Ugly Queen to the Ruthless Lycans
Riya author · Ongoing · 85.5k Words
Introduction
I thought I could hide it. The potion the witch gave me was supposed to suppress my heat, but instead, it made my pheromones explode.
I was trapped on a private jet at 30,000 feet with the two most dangerous Lycan Kings in existence. And I was in heat.
Magnus looked up from his laptop, his red eyes darkening as the scent hit him. "Come here," he ordered. Not a request. A command.
My body moved on its own. The need was an ache in my belly, a fire in my veins. I crawled onto his lap, trembling.
"You told us you took your medicine," Magnus growled, his hand sliding up my skirt, finding the proof of my lie immediately. "But you're soaking wet."
"I... I didn't mean to..." I stammered.
"Bad girls need to be punished," Zayne murmured against my neck, his teeth grazing my pulse.
They didn't wait for landing. They didn't care about the pilot.
"Scream for us, Raven," Magnus demanded as he claimed me right there in the cabin. "Let everyone know who owns you."
I had signed a contract to give them an heir. I didn't know the process would start like this.
Raven Kennedy was the perfect Luna—until she took a claw to the face to save her husband, Alaric. Scarred and branded "The Ugly Luna," she watched her husband fall into bed with her own sister, Kat. Betrayed, stripped of her title, and left for dead in the woods, Raven accepts a dark deal with the most dangerous men in the region: The Lycan King Twins, Magnus and Zayne. They need an heir; she needs revenge. But as the contract turns into obsession, Raven realizes she isn't just a breeder for the Kings—she is their Queen. And when she returns to her old pack, she won't just take back what's hers... she'll burn their world to the ground.
Chapter 1
Raven’s POV
Alaric, my husband, cupped Zoe’s face, the same way he used to hold mine and he kissed her in front of everyone.
“Ms. Kat is brilliant,” someone said.
“Our Kat is so beautiful,” another elder whispered.
“Brilliant work, Kat,” Alaric announced to the crowd. “This Lunar Prosperity Model will transform our pack’s future.”
“She’s been a great help,” he continued, glancing at the other Alphas. “I can’t imagine a better partner for this project.”
I stood at the back, unable to control my emotions, my palms pressed together so tightly the nails dug into my skin.
Kat’s cheeks flushed prettily under the golden lights, while Alaric gazed at her with amused adoration, and everyone looked at her proudly.
Six months ago, before the scar, Alaric would pull me into his office between meetings, steal kisses, tell me I was beautiful. The man who once looked at me with those eyes was now looking at my sister like she was the only beautiful girl he’d ever laid eyes on.
But that was before the scar. Before I became something that people call “The Ugly Luna.”
My name is Raven Kennedy, Luna of the Moonshade Pack. When I first met Alpha Alaric at one of the pack meetings, I fell in love with him instantly, but his heart belonged to my sister, Kat, from the start.
Because she was his mate, my mom forced my sister to marry Alpha Draven and me to Alpha Alaric, dividing her pack and shares, giving half to me and half to my sister. It was a contract marriage. Alaric at first showed no interest in me, but we eventually fell in love.
We both worked hard together to grow our pack economically and politically. We were that sweet couple everyone was jealous of—until the rogue attack destroyed everything.
In that rogue attack, a nasty rogue was about to attack Alaric, and I stood between them. I got attacked. The rogue’s claw tore through my face in one slash. It cut from my temple, across my cheek, down to my neck. The pack healers tried to fix it, but the scar stayed.Three long claw marks running down the left side of my face, from my temple to my jaw.
The raised tissue pulls at my eye and twists my smile.
Alaric started showing me cold shoulders and looking at me with disgust, as if he was humiliated by my face—until Kat came back into our lives after her husband’s death. Alaric completely forgot about me and started being with her while I was taking care of the pack and the business.
I organized this pack meeting for my new project. I did everything. I put my heart and soul into this project.
Just an hour before this meeting, Alaric came to my room.
He came to me, voice smooth, eyes cold. “You won’t be speaking today,” he’d said. “Kat will present your proposal.”
I thought I misheard him. I’d been up for nights perfecting the Lunar Prosperity Model—my project.
“But… It’s mine, I worked day and night for this project,” I murmured. “You said the council was expecting me to…”
He’d cut me off without a glance. “You’ll stay quiet. Kat will take your place. It’s better this way.”
“Better?” I’d managed to ask.
He’d looked at me with anger. “That scar, Raven... It’s distracting. Uncomfortable. People don’t want to see it. They’ll focus on your face instead of your words, and the project will suffer because of it.”
I tried to reason with him, keeping my voice soft, careful. “Alaric, they’ll understand if…”
“Enough.” His tone deepened, layered with the commanding power of an Alpha. “You’ll stay seated. You’ll say nothing. Do not test me, Raven.”
He used his Alpha tone on me. And I submitted to it.
That single command had killed something—my hard work, my dignity. And here I am, standing at the back while the crowd cheered for Kat; it broke my heart.
‘He’s ashamed of us,’ Ryx, my wolf, choked out.
Alaric cleared his throat, pulling Kat closer. “This project,” he said proudly, “is proof that when vision meets grace, success follows. Kat has done something extraordinary for our pack. She worked hard for this project.”
I just gave a weak smile; he didn’t even acknowledge my hard work once.
I couldn’t move. Couldn’t breathe.
Suddenly, Alaric was on his knees in front of Kat, taking a small box.
No… no… this can’t be happening.
“Kat,” he said, with emotion and love in his voice. “I’ve realized I can’t go another day without you.”
Alaric held out a small silver ring that glinted under the light. “You’ve brought light back into my life when I thought it was gone. Be my Luna—my partner, and let me mark you.”
Gasps rippled through the crowd, and they started cheering again.
Kat covered her mouth, tears spilling down her perfect cheeks. “Yes… Yes, Alaric,” she whispered.
My mate, my husband, was now ready to mark my sister before the entire pack.
“Alaric! Kat!” My voice cracked as I pushed through the crowd. “How can you do this? I’m your mate!”
Kat pulled away from Alaric’s embrace, tears streaming down her face.
“You don’t understand. I never wanted this. I never wanted to come between you two.” She clutched Alaric’s arm as if for support. “When Draven died, I was so lost, so broken. I came here because you’re my sister, because I needed family. And Alaric... he was just being kind to me.”
With that, she ran away, leaving me with an angry Alaric.
“Can’t you be sensitive to your sister? You’re being mean to her. She just lost her husband, and you’re being such a brat. You’re just as ugly as your face.”
He said it and walked away. Everyone was staring at me with disgust and hatred.
“Luna Raven,” Beta Robert said softly. “Maybe you should rest and call it a day.”
I nodded. I’d talk to Alaric tomorrow. Make him understand.
I opened my room door and froze in shock. Alaric and Kat were on the bed, naked, tangled together.
A burning pain erupted across my mark on my neck, scorching my skin like fire.

How Not To Fall For A Dragon
Which is why it was more than a little confusing when a letter arrived with my name already printed on a schedule, a dorm waiting, and classes picked out as if someone knew me better than I knew myself. Everyone knows the Academy, it’s where witches sharpen their spells, shifters master their forms, and every kind of magical creature learns to control their gifts.
Everyone except me.
I don’t even know what I am. No shifting, no magic tricks, nothing. Just a girl surrounded by people who can fly, conjure fire, or heal with a touch. So I sit through classes pretending I belong, and I listen hard for any clue that might tell me what’s hidden in my blood.
The only person more curious than me is Blake Nyvas, tall, golden-eyed, and very much a Dragon. People whisper that he’s dangerous, warn me to keep my distance. But Blake seems determined to solve the mystery of me, and somehow I trust him more than anyone else.
Maybe it’s reckless. Maybe it’s dangerous.
But when everyone else looks at me like I don’t belong, Blake looks at me like I’m a riddle worth solving.

A pack of their own
The Pack: Rule Number 1 - No Mates
"Let me go," I whimper, my body trembling with need. "I don't want you touching me."
I fall forward onto the bed then turn around to stare at him. The dark tattoos of Domonic's chiseled shoulders, quiver and and expand with the heave of his chest. His deep dimpled smile is full of arrogance as he reaches behind himself to lock the door.
Biting his lip, he stalks toward me, his hand going to the seam of his pants and the thickening bulge there.
"Are you sure you don't want me to touch you?" He whispers, untying the knot and slipping a hand inside. "Because I swear to God, that is all I have been wanting to do. Every single day from the moment you stepped in our bar and I smelled your perfect flavor from across the room."
New to the world of shifters, Draven is human on the run. A beautiful girl who no one could protect. Domonic is the cold Alpha of the Red Wolf Pack. A brotherhood of twelve wolves that live by twelve rules. Rules which they vowed could NEVER be broken.
Especially - Rule Number One - No Mates
When Draven meets Domonic, he knows that she is his mate, but Draven has no idea what a mate is, only that she has fallen in love with a shifter. An Alpha that will break her heart to make her leave. Promising herself, she will never forgive him, she disappears.
But she doesn’t know about the child she’s carrying or that the moment she left, Domonic decided rules were made to be broken - and now will he ever find her again? Will she forgive him?
The Human Among Wolves
My stomach twisted, but he wasn’t finished.
"You're just a pathetic little human," Zayn said, his words deliberate, each one hitting like a slap. "Spreading your legs for the first guy who bothers to notice you."
Heat rushed to my face, burning with humiliation. My chest ached — not from his words alone, but from the sick realization that I had trusted him. That I had let myself believe he was different.
I was so, so stupid.

Accardi
“I thought you said you were done chasing me?” Gen mocked.
“I am done chasing you.”
Before she could formulate a witty remark, Matteo threw her down. She landed hard on her back atop his dining room table. She tried to sit up when she noticed what he was doing. His hands were working on his belt. It came free of his pants with a violent yank. She collapsed back on her elbows, her mouth gaping open at the display. His face was a mask of sheer determination, his eyes were a dark gold swimming with heat and desire. His hands wrapped around her thighs and pulled her to the edge of the table. He glided his fingers up her thighs and hooked several around the inside of her panties. His knuckles brushed her dripping sex.
“You’re soaking wet, Genevieve. Tell me, was it me that made you this way or him?” his voice told her to be careful with her answer. His knuckles slid down through her folds and she threw her head back as she moaned. “Weakness?”
“You…” she breathed.

Rise of the Banished She-Wolf
That roar stole my eighteenth birthday and shattered my world. My first shift should have been glory—blood turned blessing into shame. By dawn they'd branded me "cursed": cast out by my pack, abandoned by family, stripped of my nature. My father didn't defend me—he sent me to a forsaken island where wolfless outcasts were forged into weapons, forced to kill each other until only one could leave.
On that island I learned the darkest edges of humanity and how to bury terror in bone. Countless times I wanted to surrender—dive into the waves and never surface—but the accusing faces that haunted my dreams pushed me back toward something colder than survival: revenge. I escaped, and for three years I hid among humans, collecting secrets, learning to move like a shadow, sharpening patience into precision—becoming a blade.
Then, under a full moon, I touched a bleeding stranger—and my wolf returned with a violence that made me whole. Who was he? Why could he wake what I'd thought dead?
One thing I know: now is the time.
I have waited three years for this. I will make everyone who destroyed me pay—and take back everything that was stolen from me.

Falling For The Biker: The Vice President's Girl
His eyes darken, flicking to my mouth.
"It's wrong. Your brother would slit my throat for just standing this close. But tell me, little bird" his breath ghosts my skin, "are you trembling because you hate me… or because you've wanted this just as much as I have?"
Wren thought she'd buried the chaos of New Orleans for good—the clubs, the blood-soaked loyalties, the men who lived and died by their kuttes. Seattle gave her everything she ever wanted: freedom, love, a future.

In the chaos of gang wars, mounting debts, and old betrayals, he becomes the one constant. The more she fights him, the harder she falls. And the more he pushes her away, the more lethal his pull becomes.

It's brutal. Bloody.
And it's bound to break them both.
When loyalty is everything and love can cost your life, will Wren risk her heart on the one man she was never meant to love?
