule Number 1 - No Mates
"Let me go," I whimper, my body trembling with need. "I don't want you touching me."
I fall forward onto the bed then turn around to stare at him. The dark tattoos of Domonic's chiseled shoulders, quiver and and expand with the heave of his chest. His deep dimpled smile is full of arrogance as he reaches behind himself to lock the door.
Biting his lip, he stalks toward me, his hand going to the seam of his pants and the thickening bulge there.
"Are you sure you don't want me to touch you?" He whispers, untying the knot and slipping a hand inside. "Because I swear to God, that is all I have been wanting to do. Every single day from the moment you stepped in our bar and I smelled your perfect flavor from across the room."
New to the world of shifters, Draven is human on the run. A beautiful girl who no one could protect. Domonic is the cold Alpha of the Red Wolf Pack. A brotherhood of twelve wolves that live by twelve rules. Rules which they vowed could NEVER be broken.
Especially - Rule Number One - No Mates
When Draven meets Domonic, he knows that she is his mate, but Draven has no idea what a mate is, only that she has fallen in love with a shifter. An Alpha that will break her heart to make her leave. Promising herself, she will never forgive him, she disappears.
But she doesn’t know about the child she’s carrying or that the moment she left, Domonic decided rules were made to be broken - and now will he ever find her again? Will she forgive him?
A Lesson in Magic
Rise of the Banished She-Wolf
That roar stole my eighteenth birthday and shattered my world. My first shift should have been glory—blood turned blessing into shame. By dawn they'd branded me "cursed": cast out by my pack, abandoned by family, stripped of my nature. My father didn't defend me—he sent me to a forsaken island where wolfless outcasts were forged into weapons, forced to kill each other until only one could leave.
On that island I learned the darkest edges of humanity and how to bury terror in bone. Countless times I wanted to surrender—dive into the waves and never surface—but the accusing faces that haunted my dreams pushed me back toward something colder than survival: revenge. I escaped, and for three years I hid among humans, collecting secrets, learning to move like a shadow, sharpening patience into precision—becoming a blade.
Then, under a full moon, I touched a bleeding stranger—and my wolf returned with a violence that made me whole. Who was he? Why could he wake what I'd thought dead?
One thing I know: now is the time.
I have waited three years for this. I will make everyone who destroyed me pay—and take back everything that was stolen from me.
I Slapped My Fiancé—Then Married His Billionaire Nemesis
Technically, Rhys Granger was my fiancé now—billionaire, devastatingly hot, and a walking Wall Street wet dream. My parents shoved me into the engagement after Catherine disappeared, and honestly? I didn’t mind. I’d crushed on Rhys for years. This was my chance, right? My turn to be the chosen one?
Wrong.
One night, he slapped me. Over a mug. A stupid, chipped, ugly mug my sister gave him years ago. That’s when it hit me—he didn’t love me. He didn’t even see me. I was just a warm-bodied placeholder for the woman he actually wanted. And apparently, I wasn’t even worth as much as a glorified coffee cup.
So I slapped him right back, dumped his ass, and prepared for disaster—my parents losing their minds, Rhys throwing a billionaire tantrum, his terrifying family plotting my untimely demise.
Obviously, I needed alcohol. A lot of alcohol.
Enter him.
Tall, dangerous, unfairly hot. The kind of man who makes you want to sin just by existing. I’d met him only once before, and that night, he just happened to be at the same bar as my drunk, self-pitying self. So I did the only logical thing: I dragged him into a hotel room and ripped off his clothes.
It was reckless. It was stupid. It was completely ill-advised.
But it was also: Best. Sex. Of. My. Life.
And, as it turned out, the best decision I’d ever made.
Because my one-night stand isn’t just some random guy. He’s richer than Rhys, more powerful than my entire family, and definitely more dangerous than I should be playing with.
And now, he’s not letting me go.
The Forbidden Throb
Mine changed in the time it took to open a door.
Behind it: my fiancé Nicholas with another woman.
Three months until our wedding. Three seconds to watch it all burn.
I should have run. Should have screamed. Should have done anything except stand there like a fool.
Instead, I heard the devil himself whisper in my ear:
"If you're willing, I could marry you."
Daniel. The brother I was warned about. The one who made Nicholas look like a choir boy.
He leaned against the wall, watching my world implode.
My pulse thundered. "What?"
"You heard me." His eyes burned into mine. "Marry me, Emma."
But as I stared into those magnetic eyes, I realized something terrifying:
I wanted to say yes to him.
Game on.
Accidentally Crossing the Tycoon
Four years ago, the Bailey family faced a devastating financial crisis.
Just when bankruptcy seemed inevitable, a mysterious benefactor emerged, offering salvation with one condition: a contract marriage.
Rumors swirled about this enigmatic man—whispers claimed he was hideously ugly and too ashamed to show his face, possibly harboring dark, twisted obsessions.
Without hesitation, the Baileys sacrificed me to protect their precious biological daughter, forcing me to take her place as a pawn in this cold, calculated arrangement.
Luckily, in those four years, the mysterious husband never asked to meet in person.
Now, in the final year of our arrangement, the husband I've never met is demanding we meet face to face.
But disaster struck the night before my return—drunk and disoriented, I stumbled into the wrong hotel room and ended up sleeping with the legendary financial mogul, Caspar Thornton.
What the hell am I supposed to do now?
The Biker's Fate
I squeezed my eyes shut.
"Dani," he pressed. "Do you get me?"
"No, Austin, I don't," I admitted as I pulled my robe closed again and sat up. "You confuse me."
He dragged his hands down his face. "Tell me what's on your mind."
I sighed. "You're everything my parents warned me against. You're secretive, but you're also honest. I feel wholly protected by you, but then you scare me more than anyone I've ever known. You're a bad boy, but when I dated a so-called good one, he turned out to be the devil, so, yeah, I don't get you because you're not what I expected. You drive me crazier than anyone I've ever met, but then you make me feel complete. I'm feeling things I don't quite know how to process and that makes me want to run. I don't want to give up something that might be really, really good, but I also don't want to be stupid and fall for a boy just because he's super pretty and makes me come."
