My Brother Cried His Eyes Out After I Died
Stella · Completed · 6.3k Words
Introduction
So he chose to adopt the deaf Vivian instead of keeping me.
Later, I met Sullivan.
He gave me a grand confession. He chose me, resolutely.
He also said I hired someone to assault Vivian—that I didn't deserve sympathy.
Five years after being cast out of my family, a dismembered female body was found inside a carnival mascot costume.
Miles, now a police officer, led the investigation. Sullivan, now a forensic pathologist, performed the autopsy.
They saw the bloodstained hearing aid and immediately called Vivian.
"I'm fine. I just saw the news—some big case. Should we tell Sis to be careful too? What if something happens to her?"
They refused, almost in unison.
"The moment she killed our parents, she stopped being my sister."
"She was jealous of you. She did too many terrible things. If she's dead, she had it coming."
My soul hovered in the air, watching them. I laughed until I cried.
But when they found out the victim was me—
Why did they both go mad?
Chapter 1
My brother James Smith hates me for causing our parents' death. So he'd rather adopt the deaf Bianca Smith than keep me.
Later, I met Michael Johnson.
He was the one who gave me a grand confession and firmly chose me.
He was also the one who said I had someone assault Bianca and didn't deserve any sympathy.
Five years after being kicked out of the house, body parts of a woman were found in an amusement park mascot costume.
James Smith, as a police officer, led the investigation, while Michael, as a forensic examiner, was in charge of the autopsy.
When they saw the blood-stained hearing aid, they immediately called Bianca.
"I'm fine. I just saw on the news that a major case happened. Should we tell Sophia Smith to be careful too, in case something happens to her?"
Both of them refused almost simultaneously.
"From the moment she caused our parents' death, she's no longer my sister."
"She was jealous of you and did too many wrong things. If she dies, she deserves it."
My soul floated in mid-air watching them, and I laughed until tears came out.
But after they discovered the victim was me, why did they both go crazy?
Chapter One
When the two of them talked about me, their tone was cold, with disgust even in their eyes.
But even though they were talking to Bianca over the phone, their faces were incredibly gentle.
James said softly, "Bianca, don't go out before I get home."
Michael agreed, "Listen to James. It's very dangerous outside right now."
After hanging up, he picked up the body parts from the teddy bear costume and began examining them, his tone becoming professional and calm.
"Both legs were cut off before death. Based on the cross-section, the weapon was very sharp."
The officers present frowned at hearing about such a brutal method.
Michael's gloved hand gently wiped away the blood, carefully examining every detail.
"Based on bone age, the victim was between twenty and thirty years old."
"There's a burn scar on the right lower leg, at least ten years old."
"This scar, why does it look familiar?"
At these words, James, who had been instructing officers to check all the mascot costumes in the city, paused.
My heart clenched hard.
Our parents were both police officers. Once they were so busy they forgot to pick up James, and he walked home in the snow. I wanted to pour him hot water.
But I was too weak to hold it steady. When the kettle tipped over, James quickly reacted and pushed me away.
In the end, I still got burned on my leg.
His eyes turned red with anxiety. He ran out barefoot to find neighbors for help, and when he heard it would leave a scar, he blamed himself even more.
"It's my fault. I swear I'll never let you get hurt again!"
Later, everything changed.
Our parents died on the spot in an explosion. A homeless man was disfigured, and a little girl who was farther away became deaf from the loud noise.
Police surveillance showed that I had pointed out our parents' location to a suspect in a hoodie.
I desperately tried to explain that the person in the surveillance wasn't me.
Our parents' work was special, so from childhood they taught me never to reveal family information to strangers.
Although the police eventually found the killer's body in the rubble, James has hated me ever since.
He adopted Bianca, the girl who became deaf in the explosion, but despite my crying and begging, he sent me to a foster family.
Thinking about this explosion again, my head suddenly throbbed with pain.
The next second, my whole body felt like it had been electrocuted.
I remembered!
I remembered how I was tortured and killed, and I remembered who the killer was!

The Rejected Luna’s Rise
Luna Ariana Volkstane slid the formal rejection request across the table. "Let's end this bond. It's better for you, me, and your first love."
He just smirked. "You want me to reject you? You think you can break our bond that easily?"
So she did. Ariana cut ties with him completely, poured herself into her career, and rose to global fame as a legendary healer, her knowledge of rare herbs, wolf anatomy, and ancient magic sought after across continents.
The powerful suitors lined up. The Alpha of an overseas empire whispered, "Ariana, hurry up and perform the severing ritual. I can't wait to claim you." A powerful pack leader vowed, "I'll be there with you the day you break the bond." A legendary wolf attorney promised, "I'll handle your rejection case with the pack council myself."
Ariana just rubbed her temples. It's not that she didn't want the split, she wanted it more than anything, it's just that the Alpha she was mated to refused to let go.
Finally, she announced, "Whoever can officially get me rejected, I'll put you at the head table of my bond-breaking celebration."
Not long after, Alpha Damian was served the official rejection request right in the middle of an emergency pack council meeting. That same afternoon, he was attacked by rogues at the gates of his own territory.
When Ariana showed up at the pack infirmary with healing herbs, she repeated calmly, "Let's sever the mate bond. It's better for you, me, and everyone else."
But the cold, untouchable Alpha pulled her into his arms, his eyes blood-red with fury. "You want me to reject you? Over my dead body."

When frost meets fire, the world shatters. She was never meant to leave her tower. He was never meant to find her. But destiny doesn’t bow to kings or care for cages and now the question burns through them both: Can Bella have her Beast? Or will the girl of snow melt in the heat of his desire?
.
"I’m keeping her."
"What?"
Before I can react, he scoops her up. Her small body fits easily in the cradle of his talons. For a split second, she looks startled, but not afraid. Her hand rests against one scaled finger, and she stares up at him with that same curious wonder, as though she’s already forgotten she was ever meant to fear me.
"Put her down," I try to command, panic threading through my thoughts. "You’ll hurt her."
"She’s ours," the beast insists, possessive and fierce. "Our snowflake."
The Rejected White Luna
"No... You can't do that."
Those words shattered Aria's world in front of the entire pack.
As the daughter of the Alpha of Silver Moon Pack, Aria was born with a powerful legacy. But with a weak wolf that could never shift, she became a disappointment in the eyes of her own people. She was mocked, ignored, and treated as a weakness instead of the future Luna she was meant to be.
She believed finding her fated mate would finally change everything.

Broken but refusing to surrender, Aria leaves the only home she has ever known. But fate has a different plan waiting for her.
When she crosses paths with another powerful pack, Aria discovers a shocking truth: she has been given a second chance mate. The only problem? She never expected him to be someone who could change her entire destiny.

Now she has the chance to make those who hurt her pay.
But when Kael realizes the woman he rejected has become the one person he cannot lose, he wants her back.
Will Aria choose revenge, or will she find a love greater than the betrayal that destroyed her?
