Introduction
Her bodyguard Jack stepped forward to defend her, only to be mocked:“You’re just a lowly bodyguard—what can you possibly do to help her?”
Jack said nothing. He simply made a phone call.
The next moment, the heir of the world’s top wealthy family bowed his head before him in public:“Mr. Jack, we apologize deeply for the disrespect.”
The feared military colonel of the global dark network knelt before him, begging:“Mr. Jack, please come back.”
Everyone present was stunned.
He had never been a mere humble bodyguard.
This time, he no longer hid his strength. With absolute dominance, he humiliated the playboy, saved the dying family, and protected the woman he loved.
“Don’t be afraid. I’ve always been right behind you, protecting you.”
Chapter 1
"Shit, get the hell off me."
The woman thrust her hips up hard, throwing Jack Caldwell off just as he was about to climax. A sharp pain shot through his groin.
Jack glared at the woman angrily, but she kicked him in the stomach, making him double over.
"What the hell is wrong with you!"
It was hard to believe that an hour ago, this woman had been having wild sex with him in bed, and now she was acting crazy.
"Get out!"
The woman screamed at the top of her lungs for him to get out of the room!
After leaving the military in Afghanistan, Jack had taken a job as a personal bodyguard, and this woman was his first client.
Her name was Annie Simmons, head of a local real estate group, with golden hair and captivating emerald green eyes.
After kicking Jack out of the room, Annie furiously smashed everything in sight.
She cursed hysterically.
This had been her first time.
Last night, it had all happened because her damn assistant had spiked her drink.
She knew what this meant.
The family business was on the verge of bankruptcy and desperately needed a large sum of money to get through this crisis. For that, she had swallowed her pride and agreed to Thierry Henry's pursuit from Henry Group.
In a week, she would be officially engaged to Thierry.
But now she had spent a night with some nobody, her own bodyguard.
She rushed into the bathroom to wash off all the sweat, then broke down crying alone in the bathtub.
After pulling herself together, Annie picked up her phone to give that bitch of an assistant a piece of her mind, only to find the number wouldn't connect.
"With the family business in crisis, Thierry is the only one who can save me. He absolutely cannot find out about this."
Thierry was supposed to return this afternoon to discuss their wedding plans with her.
After what happened, she was already scared and didn't dare to go anymore.
Meanwhile, after being kicked out of the room, Jack immediately received a termination notice from the butler.
Furious, he shouted at the sky several times: "Fuck!"
Looking at the road ahead, he didn't know which way to go for a moment.
Because Annie had reached out to help him when he was at his lowest point years ago, he had stayed by her side protecting her all these years since leaving the military.
"I was homeless, and I owe these years to Ms. Simmons' care. I can't just leave like this."
Thinking of that hot, beautiful woman, Jack stopped in his tracks and turned back.
Annie's situation was pretty bad right now. Jack couldn't bring himself to leave her alone.
He returned to the front door of Annie's luxury villa and rang the doorbell.
Annie, who had just finished tidying everything up, opened the door and looked at the man in front of her: "Didn't I tell you to get lost? Why are you back?"
Jack took off his hat and bowed deeply to Annie.
"Ms. Simmons, I apologize to you. Yesterday I couldn't control myself and made a terrible mistake. I'm willing to take responsibility for this."
Annie looked at Jack with disgust.
"Take responsibility? How exactly do you plan to do that?"
Jack froze, stammering without knowing how to answer.
Annie said insincerely: "I was the one who started it last night. I just felt like having some fun with you. You don't actually think you can marry me because of a one-night stand, do you?"
Jack had followed Annie long enough to know what kind of woman she was.
She had once said she would save her first time for her future husband and only love one person in her life.
Finally, he gathered his courage and said:
"Yes, I want to marry you! I will take responsibility for you."
Annie laughed at him.
Although having Jack around gave her a sense of security, and no thug could withstand his punch, with the family facing a financial crisis, what good was being able to fight? The marriage was no longer hers to decide.
"Dream on."
Annie refused flatly and glared at Jack.
"Then can you not fire me? I still want to protect you."
Annie was surprised he would say that. She hadn't ordered Jack to be fired, just told him to get out of the room. But she quickly realized this was the assistant's doing again.
That horrible bitch was planning to get rid of everyone around her.
Jack was the bodyguard she had personally recruited, the most trustworthy person by her side. Last night, it was because he insisted on staying in the room that things turned out that way.
"Get in the car!"
Annie didn't give an answer but told him to get in the car.
"My fiancé is coming back today. You're coming with me to pick him up. If everything goes smoothly, I won't fire you!"
Jack nodded firmly, vowing to take this task seriously.
Then Annie added:
"The person we're meeting is my fiancé. He's coming to discuss our engagement ceremony with me. What happened between you and me last night was deliberately set up by someone to sabotage this meeting."
Hearing the word "fiancé," Jack's heart sank. He suddenly felt uncomfortable, saying sourly: "Maybe he's the one who set the whole thing up."
Annie rolled her eyes at Jack and said nothing more, pressing the gas pedal and speeding toward the airport.
Soon, the red Ferrari stopped outside the airport.
Today, quite a crowd had gathered outside the airport. The entrance and exit were blocked by numerous bodyguards, as if they were welcoming someone very important.
Jack got out first to open the car door for Annie, gesturing for her to step out.
As soon as she got out, a bodyguard-looking man immediately approached: "Excuse me, ma'am, someone from the Ellis family will be arriving at the airport by plane today. The entire airport has been temporarily sealed off. Please stay away."
"What are the Ellis family doing here!"
Hearing the family name, Jack's reaction was surprisingly strong.
Annie beside him turned pale. She quietly kicked Jack: "You fool, the Ellis family is one of the top ten elite families in the world, with royal bloodlines. Their power is beyond your imagination. They could crush us with a flick of their finger."
Hearing the name Ellis, Jack couldn't help but recall some past events, becoming lost in thought.
If this place was reserved by someone from the Ellis family, didn't that mean she might come too?
Since leaving Afghanistan and returning home after his military service, Jack didn't want to have any connection with his past, especially with that woman.
He didn't want to lose his peaceful life because of it.
He looked toward the airport exit.
The airport was so big—surely he wouldn't run into her, right?

A pack of their own
The Pack: Rule Number 1 - No Mates
"Let me go," I whimper, my body trembling with need. "I don't want you touching me."
I fall forward onto the bed then turn around to stare at him. The dark tattoos of Domonic's chiseled shoulders, quiver and and expand with the heave of his chest. His deep dimpled smile is full of arrogance as he reaches behind himself to lock the door.
Biting his lip, he stalks toward me, his hand going to the seam of his pants and the thickening bulge there.
"Are you sure you don't want me to touch you?" He whispers, untying the knot and slipping a hand inside. "Because I swear to God, that is all I have been wanting to do. Every single day from the moment you stepped in our bar and I smelled your perfect flavor from across the room."
New to the world of shifters, Draven is human on the run. A beautiful girl who no one could protect. Domonic is the cold Alpha of the Red Wolf Pack. A brotherhood of twelve wolves that live by twelve rules. Rules which they vowed could NEVER be broken.

But she doesn’t know about the child she’s carrying or that the moment she left, Domonic decided rules were made to be broken - and now will he ever find her again? Will she forgive him?
The Human Among Wolves
My stomach twisted, but he wasn’t finished.
"You're just a pathetic little human," Zayn said, his words deliberate, each one hitting like a slap. "Spreading your legs for the first guy who bothers to notice you."
Heat rushed to my face, burning with humiliation. My chest ached — not from his words alone, but from the sick realization that I had trusted him. That I had let myself believe he was different.
I was so, so stupid.

“I thought you said you were done chasing me?” Gen mocked.
“I am done chasing you.”
Before she could formulate a witty remark, Matteo threw her down. She landed hard on her back atop his dining room table. She tried to sit up when she noticed what he was doing. His hands were working on his belt. It came free of his pants with a violent yank. She collapsed back on her elbows, her mouth gaping open at the display. His face was a mask of sheer determination, his eyes were a dark gold swimming with heat and desire. His hands wrapped around her thighs and pulled her to the edge of the table. He glided his fingers up her thighs and hooked several around the inside of her panties. His knuckles brushed her dripping sex.
“You’re soaking wet, Genevieve. Tell me, was it me that made you this way or him?” his voice told her to be careful with her answer. His knuckles slid down through her folds and she threw her head back as she moaned. “Weakness?”
“You…” she breathed.

Rise of the Banished She-Wolf
That roar stole my eighteenth birthday and shattered my world. My first shift should have been glory—blood turned blessing into shame. By dawn they'd branded me "cursed": cast out by my pack, abandoned by family, stripped of my nature. My father didn't defend me—he sent me to a forsaken island where wolfless outcasts were forged into weapons, forced to kill each other until only one could leave.
On that island I learned the darkest edges of humanity and how to bury terror in bone. Countless times I wanted to surrender—dive into the waves and never surface—but the accusing faces that haunted my dreams pushed me back toward something colder than survival: revenge. I escaped, and for three years I hid among humans, collecting secrets, learning to move like a shadow, sharpening patience into precision—becoming a blade.
Then, under a full moon, I touched a bleeding stranger—and my wolf returned with a violence that made me whole. Who was he? Why could he wake what I'd thought dead?
One thing I know: now is the time.
I have waited three years for this. I will make everyone who destroyed me pay—and take back everything that was stolen from me.
Invisible To Her Bully

Kylan, known for his cold personality and cruel ways, is far from thrilled. He refuses to accept Violet as his mate, yet he doesn’t want to reject her either. Instead, he sees her as his puppy, and is determined to make her life even more of a living hell.
As if dealing with Kylan’s torment isn’t enough, Violet begins to uncover secrets about her past that change everything she thought she knew. Where does she truly come from? What is the secret behind her eyes? And has her whole life been a lie?
Falling For The Biker: The Vice President's Girl
His eyes darken, flicking to my mouth.
"It's wrong. Your brother would slit my throat for just standing this close. But tell me, little bird" his breath ghosts my skin, "are you trembling because you hate me… or because you've wanted this just as much as I have?"
Wren thought she'd buried the chaos of New Orleans for good—the clubs, the blood-soaked loyalties, the men who lived and died by their kuttes. Seattle gave her everything she ever wanted: freedom, love, a future.
But one betrayal shatters it all.
Dragged home by tragedy, Wren finds herself under the watchful eye of Ezra Jax—the Raven Reapers MC's vice president and her brother's best friend. He's infuriating, dangerous, and far too tempting for a man she should never touch.
And the deeper Wren is pulled back into his world, the more she realizes nothing about her past—or about Ezra—is what she believed.
In the chaos of gang wars, mounting debts, and old betrayals, he becomes the one constant. The more she fights him, the harder she falls. And the more he pushes her away, the more lethal his pull becomes.
Because in this world, love isn't sweet.
It's brutal. Bloody.
And it's bound to break them both.
When loyalty is everything and love can cost your life, will Wren risk her heart on the one man she was never meant to love?
